This store has the worst hours. They say open until 9pm. Almost daily it's closed by 7pm! You can't call to see if they're open, they don't answer! The store is disorganized, usually stock piled up in isles dangerous to walk through. People openly steal on crowded isles. The lines to check out are long! It's a shame because they're nearby and convenient in a pinch.

Whole place is always dirty and this is Worst place I’ve ever worked in my life . District manager fires everyone and sometimes doesn’t open the store and has HORRIBLE customer service skills worst manager ever.

This store is easily the worse family dollar in Cleveland. The shelves were not well stocked. The store was junky and dirty looking. I just walked in and right back out.

Female Workers Are Rude Only One That Is Cool Is The Female Manager And The Security Guard….Had A Horrible Experience Today With A Cashier Who Was Moving The Line Slow Because She Is FaceTiming And Can’t Count Money Properly……I Was Direspected By The Cashier And Whatever Female That Was On The Phone Via FaceTime Because I Said I Need To Move Into A Better Neighbor Where There Are White Workers And Dont Have 2 People Waiting 10mins To Be Rung Out….She Also Threaten To Have Her Husband Come Up There To The Store Because What I Said

You used to find stock in boxes waiting to be shelved blocking the aisles. Since the reorganization of the store this has improved greatly. Associates are mannerable and polite. Always willing to assist and help find what you’re looking for.The stores Aisles are full of boxes again. Had to maneuver to get to the toilet tissue. Felt like we were getting beat with the toilet tissue prices. After all the 12 for $5 packages now there are no more. But the prices range so crazy they don't make sense when you price them by item. When did they stop selling cleanser? Not a can in the store.

Horrible. It's getting worse and worse. Product was everywhere. There are not enough workers. The line was super long and slow. The only reason I go there is because dollar general across the street is registers never work.

Where did this family Dollar go wrong I remember back when they had their re-grand opening the store was immaculate and as time went on it appears as if everything started going downhill. WHY? It looks like a tornado went through the entire store and knocked over things on the shelves onto the floor and the floors are filthy and it's just a real big disappointment compared to the way it used to be .

This store in Euclid Beach plaza always have boxes in the aisles, I have yet to walk in there to clean aisles or clean store period. They always have only one cashier, it's really irritating but this is the only Family Dollar in the area. 😕

It was nice. The employees were nice and polite. The store was quiet. Liked my trip there. None of the stores I visited had no small bottles of water. Don't like the tall ones because they r wasted.

They keep closing earlier and earlier. The sign says close at 10pm. The doors are locked at 9:30pm maybe they should change the sign and closing time. Ridiculous

I usually don't go to any family dollar stores because they all seem way too cluttered and it's too difficult to find anything. Plus the prices aren't any better than the other dollar stores. It's just too messy, too much stuff. I don't even see how they have inventory.

The Family Dollar off of Lakeshore and 152nd is horribly hoarded there is stuff everywhere you will not be able to find anything I recommend going to a different Family Dollar unless you like searching for things for hours LOL

This is one of the most unclean looking stores and you always have to stand in a long line. They don't keep their merchandise stocked properly...just messy.

I love this family Dollar the most. Very clean and brightly lit. The staff is always very nice to me and my girls. They are like a family to us.

Worst experience thus far, the manager or associate that was there was not in uniform and was a nuisance. I've never witnessed a family Dollar representative behind the registers and out of uniform and being rude to customers.

This is the worst dollar store ever there's always 12 people in the line and you got 4 so she is walking around but only one line open they got 4 registers every time I go in here it's crowded is packed the cashiers moving slow like they lazy I mean is the word Family Dollar ever
