I just really do not like Family Dollar stores as a company. They don’t care about their employees or their customers. Just your money. Always understaffed and unstocked.

The store was fully stocked. Aisles were neat. But the manager on register had a terrible choice of words when a customer wanted to use a 50$ bill. Instead of saying " sorry sir but we are still using exact change or card" she says to the man "It's on the door, it's right here and then she says " black people don't read!" That wasn't cool ,she was black too! And I love to read so I was offended for real

I live in the inner city of Cleveland. The Family Dollar on 116th Kinsman is a enjoyable experience. They are always stocked or you can always see someone putting up stock. I am always greeted by a associate when I enter🙂. The manager name is Carletha… I told her I was going to go home and give a review… I appreciate her… Thank you

I normally find what I am looking for they are nice and presentable I will still buy from this store the only things they need to consider is clean up some of the isles and put them back where they belong in a time matter

I worked as a security guard officer there & I have to admit it's very clean well organized why I was there and the people I worked with at the Family Dollar were very funny awesome people that I had the pleasure to work with today...

Nice and pocket friendly store to buy a variety of items. From coolers to lotion to outdoor stuff. Family dollar has plenty to choose from.

By the name you would think it was a dollar store. It's not. It's more like a inexpensive and very Junkie Walgreens or CVS but without any pharmaceutical items or Dept. The prices are very long and unlike a dollar store they have a much greater depth of inventory both in variety, Brands, types of merchandise and many sizes. If it weren't so junky and dirty, I would give it 4 stars. But the bottom line is if you're trying to save money this has about the best prices probably.

Customer Service doesnt exist here usually its 1 line open with manager and other staffing communicating with others... I've been shopping here for 3 years and to date they only have 1 cashier who knows how to give good customer service......I have been there with a excessive line with an employee in line with me to pay for her(the employee) snacks while she ate them in the lineI have been there with the manager walking around discussing what needs to be put back with an excessive lineI have been there with 3 employees conversing with register open and an excessive line.A couple of months ago they closed the store not for a holiday or because it was time one of the employees told me it was for restock....for the whole dayOnce I was there purchased a clearance item and the cashier told me the price didnt match the sticker so I couldnt get the clearance price.....(it was 10 more packs at the register ALL had the same price)...and the manager was in ear shot he still had to call her for assistance....way to go manager...Once I was shopping in your store brought in my dinner for the night small black bag(with food) and your manager follows me around the store waits for me to leave my unattended cart and proceeds to look through my bag of food...I used to walk to this store now I wait on my friends to take me to another one.....Maybe during orientation you could throw in some customer service classes..Maybe your employees and manager should understand people dont have to spend their money in this particular store....

The sore is usually very clean & the employees are pleasant. However sometimes. The lines get a little long while some of the employees are restocking the shelves.

First off they advertise one price on the shelf but when you get to the register it's always more money false advertising, it's trickery, the lines always always crowded but several employees in-store...and also I bought a fan, grill and cooler last year for the summer it's only the middle of winter and all of them is broken because they were cheap and fragile never again

If i could leave 0 stars I would. The customer service was VERY POOR N The line was VERY LONG it took 6 people too tell him to call for help n his body Language was so NONCHALANT n when he finally called for help it took her 5 min to respond !!! This location is the worst location I’ve EVER BEEN Too!!!!!

The greetings and wecolming at Family Dollar is very nice, although sometimes the service can be a little slow. But overall a good place to shop.

This store is messy stuff that should be on the shelves are on the floor. Alot of shelves are bare and unorganized. There was only one cashier with a very very long line. I was very disappointed. Not going back to this store.
