I like this place, pretty orderly, well stocked. I love their salad selections. The sandwiches are fresh. I've gotten great closeouts. Most of the people who work there are warm, Especially cashiers! . Lines can be long though.Lastly My most recent experience with their bathroom though wasn't good at ALL. Yeck. 😷 And no tissue or paper towels. It's up some steps so if you're handicapped be aware.

Marx is a pretty good store they usually have a lot of inventory. Right now the one on Puritas is undergoing some remodeling. I would recommend

I love Marc’s! But this is the worst location I have ever been to. They obviously stock it differently than others. The one less than a mile away at kamms is much better. Worth going 3 min out of the way.

I absolutely love Marcs.Their prices are excellent, especially when you are on a fixed income. The closeout section they have is wonderful, the grocery prices are within my budget and I save ALOT of money shipping there.The people are very helpful in assisting you when you need help and the only thing that I feel Marc's should try to work on is to have more than 3 registers open at a time, because of the volume of customers they have.But it it is definitely worth shopping there.

I go into this matcs because it's across the street from my job and I can get snacks and other items before going to work but sometimes the Employees aren't always so friendly I had 2 not so good days with one of the Employee that definitely needs to improve on her Attitude but other than that it's just ok

Be prepared to wait. It's a small team of people who really try... but there's barely ever more than one register open. I give a pass on stock- since everyone is having a hell of a time keeping their shelves full- but with the odd little policies that show that Marc never stepped out of the 70's mentally- it's never going to be my grocery of choice. That said, if gluten is your friend- you mainly eat meat and potatoes, and you love nostalgic bakery(remember that cake Grandma saved for company) then it has all you need. But when big chains like Aldi and Giant Eagle have made huge strides in the last 20 years and Marc's is still pushing hamburger helper like it's the next big thing... well- it's better than a convenience store.

Amazing staff. I was having trouble getting around and several people helped me get my groceries and even made a trip to get my milk. Cashier was really sweet and funny and the man who assisted me out was very very nice. They had everything I needed.

While I was being checked out around 230-245 pm today, I witnessed an employee walk up to another employee who was bagging her own personal groceries and slap her across the face very hard. While other employees just stood there and said nothing. I felt so bad for the employee who was assaulted. And how unprofessional the other employees are. I couldn’t believe that no other employees said anything.

The Marc's at W.150th St needs to be bigger. Looking for cabbage in the produce was no where to be found. Shopping carts at the front door was to close to the entrance which almost blocked the entrance. Not enough room for frozen foods. All the frozen package vegetables were thrown in a freezer that had no dividers. Over all the cashiers were very friendly and courteous.

It isn't the best Marc's, doesn't have a deli. Also was surprised at how much more some of the groceries are compared to Aldi. Never used to be such a difference. But he does still have some good stuff.

I had a breathing problem and couldn't make it from back of store to friends car in lot. A nice young lady helped me and so did the Sheriff and a manager. Closeout section always variety of amazing finds. Great prices on almost everything. Usually not long checkout lines. Public restrooms great when you have a potty training toddler...

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE BY MANAGER GARRIN THIS EVENING, RUDE WOULDN'T GIVE ME CORPORATE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER, WAS PROVIDED BY SECURITY OFFICER ON DUTY!!! Shopped for. Quick lunch for my grandson fast efficient and freshly hot made to order I love love love this burger king .we go there a lot .and the people at the windows are awsome and friendly and efficient.i highly recommend this one . on left of 150th on PURITAS Ave.next door to the money store.check it out for yourself

Like I said about Dave's but the different good prices good assortment of items and even the clearance shock me how low some of the stuff are if I have more money in my pocket a better job well not a better job but a pay raise I'll be doing my shopping no matter where I'm at I'll go to Mark's

Best shopping experience ever, I love this place. Been going there for years, and it's a new experience every time. Sales clerks are friendly and courteous always smiling , two thumbs up.

I will never ever return to this store . workers are not friendly or helpful at all managers are very unprofessional , carts outside parking lot are all over customers cars don't park there if u have a car u care about, and also don't ask for a job u don't want to work there if there manager are not friendly to customers u ain't going to last there I could only iimagine how they treat there workers it'not a happy work environment,

Worst store in the chain. Half witt employees run the place. Confrontational about their mistakes. Never enought trained cashiers. Go to kamms or Brookpark stores worth the trip.

Marc's on West 150th and Puratis is a good store, a little cramped but nice. Very clean ,and the staff are friendly and very helpful.

I would not have even given this location one star.I stopped in this location for the first time August 31,2018 at approximately 830 pm.I was leaving the fruit juices aisle when wine bottles started dropping off a shelf shattering at my feet.I had a cut on foot and had wine drenched socks and shoes (flats) a lady came around the corner and said all she did was pull beer off shelf and the wine started falling.Why was the beer backed up to wine bottles?I have no idea.Marcs employee walked by as if nothing happened.My shopping trip ended there I made my purchases and to add insult to injury the cashier was rude said nothing to me except 57 dollars as I packed my own items.This store is also the most unorganized and filthy store.I will never return.

Worst Marc's I have ever been to. Surprised this location is still open. The store is crammed with stuff so the isle's are forced to be small. Its filthy on the inside, not sure what the workers do. I don't see many of them and they never smile, been their a few times and I promised myself never to go back to this location.

On W. 150th Puritas. DonT like the way the dairy and freezer section are located. Expected to check out where I entered and it was east of the store. Notvwell organizedFrom my experience the best store is in Strongsville though not without its faults. Next best one West 140th. And then North Ridgeville. By far the worst Marc''s store is in Lakewood, Ohio on Detroit Ave & Warren.. The isles are small and on an angle. One enters in the eras of misc. Supplies , produce and isles of softs drinks. Things are hard to find at first. The freezer section is at the far end as are other food itemsSuggest someone check this store out when they are in a hurry. Ha! Ha!. The area needs this store but not the disorder.
