They're a regional chain grocery store with average to moderate selection. The organic section used to be bigger than it is now. But, if you're local and would rather not drive halfway across the city to save the extra dollar or two for the handful of things you forgot, then you're in luck. They do have good customer service at this location.

Edit: it’s been three weeks since I emailed the store about the cashier bagging raw meat next to my veggies in the same bag. They did this out of spite and he smiled when he did it because I called the follies a “scam” since the packaging had deceptive prices.Nobody from this store apparently cares so I adjusted my review to one star and I have stopped shopping there completely. And will continue to support other grocers instead.

Chronically understaffed (try paying people) and with a poor selection of…everything, even compared to the Giant Eagle five minutes west. Oh and don’t forget the lack of local products from this Pittsburgh-based chain. Do yourself a favor and aim high-quality with Heinen’s or lower-cost with Aldi or Marc’s. Giant Eagle in general and this branch in particular offer neither quality nor price. Avoid.

I drove to this Giant Eagle because the one in Westlake and River had run out of the 8 pack of Atkins shakes that were on sale. I knew that was a possibility but what surprised me is that they don't even carry that size - the sale price was $6.99 for a four pack and $6.99 for a eight pack. Yes, that's crazy but that's correct. Conclusion, the people that frequent this store and happen to buy those specific drinks just paid double then the people in Westlake, Bay, Rocky River and North Olmsted.

Prices have gotten insane here. My husband came home with hot dog buns, pickles and coleslaw yesterday and yet his total was pushing $18. No wonder I stopped going to giant eagle once they got ride of double coupons. They're just a cash grab anymore.

Very clean shopping store. Check out is quick with friendly cashiers. Produce is excellent. Good choices on freshly made meals. Shop for sale items for the best deals. Use your reward card for points.

It's one of the smaller Giant Eagles but it's great because it's sitting in the middle of the neighborhood so easy access when you just need a few quick items.

This store is just the right size and is not overwhelming. I don't care for "big box" grocery stores. In addition, the staff in the produce dept. is always ready to assist whenever you're in need. I must also add that a nice young man by the name of Joe works there. He keeps the lot free of blowing carts and kindly provides assistance with the electric carts. He also has such a nice disposition. Giant Eagle is lucky to have him.

Store is fine. Just cooked the Prairie Fresh pork loin and it was terrible. No sign of apple wood smoking or bacon flavor, just some sort of mustard and vinegar taste that wouldn't wash off. Satisfaction guarantee was not honored by PF, they just said sorry and hung up. I guess that means return it to the store.

If you want it they probably have it. Great local supermarket with friendly staff! We loved the fresh hot dog buns from the bakery (which also has lots of tasty treats!)

This is the closest grocery to my house. And I avoid it unless I really need something. I witnessed an employee snap at another employee have watched the store have shop lifter walk out with carts of steaks… twice I’ve seen this happen and it makes me feel very unsafe. Someone else said it best the employees are as miserable as you are. It’s just clearly poor management. I wish it was great I wouldn’t have to drive all the way to Whole Foods and heinins then.

Not a fan of self checkout. I don't work there so don't expect to. People need jobs. And why aren't the shelves stocked at night. Wrestling with the clerks and their carts is a waste of our time. This time I got a girl that it had to be her first day. Brought my reusable bags and had to pack my own groceries.

So this is a great store. It's not a corporate cookie cutter Giant Eagle. It's a smaller more convenient store than the W117th location. However as I was checking out this evening the cashier was terribly rude. He was complaining and sighing the whole time I was in line. He acted as if I was bothering him. I had a package of ground meat he whipped over in his hands and ripped the plastic open. Terrible customer service. All of the other staff was at this store is great. I hope management reads this review. I was sincerely agitated by him, and I have a ton of respect for workers in the service industries.This store being smaller does have less product and variety. It is very convenient in and out.

Worst store around, self checkout...no card no service but the so called assistant can't scan a store card instead she sends me to one of their 2 open registers that have 8 people in each lane while she stands there letting the customers do her job. Then they can't even offer you bags,not even to pay for. Took my groceries out just piled up in the cart. Never to return again

If you absolutely need something, yes, good store. Prices are comparable to Heiniens, service sucks! Employees seem as upset as customers. Now we bring own bags in and pack own groceries..may as well shop at ALDI, save $$ and be greeted with a smile! F××k GIANTEAGLE!

We go here all the time and we got gift cards in the past they know us but today we were told we can't use a check to buy a gift card, if I have to use cash for a gift card I'll just use cash and go to a gas station of my choice.very poor management.

Place isn't want it used to be. Customer service is rude, no patience, Chris the worker their was was nasty, kicked me out because I went down the wrong way of the Isle. Had 309.00 dollars worth of groceries. I go very 2 weeks. Manager is a peice of work to. Had to walk away from my food. They put it back on the shelf, I will be calling health they can't put that stuff back for on the shelf. I Will never shop their again. And will be telling my neighbors the same. Good luck with that location. They'll need it.

I like the fact it's smaller than alot of Giant Eagles.I know where everything is.I can run in and out fast if I need a few things.Everyone I've dealt with have been nice and polite. This is my store.

I use to love coming here until I seen that everything was expired or about to expire the next day. Nothing is ever fresh anymore which is very disappointing. It’s been this way the last four time I’ve been shopping here.
