Have always shopped here, covenant.. right around the corner from my home. But can't even take items to car now... Unless you carry each heavy item to car(can't take the cart out of the store) and now my wife can't even go there without some guy who wants you to pay him to take stuff to the car. So we will no longer shop there.

I luv my neighborhood Family Dollar! The manager Bob very friendly always working and makes sure to get people out of there as quickly as possible with the resources he's given. I don't know the new night time managers name but he also keep it friendly and is always workong

I went in to get a Charger for my Sons IPhone XR, came out with SO MUCH more. The Store was Clean, Well Stocked, Great Variety, and the CSR's were very Helpful and Nice.

Most of the employees here are not very friendly 😔 the one guy that was working today was pretty nice and helpful. And every single time I go here there is no one working at the register and toy have to stand there waiting for 5 mins for someone to cash you out

Looking for some small containers for my job so I was browsing. Well across the isle I see two women standing together and one was shoving items in the other women's large bag. The isle was toiletries. I was going to alert the cashiers but they were two young men whom I doubt are going to get involved. Then I notice cameras ( working ? ) on the ceiling, at checkout I see there is a security tv monitor, then going out the door there is a security sensor.....yet people are stealinv.

Cashier named Lewis was very rude and continuously harassed my pregnant friend for not putting back a item she did not want. Customer service was terrible no customer should have to work at a place of business they are purchasing. Cooperate will be receiving a call!!

It was pretty good. A gentleman that worked there was very helpful when trying to find what we were looking for. Also, the stuff we bought was very reasonably priced. Store was a lil messy, but that's my only complaint.

It would have been fine if the kid and his mother the one that walks around the neighborhood arguing all with each other all the time wasn't in there then it would of been peaceful
