Horrible. The cashier has a smart mouth, and is very disrespectful. I purchase several items and the Scott's paper towel rung up for the wrong price. I asked him to call the manager and when he came upfront he took the item off my bill. I told the cashier the price on the display and he said well it rung up for that price. I ask him to call the manager and he continues to ring other customers up. Then when the manager comes up we are still arguing. Finally the manager tells him to be quiet. Then turns out the disrespectful cashier didn't know his job after all because when he was told to refund my order he through all the stuff on the floor. Then cashed it out BUT I paid with a card. Then he had to ring it again. This time the manager had to do it the correct way and instruct the smart dummy how to refund a customer order. Then he gave me a receipt but never asked me to fill out the bottom of the receipt for the reason for the refund. I'm definitely calling corporate tomorrow

The cashier who helped me was very nice and you can tell she's a new hire... However the store wasn't stock which is rare because they usually have product everywhere... I usually don't patron this store due to the long lines and bad customer service

This particular store has come a long way.Good customer service, the only thing is with the closing of the nearby store it seems hard to keep the store properly stocked

I love the family Dollar chain, but this store is a complete mess! They really need to get workers in there to clean it up. This location is small, and they don't have some of the stuff the larger stores do. But, the isles are just a mess. There's stuff everywhere.

Kind of poor services people just hanging out in the front I didn't feel safe but for the most part I got to buy everybody grace of God so just try to get your employers to do better by serving the customers right and making sure they feel safe and comfortable so I'm going to give them a three or two

This store is awful it was very nasty the floors were filfty nothing on the shelves. And the employee went outside to go fight came back in to finish working like nothing happened. It was crazy myself or my family& friends won't be back

I don't like that is dirty every time I go in there and then they don't have a lot of selections on stuff that I need I only go inside for certain things and I also don't like that there is no security I also don't like that they have young children under the age of 12 hanging out inside of the store harassing customers I have complained about this several times every time to a store clerk I do not want the children coming up bothern me when I say I don't need your help the kids will pick up my things anyway forcing to help because they need money I told the kids several times that I'm walking I don't need your help I have a cart then the kid asked me can I buy him things well I'm standing in line trying to purchase my things then I noticed when I got home there were two extra candies in my bag that was wrong up that I didn't even choose because I don't eat this type of candy and the worker in the stores is letting it happen there is playing inside the store throwing things with the kids

Family Dollar is a great store but I don't understand how you have a package that says 99-cents and then you turn you charge taxes on it if something says 99 cent on the package it should be $0.99 not extra for taxes

Needs better cleaning and better stocking up. But it does get you what you want and need. Just needs to be more organized. Staff is friendly.

Cant even open on time made my wife late to work because they opened 20 mins after the google time and she needed to stop because of that time of the month... DIRTY STORE AND SMELLED LIKE WEED...

Today one of the girls who work there refuse my second purchase cause all I had was a 20 I would have to have more items before she would ring me out I was passed but I just went home bad management
