My family recently boarded our dog there during our family vacation. Our dog is very old and fell ill while she was there. They took great care of her while we were gone. Fortunately our vet is close by so they were able to take her twice during our trip. They gave her the medicine prescribed by the vet. We felt like our dog was in caring hands while we were gone which gave us peace of mind.

DeeBo has been attending Pet Palace since July 2023. DeeBo goes to doggy daycare as well as being boarded for days at a time they take very good care of him. I would recommend Pet palace to everyone. I think this is a great place for dogs to go have doggy time with other dogs. We Love Pet Palace all the staff there are amazing.

The team at Pet Palace was friendly and took great care of my dog! Simon came home happy and tired from having so much fun. Next time I’ll definitely book him a room with a webcam so I can check in on him once in a while. I’ll definitely book with them again.

Pet Palace is a wonderful place. I’ve taken my dog here for years. They have so many options for caring for that furry family member…..no not that one….the dog.They have individual care times, treats, group play, and care for every animal entrusted to their care.We’ve been so happy with the results. They offer after-stay washes to get rid of that “kennel” smell of your dog does that.The staff is amazing, but busy, phone calls are not always easy to get through, but they encourage calling for updates while you’re away. Daily report cards are an adorable touch.Lastly, get the phone number from their website not google for the most updated information.

The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable they have lots of sweet animals we went to go get a kitten her name is Cleopatra ! My favorite part is they still welcome walk-ins you just ring the door bell and they put your name on a waiting list. I love this shelter it doesn't feel like the animals are in jail but like a mini hotel I would recommend to anyone looking for a new companion during these trying times 🙂

My dog Annie absolutely loves Pet Palace! Every time we drive anywhere close she bounces around the car with excitement. The staff is so friendly and she will run to them like they're family. It's so nice having a place we can leave our baby girl when we're away, knowing she is happy and being loved!

We took our dogs here for daycare for 2 days when we came up from Tennessee for my husband to have a procedure at Cleveland Clinic. The first day, they were so calm and happy when we picked them up, so we knew it was a good choice. The second day, my husband wound up having to stay overnight in the hospital. I called Pet Palace to see if they could board overnight so I could stay with my husband. They happily converted them to overnight boarding and fed them dinner and breakfast (their food was at our hotel). They removed so much stress and worry from me, allowing me to focus on my husband. Picked them up this morning, and they looked great! I would highly recommend them!

I've been taking my dog to Pet Palace coming up on three years now, once a week. It is one of his favorite days of the week, and when I ask if he wants to see his friends at Pet Palace, he goes nuts with excitement. The staff truly care about the animals in their charge, and I am always grateful to know my pup is in good hands. I would, and have, recommend Pet Palace to anyone who wants a place to board their pet or just wants a place that their furry family member can interact and socialize with their own kind. Since initially going, my own pup has had a noticeable improvement in his mannerisms around other people and other dogs.In summary - amazing staff, excellent availability, and a great place for your pet to spend some time with friends.

I have nothing but great things to say about Pet Palace! We are from out of town and I boarded Milo and Rocco here for the night and when I went to pick them up, they seemed like they had a great time and wanted to stay longer. Unfortunately, as we were getting the dogs into the car, Milo got loose and ran into the road and got hit by a car. Needless to say, we were an emotional wreck and the staff at Pet Palace came running out and helped out in every way they could (taking Rocco back inside, getting Milo out of the road, taking him inside to evaluate him, and driving us to an emergency vet). This wasn’t our fault nor Pet Palace’s fault, it was just an accident. After time at the vet, I went back to pick up Rocco and the staff welcomed me with condolences and hugs and told me they would keep Rocco for the day to give us some time. The next day, I was welcomed at home by flowers from Pet Palace. The following day, I received a call from the manager expressing her condolences and offering to help in any way she could. I have nothing but the upmost respect for the entire staff at Pet Palace and I want to thank you for everything you have done for us!! If we are in that area again, we will definitely be back.

Our dog, Junior, loves Pet Palace! He is excited when we mention the name and the staff is very friendly. We have had him here for grooming, daycare and boarding on numerous occasions. He loves the staff and they are so kind and know how to handle his clownish Airedale personality.

My wife Nabila and I used to love this place but last week they seriously mistreated our cat. Our cat is on a raw diet and needs his food thawed out ahead of time. This hasn’t been a problem in the past, but this time they clearly left the bag out to spoil. When he came home the bag was mush and there was bits of mushy food on the measuring scoop which they didn’t even bother to clean. They had been feeding him spoiled food for at least a few days. Now our cat is having trouble keeping anything down and we’re starting to worry about liver damage. We are never trusting them again.P.S. I would have liked to talk to someone at the Pet Palace about this before writing a review, but I’ve been calling for two days and no one is picking up the phone.

