THIS WASTELAND only gets 1 star because it's the minimum allowed. The laziest workers ever! Especially, this rude, lazy clown in the photo who was too lazy even to get up and walk so he waddled his sloppy behind across the floor on his knees! It's a constant trashy mess (I would NEVER eat anything fun here ever)! They should really close the doors! Every new worker they hire just gets worse every time.

Workers are very polite, Manager Sida very hateful, Rude!!!, Not helpful at All! Needs to be Replaced NOW!!!!!!!! Far Far Too Many Boxes in aisles, Cant even get down aisles! Parking Lot is a Trash Bin! Most of the Money Card Machine Down! Hours Continue to be Cut for Employees Sad to say! Danny is The Best Assistant!

This Family Dollar has quite a bit to offer and has now replaced the supermarket that was once next door. The store is cluttered and could use some organization of the Isles and products. However, the employees were all welcoming and seemed to keep the store front Covid-19 tidy.

The best Family Dollar in the area. I am near four of them and prefer this one because I can access most of the merchandise myselfOther stores in my area have many of my needed items behind the counter.I also like the fact that I can use a cart and take it to the lot. This is very important to me because O am unable to carry heavy packages. At this store I can take things directly to my car.The clerks are very helpful and there is never a long wait in line.The store is the best stocked of my local Family Dollars.

The cashier Ernest was very rude and disrespectful while ringing up my items. I was attempting to use my $5 of $25 but the system was not ringing up the items correctly. While I was trying to figure out what went wrong he started to insult me and make rude comments like “your a genius” and “I’m killing him”. The assistant manager Danny stood there the entire time while the cashier continued to yell at me. This was the worst experience ever and I will call corporate first thing in the morning.

I haven’t been to this Dollar Store in a couple of years. I was very pleased to see that it was very neat and organized. The customer service was great from the employees on the floor and the cashier.

Manager Sida was Horrific! I askedquestions regarding why my $5.00 off was not coming off when Earnest worker confirmed he seen it. she said there nothing she could do. As I as asking about an override she walked away. Earnest refused to call back until I said I was calling corporate. She should be demoted & retrained and Earnest. Disappointed in family dollar. Customer service cost nothing. Do Not Go Here

There was a long line. I saw a staff member talking on phone in the back of the store. A customer asked them to call up clerk to help ring. Then the security guard and the customer got in a shouting match. Finally the clerk came up to ring. Then he got one shouting match with the old lady customers. Then through her out. what a horrible experience. Who wants to shop with all that drama.

I purchased 10 to go trays...the store didn't have a large bag to put the to go trays in .....the tall african american family dollar crew member took the time out and placed them into my 🚗He was very friendly!!The store had plenty of to-go boxesNot like other family dollar stores inGreater Cleveland Ohio

Why do you have to almost have a GPS device to get around in most family Dollar stores ? I swear my client loves these stores , there are always boxes in the Isle my client is wheelchair bound and actually cannot really shop in most of them . Why do they stock their shelves during shopping hours in the first place ?

SITA,VIRGIL , DEON and the other staff are freaking spectucular. I always get warmest geeeting from Virgil hey honey hey... and i have known Sita 20plus years. I will go out of my way to visit this location because of the customer service. Ty guys for always being kind and fabulous.

I like Family Dollars for some things - but this location always has lines. And sometimes the shelves are disheveled. Some popular items are under lock and key behind the counter. Very unfortunate.

This is the most cleanest Family Dollar in Cleveland, Ohio. There were no products on the floor. The staff was very professional and caring. I was so shocked

Can find nice decorative and other household items for reasonable prices. There's one in walking distance of most low income neighborhoods.Not a place for upscale shopping.
