When you first walk in smell so good. Greeted by sales person with great customer service. Nice atmosphere. Was looking for matching outfit for owner and pet but unfortunately store is only for pets. Would be nice to see maybe tshirts or aprons that have sayings on it like "Best Dog Dad" or Apron. Parking is limited. Huge selection of various treats, clothing, and toys. Very recommended.

Wonderful store! The staff is always friendly and helpful! Sometimes you may even see a four legged friend! 🌈Could use more cat toys that aren't catnip focused but there's good options for toys with bells and ribbons!This is a must stop for dog parents too!

Everytime I stop in, whoever is there working is super nice and helpful. This shop carries cat food that my picky eaters will actually devour, plus tons of other stuff for cats and dogs. It's important to shop small businesses like this!

I moved to Cleveland recently and just adopted a cat. I came into this store with a ton of questions and they were informative and helpful, certainly enough to leave a positive review. There's variety in toys, collars, beds, food, and plenty fun stuff. I'm going to be buying food from this store regularly because of the variety of foods. But ultimately, I just enjoyed my visit to the store. Highly recommend.

Everyone who works here is very knowledgeable and offers wonderful advice on anything you throw at them. I highly encourage folks to shop here!!In my experience I've had some struggles with finding the right food for both dogs and cats. After going in there and speaking with anyone who is working, I got my issues sorted out and have very happy doggos! (And my boyfriends cats are doing incredible!!!)Their prices are spot on for what they offer. The best part is I always feel confident that I'm walking out with the best quality stuff for my dogs. I could go on, but you should just go see for yourself :)

I took my pittie for his 2nd birthday and the staff was extremely welcoming and friendly! The store owner helped us choose and size a winer coat for him. He also made sure to wrap our stuff up all pretty for Tito!

They are friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about cats and dogs. They helped me to find the best, most nutritious food for my cats based on my cats needs. Also a great selection of quality toys, beds, carriers, sweaters, treats, grooming items, etc. They also know if there is a recall on items that may be harmful for dogs and cats. I have been a customer here for over 2 decades now, and I can't say that about many places!

I adore pet-tique. My two kitties had a regular habit of throwing up once every week or two with many different brands from the grocery store but I found something in my budget at pet-tique and since they haven’t been sick once.On top of that their coats have become softer, their eyes brighter, and their moods better and more stable.Every staff member I’ve met has been absolutely wonderful to talk to and the resident pugs are always up for a quick scratch or just let you be if you’re not interested.Take care of your local businesses. They’ll take care of you in return.

Beyond great covid safe I was able to find all types of unique pet goods for my teacup yorkie and the pricing was fantastic I will say that this store is a hidden gem for pets if I could give the employees a hug If I could they were patient and beyond experience in pet KNOWLEDGE I don't know the owner but with a staff that great they must be amazing as well 💜my new pet store !!!
