I shop at this Family Dollar regularly. Todays visit was the second time this week. The first time this week that I visited they had no candles (I buy several plain white candles each time I visit) but it was refilled by my visit today. They usually have what I am looking for. Sometimes the workers speak when I enter the store, sometimes they don't. It's clean and organized. What more can I ask for?Update: I shopped here again today 1/18. The person spoke to me upon entering. I needed a few things, including batteries which are behind some kind of locked device. It appeared to only be the one person working so he had to get my batteries and ring me while everyone waited. I didn't like that part but otherwise a good visit.

It's family dollar but this review is based on the fact that big red shouldn't require a trip to 7 family dollars to find! Big red is an american cultural icon that shouldn't be so hard to find! It's bad enough they took it out of dollar tree!!

This store isn't nearly as good.i was there yesterday. Getting Halloween candy 50% off.male manager,said the couple of things I got were not on sale.even though ,they were on the shelf with the signs Halloween pumpkin, he moved after I was questioning cashier.it took 15 .minutes, just check out.he was rude.never going in there again.

Like everywhere else they are experiencing supply issues and they are out of alot of things that they would normally have because of the pandemic. What they have is usually at a good price. The store is clean and the staff was friendly and helpful

Great go to store for lot of different items EXCEPT The EMPLOYEE IS NOT ALWAYS THE BEST WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE BY FAR!!! SELECT FEW EMPLOYEES HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE BUT IT DEFINITELY NEEDS HUGE IMPROVEMENT THAN I'LL GIVE 5 STARS 4SURE...

Rude workers scolded by worker to put basket by front door even though I had hands full of bags and theres no convenient place to set by registers .so basically to do their job and treated like trash . Aisles always blocked. Poor management.

Pet food and etc was in 2 totally different sections of the store. I thought they just didn't have barely anything for pets but as I was walking to the check out I spotted another little Isle of pet food. Weird it was on the opposite side of the store but hey I got what I needed, check out was quick and I got out

The Family Dollar on Broadview an Brookpark.Nasty smart mouth older lady that works there. Very didnt need to hear her comment about her asking me a DumB Question.I always say ask a Dum B Question u 'll get a smart an answer from me.n i like Family Dallar.

Family Dollar does not have the stuff they used to have their shelves are almost empty sometimes everybody was nice enough but they didn't have three or four things that they used to have I used to get there and they didn't even have it this time or the last time

SIGN CLEARLY POSTED AT FRONT DOOR "MUST WEAR MASK TO ENTER" YET WHEN I WENT IN, 5 OUT OF THE 8 SHOPPERS IN STORE WERE NOT WEARING MASKS. I LEFT WITHOUT PURCHASING AND CALLED THE STORE. EMPLOYEE TOLD ME THEY ARE TELLING PEOPLE TO COME BACK WHEN THEY HAVE A MASK BUT I TOLD HER THESE PEOPLE WERE ALREADY IN THE STORE SHOPPING. SHE SAID NOTHING SHE COULS DO, MANAGEMENTS PROBLEM. WILL NOT BE GOING HERE AGAIN.

Its ok.. Not my go to place.. Had a coupon for diapers and they rarely have size 2 in stock.. Cashiers are not the friendliest.. Ended up going to dollar general..
