My dog loves coming to daycare! He is absolutely pooped when he gets home and gets excited to come in the car in the mornings whenever he's going. I also board my dog when I go away and don't feel guilty leaving him because I know he's having a good time and we'll taken care of.

This place is *literally* the answer to my prayers for my new shelter dog. The location is convenient to and from work, and buying a month package makes it reasonably priced.The staff is kind, caring, professional, and knowledgeable. I don't have any concerns for my dogs well-being when I hand him off in the morning.Also: they post photos on the app throughout the day so it's really fun to check my phone and see a picture of my dog out on the dancefloor.They also offer boarding, grooming, and training so it's very helpful to have so many services available.Thank God for K9 Cleveland. 🙏🙏🙏

My border collie mix absolutely loves going to K9 Cleveland for daycare. I started taking her to K9 Cleveland this winter to help her get the exercise she needs and to also make some doggie friends. As soon as we pull into the parking lot now, she's already in the backseat of my car in the play position. She's made a ton of doggie friends and I love how the K9 Cleveland team sends pictures throughout the day of my dog playing. They have several large play areas, one or two of them are outside right on the river, which I think is really cool. The team at K9 Cleveland have always been fantastic, treating my dog with the utmost care and respect. You can tell that everyone who works here are truly dog lovers. My dog is very high energy & the K9 Cleveland team has also helped me with training her and getting her to calm down more when she greets other people and other dogs, which has been a huge help. I'll be taking my dog to daycare here for many years to come. I can't recommend K9 Cleveland enough to any dog owners in the area!

Our senior diabetic, partially blind, semi-incontinent little dog was expelled from a Rover sitter's house, because of his needs while I was away on vacation. We were frantic because he did not need medical boarding but did need insulin injections. It seemed that while the kennels we reached out to were comfortable giving oral medication they were not comfortable administering injectable medication. The kennels that did administer injectables were booked.K9 Cleveland came to the rescue, not only listening for 10 minutes on the phone to our little guy's care instructions but reading through pages of them. They also called me for clarification about administering his shots. Additionally they sent photos which reassured me about his well-being.We were able to enjoy the remainder of our vacay with the peace of mind knowing our dog was well cared for.When I picked him up he was in his own little area at the front desk freshly bathed, happy, fed and glad to see us. Highly recommend,

My dog, Clara, and I love K9 Cleveland! She is a rescue and when I first got her, she was very shy with other dogs. I didn't know how she would do in a daycare setting. She opened up soon after starting and, from what I've heard, is now a social butterfly. Her behavior has improved so much at home, too! Starting at K9 Cleveland has also made our relationship much better because she isn't in a cage all day while I'm at work. The staff is excellent. Everyone is so kind and loving. It is clear how much Clara loves them, too. Now, Clara is so excited to daycare every morning, which makes me so happy. She perks up as soon as we pull in the parking lot.I can't recommend K9 Cleveland highly enough. Doggy daycare is definitely an investment, but her monthly pass is hands down some of the best money I have ever spent.

I take my 1-year-old golden retriever Theo here and he loves it! It is affordable and they give great care to my pup. Big indoor and outdoor area for the dogs to play, and Theo is always exhausted when I pick him up. Highly recommend!

K9 is our dogs Lyla and Smuckers’ favorite place. They are thrilled to see every staff member in the morning. The care has been wonderful for both dogs. Staff have been kind and patient, especially with with our cautious rescue. Can’t recommend enough!

My fiance and I have boarded our dog here based on excellent reviews online and from people we know. The first time went off without any issues and our dog had clearly had a great time - he came home exhausted. On his recent stay, we came home to find that only two of his portioned bags of food were gone, even though he should have eaten at least 5 times while in K9's care. We had to call to find out that our dog had been too anxious to eat. This is a problem that we've encountered with him before, and something that we have a trick to avoid that could have easily been implemented by K9's staff -- but they did not call us to let us know that our dog was having any issues with eating or anything else. I would have expected at least a phone call to let us know what was happening and to consult with us rather than letting our dog just not eat.

K9 Cleveland showed their true colors in a recent interaction I had with them. They are solely interested in the transactional nature of your relationship with them rather than what is best for your dog. My dog has extreme anxiety and shyness of strangers so grooming was always a worry. However, the former groomer who worked there developed a great relationship with him and their sessions got easier as time went on. Unfortunately she stopped working at K9 Cleveland. I called to inquire for her contact information so I could continue utilizing her services. After I explained all this information about my dog I was then told that it would be a “conflict of interest” to provide that information to me because K9 Cleveland was “looking for a new groomer” and didn’t want to send customers to competition. First of all, what competition? You don’t offer grooming services at the moment. Do you think I’m just doing to sit on my hands and wait for you to find a new groomer and happily be first in line once you’ve figured everything out? Let me be extremely clear: you have already permanently lost my business whether or not you find a new groomer. It was an absolutely horrible way to treat a customer and showed complete disregard for the well-being of the dog in favor of profits.

