This is the worst store I have ever encountered! Most of the staff are rude and obnoxious! They close early. Store hours are until 10, which I understand they don't want you coming in to shop at 9:50, however if you are there at 9:45 and just need to put money on a cash card that takes 2 minutes to complete and they're response is too bad. It's just unacceptable!! They are just rude! Not to mention that they are also the lowest of low. They steal from their own company. Sad, sad.

I come to this store everyday and it has improved a lot ! A lot of variety and very well stocked. I also noticed a difference in the employees attitude I noticed a new girl with pink braids that was very well mannered and down to earth. I hope they keep hiring more people like her instead of the employees before that were rude.

Store wasn't most organized,but in its defense had alot of merchandise. The people stocking shelves weren't the most hospitable, but the cashier made up for it then some,younger lady didn't get her name. I would guess from memory around 26 -28 years of age. She was very polite,made sure I got everything I needed. Thanked me and a friend for our shopping. And that was the reason for the 3 stars

The staff at this location needs to be fired. The 2nd shift manager accused my children of stealing merchandise from the store. Instead of her taking proper protocols and restricting them from coming to the store and requesting to speak with a parent to address the alleged allegations. The manager took her frustrations to another child. My daughter returned there to speak with her directly and she was very dismissive and said where is your mother and said she don't talk to kids. You don't talk to kids but you reported the matter to my son who is a minor child. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. I contacted the store location this morning to discuss the matter further and was refused contact information for a area manager. The employees at this location is extremely unprofessional and incompetent. The person answering the phone is incoherent. This is the problem with the city of Cleveland and why the higher statistics for the worst happens here. There is a lack of education and incompetent workers being placed in authoritarian positions. The staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. The manager have been having inappropriate interactions with customers. They have some of the nastiest attitudes. Aways remember what goes around comes back around. They need new leadership. You offered to provide footage to my 16 year old son but you don't speak to kids? There have been numerous conversations taken place with my son who Is also a KID. They are disorganized and need to be replaced. FYI I will take matters to corporate for sure. Be prepared for legal action if your behaviors continues. JUST GHETTO AND CLASSLESS!

I was buying an item that rang up with a different price as marked. They told me that “it should be common sense” that the price should have been what was rang up and not what it was marked as on the shelf. Really? I should know the exact value of any given item in the store? What is this, “the price is right”? The employees here have been great for years and the last 6 months has been nothing but rude interactions for absolutely no reason. I’m just trying to buy food, not sure what all the attitude is for. If you don’t want to work then go be homeless, don’t get sarcastic with me because you hate your lives.

Terrible! Lines always super long. Boxes and boxes EVERYWHERE! Who knows the last time the stores employees actually completed putting away a truck shipment. Was just there and only one employee in the whole store and was stuck at register trying to get the line down. Last Sunday no one even showed up to open the store til 5pm!!! Needs reliable people apparently! Never used to be this way! Been going here for over 2 years and when i started i was in there everyday! Not now! I avoid that store if i can!

Clean nice environment... Needs to work on isles. Wheelchairs can't clear end caps or they are too narrow. Nice crew alsoSo a year later store has totally went down hill.. good luck walking down an isle. Trash half stacked laying everywhere. Same spill on the floor for two weeks. Untrain workers some try..so called management never is doing anything if they are even there. Rude too. Coolers run completely out of everything totally empty before stock is even ordered. Hire people who actually want to work.. management no show so store goes unopened. Almost like it's being run into the ground on purpose.

The employees are great but the isles are overstocked with merchandise on dollies that hasn't been put away making it hard to navigate with a cart. With things everywhere, it makes it difficult to actually shop! Getting to the checkout is like going through a maze....Good luck!

Very rude employees. I had to stop buying milk here due to it going bad days before the sell by date. Leads me to believe it sits out at room temperature for some time. This happened way to many times to be a coincidence. I have also noticed this location always locks the doors 10-15 minutes before close. Rarely do I post however this store is in shambles.

I would love to talk with the owner of this store and educate them on how to keep a clean store and kept workers. You can NOT expect the few staff you have to dig themselves out of that mess! Every time I go here it is filthier then the last. Idk how you are making money when 90% of the inventory is/has been boxed up and packed for weeks. I’ll give you till Friday to respond before reaching out to corporate.

Poor customer service the staff cares about personal phone calls more then waiting on customers. It's like you are bothering them. Then with 3 bags of merchandise the cashier asked you (the customer) to put your red basket by the door. REALLY. WON'T BE BACK ITS GONE DOWN HILL SINCE THEY OPENED.

