Very rude and terrible customer service. The employee did not let me in the store she said they close at 9:45 when in reality the store should close at 10pm. She shouted at me saying “we are closed” not wanting to give me an explanation. Do better.

Staff is very friendly but be aware they will ask you to leave your belongings behind the counter if you have big bags so don't take this personally this is a high theft area and they are instructed to this.. Otherwise you should be able to enjoy the rest of your shopping experience as every thing is where it should and if not there is always available staff to help assist customers with any needs and concerns.

Get to the store at 8am but guess what as i knocked on the door the old lady with two ponty tails just looked at me as i was crazy. Upset because when the store hours at at 8am i expect the door to be open. Smh. Then people wonder why all the family dollars are closing. One would be people would stop coming if they would do what they wont and not following the rules. I'll past on coming to a store who opens up when they feel like it. I'll drive to Chardon Ohio to get things i need and they will have stores open on time with a pleasant attitudes... If I was you choose another store...

The older lady at the checkout was very rude..I over spent & had to choose an item to out bck & she acted like it was a huge hassle to remove it because the item I chose was scanned & deep in the receipt & she didn't kno how to remove it unless it was the last item scanned..IF YOU DON'T KNO HOW TO DO YOUR JOB THEN YOU SHOULDN'T BE EMPLOYED THERE ...POINT BLANK!...VERY RUDE LADY (could really benefit from a custom service class!!!!)..Just sayin

I can't even hardly begin to explain the experiences that occur in not one, but all the Family Dollar stores that I visit ihere in Cleveland. It's like are they now hiring employee's just to have someone present in the stores just to be present to the public. Lack of customer service and support.
