I shop here often for little random things ,it's convient and close. So I came in here one night after work round 5 ish ,and I asked how the one cashier lady was ,and how was her day,and she just gave me the nastiest look . I said sorry I didn't mean to offend you I was just asking how your day was. So ,then she proved to give me the nastiest look. I was just trying to be nice,I work with he public too so I know how it can get,and I just got off work from a busy day as well.No need to be rude .If you don't like your job go somewhere else!

I shop here often the fact the young lady this evening was extremely rude in her demeaner when she huffed and puffed over $4 in quarters that was added on to my $19 dollars in cash for a $25 transaction and asked the remaining to be taken off the card?!? My God, poor thing acted like her head was about to explode while huffing and puffing and giving rude looks. Especially, when I asked if it was a long day and confronted her huffing and puffing... lol smh! I mean its YOUR JOB AS A CASHIER it doesn't take a Rocket Scientist and certainly didn't call for such ignorance in unprofessionalism. She may be pretty but man her lack of of quality service made her look ugly and reflects poorly on the store.

Potholes in parking lot are HORRIBLE!! The amount of trash around the store was disgusting! Trashcan overflowing!! Not one employee greeted me and it was obvious I was looking for something in particular. Cashier didn't speak ONE WORD to me other than to tell me the total. Handed me my change and walked away. Didn't even get a receipt. NO pride in their job. This location looks like it should be in East Cleveland. Don't get me started on their outrageous prices either

A lot of prices were too costly for the items offered. Not much of a varied selection. Store staff seemed to be 'hiding', and had to ring bell at the register to wait for service if there were not a lot of customers in the store

I’ve been coming here on and off for about 3 years. Each time I come in it gets worse and worse. Normally I can find everything on my own but today I couldn’t find a candle lighter. I asked a staff member where one was and she said “probably at the front” I said thank you. When I got to the front it wasn’t what I was looking for but thought oh well I can go somewhere else. The lady I spoke to checked me out, didn’t bother to ask if I found it and checked me out and didn’t say one word to me other than my total. I’d rather go to the nicer one in north Olmsted cause the staff here is rude for no reason.

Staff is okay half the time they look miserable but who wouldn't working in a store like that but they've never been rude. Store smells pretty bad. I used to love coming to this store but hate it now. Everytime I go there there's a bunch of females outside smoking with a bunch of little kids that most of the time they're not even watching bloking the entrance. So annoying.

I shop at family dollar monthy the customer service is good. Prices are good. Some items are not such as shoes. Only lasted me about 3 months and there was holes in the soles. My coffee pot i have had for 6 years and it still works.

Staff was incredibly rude to me and my grandma. We came just to buy kitty litter , cat food and dog food. Their computer froze up and they got mad at me and my grandma. Finally got the computer started up again. My grandma said goodbye and they laughed at us like we were complete fools. When it wasn’t even our fault. Never shopping at this place again.

I ordered through Istacart. I never had any problems with my deliveries with Instacart until today. I’m not sure which Family Dollar Store, the one located on Puritas, in Cleveland, or the one located in Rocky River. I ordered Scott tissue (and Scott tissue isn’t cheap), why did they delivered it to my daughter open? The killing part was, something told me to hurry up & get down there to see what they was giving me & they just pulled off. Instacart did refunded my money but Family Dollar shouldn’t sold sold me tissue that was open. I will never shop @ Family Dollar ever again & I will tell others my experience I had with this store.

"Manager" mike doing truck is an idoit. Rollers are backwards & told me i cant park in the smartest place to unload. When i proved to him his way causes damage to product, he claims he boss won't allow trucks to park where i suggested. AND SLOW! TAKING ONLY ONE BOX AT A TIME OFF BELT. SMH

The manager always looks extremely tired and stressed out likely due to them being understaffed. They need to find more workers and put a damn grin on their faces, aside from the ratchet customers this place is decent.

Some of the cashier treat the customers better then the manager i went in to buy an item had a coupon and the manager was on the phone like always on personal calls got in my face that she does not take coupons. Will not come back to this store

Store is poorly stocked and has a dusty dingy look. Propane exchange has been "broken" for over 6 weeks. Employees are short and rude.
