This Family Dollar is terrible. The store is a mess, broken windows in the door , just terrible. Shelves are a so unorganized They definitely need to clean this store up! I guess it’s their procedure not to hand customers their receipts which means I had to take my receipt from the register myself. Just a ghetto hot mess of a store.

Lots of the shelf prices are incorrect, just take the price of the product OFF the bar codes? Easy solution. False advertising is still illegal in Ohio. Your "price(s) subject to change without notice" is not a cover all, in any venue. If i press the issue? You will lose 100% of the time.

I dont understand every time I try to come to this store they always talking about they are closed. Store hours say 8am. I am here today at 11:45 and the worker talking about they wont be open for another hour. When I say this is an issue every visit I mean every visit and I dont even come that often.

they are never open! they also close really early! the staff are unprofessional. the store is a huge mess. the aisle are mostly empty or the items are on the floor or in the wrong aisle.

Went thete at 9:45pm says closes at 10pm..guy waa so rudw we aakes if thwy closed at 10 just ignored us.said we were calling corporate said there is the number.As i wa pulling out i seen him talking to the other staff and started laughing.very distrespecrful and nastguey.i rushed over going by whathhthe website said.guess they close when they want.

The associates in this store are always polite. They pay attention to what's going on in the store. I come here when I need multiple items and can't stand a grocery store trip. One stop shop

Nice store..friendly staff..the day manager especially...I returned a mirror with no receipt & I had absolutely no hassle..I would definitely recommend this place.

Terrible lazy employees a store does not close till ten should not be closed at 9p.m that's very unprofessional and to top it off the employees seen customers trying to shop and still decided to not open store I will be calling corporate office first thing in the morning about this issue.

The place is a mess...the saddest part is it's a new store...also the cashier was not friendly didn't smile or even say a word...needs customer service training....I went to get a gift bag the aisle was trashed...please get this store together 🤔