This kennel used to be good but the last few times our cat has stayed there, they sent him home with more food than he should have had remaining. This means that either the staff wasn't feeding our cat his prescription diet or wasn't feeding him at all. Given that he lost over 10% of his body weight, I believe it is the latter.Additionally, he came home with all of his special treats that were set aside for his play sessions, so I don't think the staff was actually playing with our cat as we paid for. Even if they were, we were very clear that the sessions would be pointless without the treats since our cat is shy.Finally, there was another animal by the same name as our cat during the last stay, and the staff put that animal's blanket in our cat's cage, which was very stressful for him.Again, all of this is a huge shame, since this kennel used to be amazing. We now have to find another kennel that is hopefully as good as the Pet Palace used to be.

Good staff, my dog seemed to have fun. One thing is that I was told I could pick my dog up at 8 am on a holiday after my trip (confirmed appointment with staff online and day of drop off) but then had to be an exception because they only do pickups for 2 hours on holidays. Also, even though my dog is fully vacc'd, it seems she's caught kennel cough and this is the only place she's been where she's been around other animals for any extended period of time.**edit: the manager reached out to me and was incredibly kind and warm. I had forgotten about the review entirely as my dog recovered from the kennel cough without a problem. Wonderful work!

It's a wonderful place to let your cats or dogs stay when you go out of town. There are suites that, if you pay for them, will allow you to keep an eye on your pet through a webcam. Also, we can't forget about the staff there. They know what your loving pet needs and how to take care of them the way you do. However, in the past few months since they got new owners, this place has been going downhill in the inside. Meaning that they have been over working employees and not paying them the appropriate amount to help keep your animals well cared for. When you go in, ask how many dogs per staff member there is. The ratio is 30/1. If you are a current customer here, you might have noticed small changes and maybe even mistakes happening. I'm just here to help you pick the right place to go, where your pet is being well taken care of.

I have been boarding both my dogs here for a few years. I love it, they love it. All the staff are kind, caring and professional. Recommended this place to others who board their pets and they love it as well. I have used other places, this is hands down the best. I never feel uneasy leaving them here and I know they are receiveing the best care and love while I am away. My dogs always come home happy. The place is always clean, well kept and smells fresh.

We have a super sweet but high-maintenance and high-energy chocolate lab that we board for a night every weekend at Pet Palace. Have done so every week for more than a year. The staff know and love her and seem genuinely happy to see her. They are also very friendly and courteous to us. The check-in process is very quick (admittedly we are regulars so I might be biased). The facilities are clean and well lit. Our dog gets an exit bath every time so she comes out looking and smelling great. She seems happy to go in there every week and comes out happy and a bit tired. I love the fact that they give you a hand-written report of what your dog did and which other dogs they played with. Most of all I love the fact that the staff genuinely seem to like my dog. It makes all the difference.

I cannot recommend Pet Palace highly enough as they saved my dog's life with their daily and prompt attention. I did not know my dog had an underlying serious health condition that reared its ugly head as he was being boarded there for the FIRST time. Again they didn't know my dog and the staff noticed a change in his behavior. When it didn't remedy itself within 24 hours , and with the inability to reach me, they rushed my dog to my vet pushing for an early appointment as they felt it was needed. My vet then said get this dog to the VCA emergency hospital as fast as you can. My dog arrived at the VCA and actually died. They were able to resuscitate him, if it had been 5 minutes later he would not have survived. He is home with me now and considered a miracle doggy for making it. If it wasn't for the staff awareness and urgency at Pet Palace. I would have lost my 2-year-old pup. They kept in touch with me regarding his recovery and then sent my doggy a wonderful BarkBox gift. Nothing but rave reviews and TRUST for Pet Palace in Cleveland. Thank you for saving my sweet Wade.

I bring my two Bichon puppies to Pet Palace for grooming. The groomer, Nicole, is AMAZING. She is incredibly talented, very gentle, very loving to the dogs -- she is just a consummate professional. The grooming area and the facility are kept so clean -- it is very clear the groomer and the other employees take pride in their environment. I was super impressed, too, that the manager, Rachel, even came over and introduced herself to me on our visit to the groomer there. Pet Palace, too, is vigilant at keeping up on your dogs' shots, not just upon the first visit, but making sure all is up to date on other visits. They require all shot updates, all times, to be faxed to them. I love that thorough check as it helps to keep all of the dogs so much healthier. And I've not ever had a groomer follow up on shots post the first visit. Yes, they ask, maybe, but they do not require paperwork. This place is excellent in that they do! Thank you Pet Palace and Nicole for taking such great care of my 4-legged babies!!!

