I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE GO BACK THERE I BROUGHT THIS SANDWHICH A COUPLE DAYS AGO AND I OPEN AND ITS ALL MOLDED ITS DISGUSTING I HAVE KIDS WHAT IF MY BABIES ATE THIS I WILL BE CALLING HEALTH DEPARTMENT ON THEM AND CALLING SOMEONE TO CHECK ALL THEY FOOD THEY SO CHEAP TO ROTATE PRODUCT ITS SAD!! Needs to be closed down!!!

My boyfriend, Matt, had worked there for 4 years and a lot of his coworkers were very friendly and funny. They all worked hard to make the place seem less like the ghetto and more like a neighborhood store. After they all put in their 2-week notices and quit the right way, they were all blacklisted from not only Family Dollar but from the other umbrella companies-Dollar Tree and Dollar General. I was fired from Walmart and told I could go back after 6 months. This is not only discrimination against my boyfriend and his crew but also defamation of their characters. Now they only have thieves working there who constantly steal the money. How they’re still in business is beyond me.

The shelves were not full and the store was dirty - especially the floor. This particular Family Dollar use to be very clean, fully stock. I would go out of my way to come to this particular Family Dollar in the past....but not anymore...

I'm disabled and sometimes I can't get to regular grocery stores to get what I need without wearing myself out. So going to family dollar is very convenient. I'm able to buy food and sundries even clothes at great prices. Its a one-stop-shop for all your needs. Probably the best dollar store ever. It also helps that I live around the corner too. 😍

parking lot front and back looks like a landfilltweakers charge their phone out front next to ice machine while begging for cigarettes and $half the fence is bent and broken when someone wrecked into it and it's been that way for MONTHSalmost EVERY item rings up more on receipt than the price sticker says but since 99% of their customers use food stamps they don't notice or care .guys stand in front of store with backpacks selling !straight hood !

Hit or miss. Sometimes the customer service is great and other time it sucks. Store is to cluttered. They need more room. Great spot to run in and grab one or two things..

We found sone stuff that are cheaper here compared to other stores. This place is just ok if you're not that picky with branded items. Friendly gentleman on the cashier.

I usually go to the Family Dollar on Fulton but today I went to the one on Pearl Road and Broadview here in Cleveland the gentleman that was at the cash register was very professional and very courteous he greeted people as they walked in definitely an excellent customer service Personnel thank you

Terrible customer service. Terrible store upkeep. Terrible music.The place has plywood and a normal door for a month after the neighborhood thieves stole the atm. Great job family dollar for keeping it classy

Its family dollar. But out of most things. Constantly having boxes of restock items in the aisles. Always get hit up for money coming out of the store. Find another location.

This is the worst Family Dollar around that only do the employees have no idea what they're doing they're supposed to close at 10 they will lock the door at 9:45 and not let anybody in. And the employees will be hiding behind the store racks laughing that you while your outside wondering why the door is locked.Lazy lazy

Closes the door 20 minutes early. Tried to speak with the staff and she ran & locked the door & turned the lights out when there are least 4 customers outside.
