Brought my 3 year old Golden Retriever in to get a grooming. I was nervous, as there are some negative reviews for this location, but I decided I'd just stay there the whole time and watch to ensure my boy was taken care of. He's just about 100 lbs, so being a big dog at his first grooming in a new place, I didn't know if they'd be able to handle him.We had an appointment with Ari, and from the moment I walked in I was amazed. She was extremely knowledgeable, sweet and kind to my boy, and efficient! I expressed concern over the length of his cut, as some groomers will do terrible things to a Golden's double coat, and she knew exactly what to do. He's quite fluffy, so she quoted me 2-3 hours. I felt 100% comfortable and trusted her completely, so I left him in her care and wandered the Commons.I came in and sat in the waiting area towards the end, and witnessed her being very gentle and sweet with him. All in all, she was done in just over 2 hours. My boy has never looked so handsome and smelled so good. I've never been so pleasantly surprised by the difference between online reviews and my personal experience. It's possible that she is just a great groomer at a troubled location, but if you get an appointment with Ari, you can be sure your four-legged family member will be happy and well taken care of!

I had scheduled a dog grooming service last month for June 21st. I received a text saying I need to reschedule because my groomer may have Covid-19. I spent all day calling the grooming extension and no answer. I had to call the store and have them transfer me over. Finally I've gotten a answer. The gentleman who answered the phone was polite but clueless. I asked him if I can reschedule an appointment for my dog because he needs grooming. He said quote "I'm not sure how long she's going to be out or if she even has Covid." End quote. I said that's OK. I need my dog groomed. He then repeats himself again. I then say no problem may I schedule another appointment and before I could finish my sentence He says again unsure how long she'll be out and then he says his schedule is full for the next 3 weeks and then restated again about the other groomer. Now I'm irritated because I never new it was that had to get someone new to do my dogs grooming. After noticing I'm about to hang up he then finally looks at his schedule and volunteer his services. Too late now. So... I will not be going there. Or probably any other Petco Grooming Service. I already felt weird anyways like they only groom to certain people of class and style. By the way this would have been my 1st visit with my dog. If this had of went well.... I would have brought my other 3 dogs. I have 4 total.

My new rescue was acting skiddish and a little aggressive when we arrived. Ryan was extremely patient and handled it all very well- did a great job on the grooming as well- will defiinately return

Just moved to the Cleveland area and my Shih Tzu desperately needed groomed. This was my first time going to a chain rather than a local groomer and Ryan was super kind and helpful. I was very pleased with the final result and will for sure be coming back!

So unprofessional they canceled my dogs appointment, after I came all the way to the location with my dog being scared of cars and other dogs and public places, putting him throughout all that and there was nobody here for my dogs appointment.