We’ve been loyal customers of this Pet Palace location since it opened. Our dog loves it here. The staff is friendly and professional and very loving of our dog. Our large dog just wrapped up a 5 day 4 night stay and as usual we picked him up happy and tired. We also frequently use the doggy day care play groups too. I share with all our friends who have pets about Pet Palace and what a great home away from home Pet Palace is.

We just had our dogs stay at Pet Palace again. This time for just two nights, but it's a pleasure to pick up clean and happy dogs and not face the readjustment period after being away. We know they'll be well cared for and get some individualized attention while we're away. It's always been a great experience.

This place takes wonderful care of your loved ones! We have a doberman who is very particular so we were nervous about having her boarded. She will not pee while on a leash, only goes #2 in our woods where she has privacy, and is dog-aggressive. We had done the tour and they told us they could put her in a low-traffic area. She was there for a week and because we are obsessed with our dog, we watched her on the camera way too much. We watched them take her out for potty breaks, give her a treat while she was in there, come in and re-adjust her bedding, and take her for one-on-one play time. Sometimes play time would be as long as 40 minutes! She had a few accidents while in her room and it would be cleaned up within 15 minutes. She was freshly washed when we picked her up, which we hadn't even asked for or paid for. No incidents during the whole week with other dogs that we were told about. She was awake most of the night for her first two nights but after that she was able to sleep. We had an absolutely great experience taking our dog here and would do it again in a heartbeat. They really know how to take care of dogs and are able to accommodate for dogs of all kind.

My dog used to go to another day camp facility on a regular basis, due to a job change she hasn't been to doggy day camp in over a year. I needed to get her out of the house for a few hours while I had people over for a cooking show, and remembered the Pet Palace! I was able to get her an appointment the same day for play time AND a full bath. My dog always did well in the other day camp, but she's a beagle so sometimes the large group and mixed sizes/breeds would be a little overwhelming for her. At the Pet Palace she was only with dogs around her size, and if she was overwhelmed she was able to take a break and rest in one of their suites.Yes, Pet Palace's day camp is slightly different than a lot of peoples opinions of day camp...but it is a much better option for MANY dogs out there! Being able to play and rest if needed (without being bothered by the other dogs wanting to play) is perfect for my dog. Sometimes all day play is truly too much for a dog who doesn't get that much activity on a regular basis. I also love that they organize the play groups based on size as well...it's so much better than one large group of mixed sizes!She also came home smelling wonderful from her bath. Nicole did an amazing job!My dog will be back for sure. Thanks Pet Palace!

This place has been awesome with my mixed Pitti Lexi. She loves it here. When I’m packing her bag, she gets really excited! Great trained staff!**update. This is just a babysitting place. My dog was banned shortly after this. Their words “We love your dog ... BUT she has the potential (to bite someone). She hasn’t bitten anyone but “just in case”.So no I don’t recommend them. There are better facilities.

I can't say enough about the quality of love, care, and compassion that Pet Palace has for its pets! My dog has always been a social, happy, energetic dog and he loves being able to socialize and play with other dogs and get some attention. Earlier my dog had to have surgery on his leg, and Pet Palace was able to accommodate him with removing items from him room and having my dog placed away from the other animals to keep from getting excited and putting weight on his leg… It isn't until a moment of stress and concern where true character is revealed. My dog has found a comfortable second home with everyone at Pet Palace for over the past year and I am so thankful of this. The other weekend when my dog was staying with Pet Palace he started to show signs of distress and without skipping a beat Pet Palace staff was trying to connect with me and quickly took action to get him to an emergency vet to provide the surgery he needed to survive. My cousin is a vet, and the timeliness of getting my dog to surgery is the best prognosis for survival, and we are so fortunate that Pet Palace was aware that something was wrong and quickly took to action of getting my dog to the emergency clinic. I never imagined this happening, but I am forever thankful that he was at Pet Palace because if he wasn't there he would not be with us today. Kevin, Alexis, Rachel and the rest of the team at Pet Palace truly love our pets and we were even talking daily during my dogs surgery and recovery. Pet Palace goes above and beyond! I hope that no one has to deal with an emergency situation like I had to that is time sensitive, but I will always place all of my confidence with the staff at Pet Palace. I could go on and on about the services here that I have enjoyed (with grooming, doggie day care, etc), but the reality of a life and death situation that needed action immediately - Pet Palace is the place to trust your loved one with when you are not available.
