Terrible so ghetto and they have old sales still posted in the store and then when u ask they say oh my bad I didn't take it down and still won't let you get it, like I told them that's fault advertising and manager told me oh well. Never will shop again with them.

Eh. I mean it's family dollar, so you don't go in expecting much. This location is unfortunately one of the worst that I'm aware of. They often don't have the common things that usually should have. I can't tell you how many times I've gone there the day after the truck has come, and they just don't have certain things. For example, i went today to buy a spare toothbrush and they had two like in the whole store.... often don't have enough of a staff, they be often get robbed from, They often close early and unannounced often But it's family Dollar... 🤷🏿‍♂️

Better customer service. However, there's no cash back there... even if you have cash do they have any change? I'm glad I had exactly what I had to spend.

This Family Dollar is good with having the items you need in stock. Every time I'm there the shelves are full. I don't care much for the store layout but once you have been there a few times you will know your way around. I think the prices are good and they have a decent frozen food section. One thing the store does need to do better with is keeping beggars from standing near the entryway of the store.

Some of the prices (like the Jolly gummies) don't match the register price (I always give any product like that back, it's false advertising). Stores that do this got to be doing this on purpose to bait you into picking up the product and hoping you don't notice the increase at the register especially if you're buying more than one thing

Staff is great. The owner are selling melted food out of a hot store. Any store with food in it must be a certain temperature. The employees suffer from the heat. I don’t understand why it has been two months the air hasn’t been fix. Hope it not because it stands a black neighborhood. That store makes a lot of money.

I am a cashier here since August of 2019 currently not working but my original boss is not there anymore and it's alot of things going on there that are not right for the most part it is a clean store and stays stocked up but the area it is in has made a very big impact on that store because of the area it is in mostly the whole neighborhood steals out of this store ... Than people want you to believe they are not thieves .

This store is poorly ran. The workers are unprofessional, rude and ghetto. The ac un the store does not work. The chocolate and other snacks have melted because they have no ac and they are still selling melted over heated food items. The front of the store 8s always filled with trash and over flowing trash cans. The manger is rude young and doesn't know what she is doing. When you have a problem she will argue with you and tell you I just work here it's not my store and is incapable of fixing problems, or errors properly. Because if these things and one other problem I had with my bank card in the store I will never spend my hard earned money with this company again.

Everyone's always so nice when I come to this family dollar always greeted me anytime I've walked into the store rain sleet snow shine even with a line a people they always made sure any time I've frequented the store which to me is everything 1st impressions is everything & if the folks that work in this store appreciate their jobs & have a go to chain of commands (management) as far as their leadership it starts at the top & works its way down..... The woman who rang me out today say around 130 200 was vey pleasant & curtious dunno her name also a woman I believe was a manager-supervisiorShe came behind the counter 2 help out the gal ringing me out something with the machine no biggie just wanna give positive reinforcements when they're due instead of always being negative nancies...#HappyEaster#ThanksFamDoll$~Mz.Juno

This store is filthy, inside and out. I shopped there until recently. I will continue to shop at other Family Dollar stores, but I will not shop at this store until I see some changes. Clean the litter from the parking lot, mop the floor. This would be a good start !!!

Can't open on time, I've seen the delivery man standing out side twice when I rode past because he can't get in, the online time says they open at 8am, and they open way later

Just go to a different store. Trash outside in the parking lot. I guess the staff and owner don't see it when they leave. Store is trashed. I guess they let anyone purchase a Family Dollar chain .
