We loved our steam shower for the first year, then we had to replace water lines that failed along with hose clamps.We also have had to replace the steam cup a couple of time because it melts out of shape. Around year two there were numerous leaks and water damage. Got that fixed and we still had water and figured out the seal in the floor and in the wall corners were leaking.Any places it could leak it did. It is really fancy, too bad we can't use it unless we install it near a lake to catch the water that pours out. I message them a couple of times and they have failed to reply. We are not rich so spending that much money on something that is now useless stinks. Good concept, subpar materials.

I had a steam shower generator/system from 2004. The unit died and I had to find a generator that fit the size of the custom steam shower. The generator had to also fit in the wall of an adjacent room and be run the same way as our original unit. Easier said than done.I contacted Homeward Bath to see if what they offered would work. Sales was awesome; they helped me figure out which unit would work best! They were also a couple thousand dollars cheaper of what could be sourced locally in Northern CA. I was a bit skeptical that their unit would work as well since it was nearly half the cost of their competitors.I am thrilled with the unit we purchased!!!! The unit has worked great for nearly a year. We had a issue with the wall control and contacted tech support. Mark M. helped us troubleshoot and resolve the issue!Very happy with my purchase and the fantastic service Homeward Bath provides!!!

The $5,000 shower unit failed to meet the most basic expectations. For starters, putting the shower together was very easy until it came to the door. The door would not line up correctly and the magnets on the door are not strong enough to keep the door closed. When we called the company, the person we spoke to made the comment that he has put hundreds of these together and never had this problem, but they did nothing to fix it. The wooden slats on the floor cracked, the hinges on the door (and other various pieces) are rusting after just 4 months of use. This is absolutely uncalled for, please do not waste your money because this shower is not worth it and the customer service was awful.
