I cannot even begin to express the gratitude I have for this place. The staff is so kind and I never see them slow down. there's a gentleman who is always running to help the staff and customers. idk his name but him , Brittany and another woman who checked me out teusday October 24 23 were just beyond so patient and kind and had wonderful attitudes. I can imagine how tough it can be serving the public In there, especially when others are not so patient and kind the staff still maintains a very professional attitude.THANK YOU neighborhood pets, I fell on hard times financially and you made it possible for my dogs to be healthy, neutered and fed.

I took my neighborhood here on Saturday and was it was busy. When it was finally our turn they just sent us somewhere else. Becky was not easy to talk to. We felt judged and like she was doing us a favor. the bag of food from the pantry can hardly help. Like if you have too many cases then stop taking new clients so you can better help the ones you got so you don’t come off as rude bc there’s a lobby full of people!! Or maybe you just rude!!Resource center means get a piece of paper of phone numbers. Smh.

This place deserves TEN stars! They are by far the Kindest, most helpful, caring, and professional animal care center. They make sure that pet owners are able to care for their pets regardless of income. They provide low cost vaccinations as well as other vet services. They provide dog or cat food to pet owners who need some help feeding their pet. They have a number of pet care accessories inside the shop for sale at super low prices. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A WORTHY ORGANIZATION TO DONATE TO, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ORGANIZATION. THEY ACCEPT FINANCIAL DONATIONS AS WELL AS UNOPENED BAGS OF DRY PET FOOD AMONG OTHER THINGS. The people here do great work - they are angels!

They have helped a lot, especially with people with low income. They give great advice. They will give you plenty of resources and punch in the right direction that helped with my dog when I had nowhere else to turn and she needed surgery. It told me exactly what I needed to do and where I needed to go, and even helped with part of the cost, I can never say thank you. I have been a customer for a few years and will probably be for life. I wish they were closer to my house, but I still drive to the them..

Good afternoon! I have deleted my former review, and here's my update. Today, I was FINALLY able to go to Neighborhood Pets Outreach. They were awesome! Courtney was VERY nice, and answered ALL my questions. Even questions I didn't know I had. The staff were VERY polite, and attentive to ALL pet needs, and owners. I will gladly let ALL my pet owner friends, and I'm a customer for life. THANK YOU for treating my Bella like your own. VERY impressive place.

This is the absolute best pet service around. They are all about helping low income people take care of there pets health that normally could not afford it!!! They help with medical treatment, food, kitty litter, shots and tags. They understand that our pets are our family and some of us they are all we have.. please support them in anyway you can, if you're able!! Thanks too all the good work they do!!!!

Easy to find location in the heart of Slavic Village on a nice block with easy street parking available. Very cute and clean facility with a warm, welcoming and friendly vibe.You could feel and see the sense of community the employees have with their clients. They don't just care about your pets, they genuinely care about YOU too. It was heartwarming to be treated with genuine compassion and care and not another "number served." I was there for my pets and she asked about my own needs as well.They have walk in hours for a pet food pantry, appointments available for low cost vaccine's and veterinary care plus sterilization that could be of a no-cost to you depending on your zip code. They also sell very low cost flea and worm medications.

I've been here. It can get busy. The ladies that work here are very nice. They register you and your pets give a card. You set your appts as needed. They also have food for pets donated. It's a great help if you are on a fixed income. Thank you for being there!

Such a wonderful experience with everyone at Neighborhood Pets!!!They treated us and our husky Bella as if we were family. They made us feel comfortable and spoiled her with treats and love as we waited for the vet, Dr. Liz, to come take a look at her.Polite and careful, Dr. Liz quickly put our minds and hearts at ease as she gave Bella the care she required.It is a long road ahead for Bells, and I am glad that we have Neighborhood Pets in our corner!Highly recommended.

They helped with cat food dog food and kitty litter and all they ask is for a donation. If you can't afford to give one, they still give you the stuff for free. What an awesome place the employees are very helpful and nice. Highly recommend to go here if you can't afford the essentials for your pets. 🤗🙏

I took my pup there yesterday to sign up for membership and get her first set of shots. They were all so sweet and friendly. Gave me resources for dog training and offered free dog food. You can definitely tell everyone there has a big heart for animals. It was my first time there and I will definitely be going back. Loves the atmosphere, all the warm smiles, and great conversations!

This is the absolute best place to get help from for your pets!!!! They give out free dog and cat food and extremely cheap flea treatment drops... They also work with the mobile spay and neuter van for affordable pet sterilization... The staff is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful... They do have altered hours now due to COVD, so make sure you call ahead for times and services provided on which days!!!!Have a terbarkif day
