Unless it has been reopened, the store on 79th has been closed for at least two weeks. According to the sign I had saw, it basically said the store was closed due to employee issues.

If I could give this location a 0 I would this store is deplorable they never stock their shelves. Everything is a mess and the customer service is horrible no one should have to deal with such a blatant display of ignorance from the employees.

Well the customer service is always great! sometimes products aren't there because of how many customers come in to buy, hopefully they'll keep ordering more in demand products,so they dont run out so quickly 🙏🙏🙏

I would never recommend someone to shop at this place. Very filthy, very narrow corridors, extremely poorly behaving staff and manager. There is nothing good about it. I am definitely not coming here again.

The reason I give them a three-star because the cashier has a nasty attitude the other two clerks have a good attitude I don't know why they hire people that have a nasty attitude so I will not be going there no more I was in there yesterday and it's my last day attending that store until they have someone that has a nicer attitude

Very poor customer service ask for assistance I'm getting a beverage out of the cold cooler on the top shelf that was pushed to the back the lady looked at me turned around grab the Box Went into isle 3 and was putting items on a shelf I asked for a manager she said she was the manager I asked why she would not give me assistance and she just rolled her eyes and walked towards the back of the store. Very unprofessional and the store isles had merchandise all over the floor and was dirty.

The line was really long but they had 2 cashiers. Said no cash back available but cashier said if you really need it which I did and she complied. So that was nice.

They have a sign on the entrance door that says you can't enter with out a face mask but ppl were in the store with no face mask. There are markings on the floor for social distancing but once again the isles are so cluttered with products on the floor you barely can make It pass someone due to all the stuff on the floor.. The staff was nice tho..

Employees were friendly, courteous, and professional. Store was well stocked, and the prices were very reasonable. Will definitely shop there again.

I avoid this plaza unless it's an absolute emergency. This FD store is small and the aisles are crowded with carts of stock merch here and there making it feel even more chaotic. The clientele in this store and the grocery store next to it - whew - prepare to get a contact buzz.

A heads up just know that it gets rather crowded around the 1st of the month 😊 they actually have some really sweet workers now.. also remember that things sell out really fast at this location

This has to be the most disgusting family dollar store I ever walked in.. For one the aisles are crowded and to close, then they have the nerve to sit everything on the floor because their to lazy to stock things like it suppose to be, and the attention it brings to the store matches the store.. only go for a quick and snatch, anytime I stay longer to “shop” I get frustrated

Everything was great, store clean, excellent service, store was set up nice, even that gorgeous cashier La'Shay was very nice. Overall this is one of the better stores I been in. Highly recommend this place. Only negative is the area it's in

This family dollar lacks cleanliness and professionalism. Management doesnt care about how they keep the store. The entire plaza is unkempt. Just because its in the "hood" does not mean it has to look like this. Take pride in where you work. Take in your customer service.

The cashier was terrible,kept trying to put knew clothes I was purchasing on the counter that was wet with reminisce of flavored color juice. Didn't even advise the customer ahead of me his container was leaking, I had to advise both of them

Prices on the shelves don't match register prices. Very inconvenient. They're going through a reset but still have old prices. They're unorganized and their lines are always long.

One cashier and about 20 people in line until after 730pm customers started complaining. Wow.. Was hot. Go there all the time. Never a problem. Just bad today.

I gave them 4 stars because the store was so packed that getting what you needed was a difficult task, plus some of the workers made me feel a little uncomfortable... Id go here again tho

Lines are always long but service is great. The over charge people. Their prices on the shelves are not the same at te register. So pay attention.

Not open as it says right now been here standing outside since 7!!! They never open at 7 so please change your hours online and on the phone or get a manager who can open on time and who cares!! Multiple days this happened to me and it’s very upsetting