This place is a hidden gem. Very close to the edgewater neighborhood with a location in the flats right next to the water. These people truly care about your pet. Happy animals who get to play in a premium open location all day. Play pools for warm days. Employees are genuine animal lovers that are happy to see the pets. Boarding and lodging prices are pretty decent. They also have other services available for grooming and training. Owners occasionally host free weekend programs at the location. Very friendly place. Located Very close to downtown Cleveland in the flats

We love bringing our puppy to K9 Cleveland for daycare, boarding and grooming. He goes once or twice a week for daycare and absolutely loves it. The staff knows him the second he comes in the door and treat him so well. Our pup has also been groomed and the groomer on site helped him through his first grooming appointment with ease and he looked so cute. He has also stayed overnight for a 3 night stay and he came home well fed and exhausted from a weekend full of fun. Thank you, K9 Cleveland, for making it so easy to trust that our pup is safe and happy!

K9 Cleveland was awesome when I needed to head out of town for the day. As a new pet parent, I'm still a little uneasy about leaving my pup for long periods of time, but Julio at K9 periodically sent me update texts and very cute photos letting me know she was in good hands and doing just fine. It being our first day, they gave us a free trial day, which I really appreciated. If you're looking for someone to give your pup plenty of love and play time with other great dogs, I definitely recommend K9 Cleveland! Thank you!

We LOVE taking our boy to k9. They truly have become extended family and they love our pup just as much as we do. Our boy is SO excited each and every morning to be picked up. Their whole team is amazing and are each so so kind and loving toward each dog. They helped us learn more about our dog and even have an in-house trainer and groomer. K9 Cleveland is definitely the best choice is doggy daycare in Cleveland.

K9 Cleveland got my dog in for boarding very last minute. The place was very clean and I was sent daily updates about my dog. I think the dog had so much fun interacting with others in both the indoor and outdoor playrooms,. He was well monitored and well taken care of. I also like the fact that the kennel and doggy daycare worked out well. I would highly recommend this kennel.

We are continuously happy with the service at K9 Cleveland. Out hyper active Jack Russel and always active Rottweiler come home sleepy and satisfied after every stay. Knowing that our pups get to be outside enjoying the breeze off the lake is amazing. They also do a phenomenal job trimming our dogs nails.Our Rottweiler doesn't do well in new places with new people but the tour we took before hand with her made the world of difference. Now she can't wait to enter the building.We also feel secure in leaving them overnight for a weekend knowing someone is near by at all hours.Highly recommend for any of your dog care services.

We just starting taking our puppy to K9 for daycare and boarding two weeks ago. He has so much fun there that it’s a struggle to get him to leave! The employees are kind and genuinely love the dogs and what they do. I was so impressed by the constant communication while my dog was there, as well as the fact that they made a special effort to learn about him. They make it seem like he is the most special and important puppy there, even though I know they’re giving this same love and attention to all the pets in their care. I’m so happy I found this place for my little guy and we will definitely be using K9 for years to come!

My girl Shadow loves going to K9 Cleveland and I’m so grateful for the incredible staff! I just moved back here from NYC and with all the change my pup had some anxiety getting back into play mode. Every single time I pick her up form K9 they give me a full progress report on how she did that day. She’s now playing with other dogs and gets so excited to get in there when we pull up. Best place to bring your pup in Cleveland!

My 11 week old puppy went overnight for the first time so I could celebrate a holiday with my partner. She's very attached to me to the point where I can't do laundry without her and cries when I'm in the bathroom.Artemis (my puppy) was SO happy and excited and was snuggling up on one of the daycare attendants when I came to get her! She had such an amazing time and will DEFINITELY be coming back at least once a week for puppy daycare! The employees care so much about each dog there and I felt well informed and very safe leaving her with K9 Cleveland. Thank you!

Our dog loves going to daycare at K9 Cleveland. Love the outdoor space they can run around in on nice days and the staff is always so friendly and excited to see our pup when we drop him off. Only issue we've had is that sometimes they try to charge us for a full day, instead of a half, but when we've corrected them, they always apologize for the mix-up and charge us for the correct amount. Very happy with K9 Cleveland!

We just moved here in January and needed a place to board our dog, Peanut, for a night. Peanut can be challenging but the staff is amazing with her. I love how the staff greets her by name and gets down to her level. It immediately makes her feel comfortable and she has a great night or weekend playing with the other dogs. She's good and tired after a weekend of playing with her dog friends like Cooper. I'd give this place 6 stars if I could.

K9 Cleveland is the best dog care we have ever found. We use them for day care and boarding. Our dog runs right to the door excited to enter and is so clearly loved by all the staff (and he LOVES them!). We had one miscommunication about the pickup time, and they immediately worked to solve the issue. Tremendous staff. Great place. I highly recommend K9!

While visiting family in Cleveland, Ohio, for several days before and after Thanksgiving, we boarded our lab retriever (Smokey) at K9 Cleveland. This was our first experience with this kennel, but it will definitely not be our last. One of the best things about K9 Cleveland is that they allow the ‘bordered’ dogs to play with the ‘daycare’ dogs all day. When I heard about this, I was very excited because I don’t like my dog to be caged all day....and Smokey LOVES playing. The staff from K9 Cleveland sent me daily pictures of Smokey and/or daily updates on her, including how often she ate and pooped. I was very impressed with the attention they gave to her throughout her stay.

My dog has been visiting K9 for over a year and they are wonderful! Darlene is great and you can tell she loves the dogs. He was going for daycare prior to Covid and he boarded there recently while I was on a trip. They sent me pictures daily and I was glad he was having fun while I was away.