Unorganized, understaffed, very unprofessional, ghetto-hood-like attitude manager "off the clock" rushing a senior citizen customer and street clothes on the customer side of the register by the entrance door repeatedly telling the cashier that she really needs to speed it up because she needs to pull $60 from the cash register and give it to her immediately(for her personal use I would assume)... That's also mention that when I walked out and I said very unorganized she had the nerve to follow me out and try to confront me and say; "y'all want to always complain about us here at the store to us but nobody wants to call corporate" .... Well guess what lady I'm not from your area but my family does and they rely on this Family Dollar to do their minimal shopping sometimes and believe me after today Monday corporate will be hearing from me I guarantee there probably were no cameras available to witness such nasty unprofessional poor customer service I wouldn't even consider a customer service at this point.

Corporate needs to come in as a secret shopper. Dirty stock sets in alse on utility carts til night before delivery. Can't get a cart down alses much less a wheelchair. A couple of the employees can be really rude. The w.130 Cleveland store is the store I'm talking about. Can't post an updated comment. Puritas store is just fine. Has improved alot.

This store has everything! However, got disappointed on a few factors. One thing, sometimes the cashiers are unprofessional, and argue rudely to customers. Two I often find price mistakes, the GM will give you for the price, and honor the mistake, but this NEW assistant manager acted like it was no big deal. Even TOLD me, "I cant change too many things, or ill get in trouble". SO Family dollar corporate you guys needs to realize youre the issue on that. To the GM sweep your store waaay too many things priced wrong, and in the wrong spot. You shop thinking you have enough by checking prices

When the manager Stacy is working I know to expect great service!! But on the other hand if Stacy or one other woman ( not sure of her name other than a "tall blonde with at least 2 children, lol) things DO NOT run so smoothly... When the cats away, the mice will play 😦

I've been to Family Dollar two times! Both times I have used my credit card. Oh when I go and use the credit card device. It says choose your language? There is no language to choose but Spanish! No touch button for English at all! I've written to the corporate HQ twice! Nothing has been done about the problem at all!The employees and cashiers and yes even the manager are illiterate!

The cashiers were so rude and there was a women in line that had a little girl that was throwing a fit. Not to mention the 2 cashiers and the one lady that literally stood around talking rather than helping people..so there was 8 people in line that i stood in for 20 mins for a bottle of carpet freshener. It was horrible and im never going back to that family dollar.

All the workers called off all that was left was a dude on his first day and a worker from a different store (they told me all this) the new dude hadnt been trained on register and the girl from a different store wasnt familiar with their POS. Not their fault but the manager should get their act together

This store get my bag stole a evener people take my bag and they never put my bag in the back of the coner this store really is going down so bad that the manager doesn't even care there. There is a line going down one way or another line going the other way and he came up to something and then he walked away and went somewhere else in this store and didn't open the other register or help his coworker this star really sucks since everybody else left the store that was good these people are getting really worse at the store

The place was clean and organised but didnt have jeans for men and tried to look at an action cam and the associate stopped me. Said i was too close to tje register. Well then why did they put it there. Was going to buy it till he stopped me. The family dollar on clark is better

This store is extremely rude I have never had a problem taking my REGISTERED service dog in here but today one of the short female employees jumped on me and started calling me names because of my service dog I tried to show her my dogs ID card and she would not look at it she just kept saying I had to leave the store with my dog because my dog was scaring her but my dog was sitting down in front of me looking right at me doing her job and this lady wanted to be extremely rude and even when I was leaving she wanted to make rude ignorant comments I didnt do anything to this lady neither did my service dog I have all my dogs paperwork this lady had no right to throw me or my dog out mind you what she did is also ILLEGAL I will not be coming back to this store an I normally go here everyday.

Continuously short staffed, cluttered walkway, management, the wait in line is always long. Unprofessional staff. Understocked refrigerators, new clothes on the floors. Need something to happen this is the worst Family Dollar I've ever been in!!!

Just grabbed the milk, cigs and chips... fairly priced. Beats the gas stations around where, dealers are always asking if "you, good?" OR "if they could hold, summtinn!" They are dollar short, on an all day.

I come in to family dollar often but every time I do the store is always dirty. I can’t even get put my car without people asking me for money or people asking me to buy drugs. It’s time for new employees 💯

Store was ok. Horrible now, shelves empty employees talking on there phones while working register. Seems like there closing. Horrible experience
