I went into their store for the first time to load some money on my PayPal acct. The kid behind the register told me to go in the back and knock on the managers door and tell her what I needed. Um, no. Do your job and call your manager to the front like normal ppl. The kid running the register had his leg kicked up while he's yelling me to do his job. I call this morning and speak to the manager. You can tell in the tone of her voice that she doesn't care and I told her I would call corporate. She said "go ahead, call corporate, I don't care" These big chain stores don't care about their customers. That's fine because I don't have to give you my hard earned money either. The manager was very rude on the phone to me. If you don't like dealing with customers, in a management position, go find something else to do

The new manager is very rude very disrespectful even disgraceful. She is loud and ignorant and was very disrespectful to a handicapped man in a wheel chair who had asked her for help and she told him no to “WALK “ down the aisle and get it himself. That is so inhumane. She pretending to ring out a order for a bunch of kids and really didn’t pay come to find out while she was ringing the rest of us up and she was screaming for them that they were her kids. She’s always on her phone and talking disrespectfully and loud and inappropriate. I can’t believe they have this kind of a person working there let alone being a manager .makes me wonder what kind of people own the business it’s self. The store should be closed down and properly train real proper and helpful employees to work there and clean up the store. It looks like someone just throws stuff where ever they want it. It’s not handicapped accessible and it smells like gym socks. This store is going down hill for the employees and managers they get monthly are only getting lower and worse. It’s such a shame and she should be reported

Overall a ok store, just like most family dollars around the country, it has its Days, I wouldn't suggest working there, unless you really really really really have to. They don't pay much and sometimes not at all to their employees. As far as my customer experience well family dollar is my last resort from Walmart and Amazon. You might find a day where everything is actually stocked there. You might find a day where it's impossible to get through the Isles. Don't take my word for anything I'm writing, just know that family dollar is horrible. Allot of the stores in Cleveland are a mess.

It's Family Dollar! Same old stuff, different location. Items were scattered. Mixed stuff on Isles. Went to get Comet or AjaxThey had neither. Offered me Soft Scrub.Also went to find a doggie line for the dog run. They only had the covered wire but it was overpriced. Also they had them sitting in two places close together.(they stocked them that way because both were stocked nearly with more behind. One said $3.99 and the other said $7. Employees were pleasant and professional.As it turned out I didn't get anything I went on they but still made a purchase.

This store is not very well organized, has an odor and mice. I was moved to post this review because of what I witnessed last night. I was waiting for my friend in the parking lot. The store was closed so I was parked directly in front of the store's entrance. I saw a mouse walking along the window pane inside the store window near the entrance. My friend said she had stopped there about a month prior and a mouse was running in the aisle she was shopping in. She vowed never to shop there again. I hate to say it but neither will I.

First I want to say that the workers are very kind .. and the location of the store is convenient because it’s at the end of my street. But it is very dirty in there the floors are filthy. And it does stink In there , If you puchace Chipp’s out of there you would need to squeeze the bag to make sure that one or ten of the mice have not bit into them, There is mice droppings under and on some of the shelves. I really wish they would clean that store up and exterminate. I love the location but that store needs help.

This location is an atrocity! Trash everywhere on the floor. Open stock boxes in the middle of the aisles that have not been placed on their proper shelves. Everything is disorganized and dirty. The air conditioning was not working in the store, so the store personnel had to leave the front door propped open. Once I get up to the cash register to pay for my items, which happened to be glass tumblers, I was informed that they had nothing to wrap the glasses in. Lastly, they did not even have any Family Dollar Store bags to place my items in. They opened up a package of Hefty garbage bags and placed all of my items inside. (Picture below)whomever this store manager and district manager or regional manager is, they all need to be terminated. Our neighborhood deserves better!

Has to be worst Family Dollar store in the city of Cleveland, staff is friendly but shelves are always near empty because merchandise sits in boxes, blocking aisleways, stays that way for weeks, no one stocking the shelves! Its so frustrating, realize they are probably short of help but they are losing business, I have walked out several times after checking for an item 4 times in two weeks, and I'm pretty sure what I need is still sitting in boxes that were there two weeks ago. Thanks for allowing me to vent, will not be wasting my time and gas any more.

OMG there's hardly any room to do any shopping. The aisles are narrow and there is merchandise everywhere. I don't remember this store being so cluttered. One of the cashiers said they have a lot of thefts, well with all that stuff everywhere I can see that happening. Family Dollar management... less might be better.

This particular Family Dollar is always in disarray. The store is not clean and the front entrance merchandise is cluttered. The upside is that various members of the staff have always been nice and have greeted me upon checkout.

The store is dirty, messy, the merchandise is beat up, you can't put your items on the counter because of the mess. The employees really needs customer service training. They hang around outside of the store talking or they are inside eating. This store was my favorite of the two in my neighborhood but looks like I will just go to the one on Lakeshore for now on.

Constantly closed at random during the day when they should be open, and closing early. Some of the workers are nice and pleasant and willing to help, others however are rude and disrespectful. Generally stocked well, clean and organized.

This store is a total disgrace. It is very dirty. Isles clutteredrat droppings everywhere. Chip bags chewed thru. The rats are having a party up in there and no one is doing anything about it. It stinks either CLEAN IT UP OR CLOSE IT DOWN...NASTY JUST NASTY

The manager kristy profiled us just because somebody had a mass amount of money after working 14 hour days and tried to Load Money she said this $100 bill had a weird face then when we inquired about it she said she is gonna refuse the entire sale . That was terrible she is extremely rude and I feel so odd about the way she handled it

Haven't been to this location since spring/summer 2018. They had a really bad issue with mice. From what I can tell though, the problem has been resolved. But I'm still going to check/inspect anything I am looking to buy, just to make sure.

Boxes are stacked up and every single aisle can't hardly get past they got rats running around yes mice rats they all the same in the store I jumped up on the freaking shopping cart when I seen it they need to do something about the store you can't go down the aisle with your shopping cart because of the boxes you can't see what's on the Shelf once again because other boxes they don't have to worry about me going back in there not with Ben and his family's running around
