I pull up at 9:07am and the gates are still down and they're struggling to them. They open the doors to go in so I go get out the car as well. When the security guard comes out, I speak, he says nothing so I go in but he is quick to say they're not open yet. It is now 9:12 am and still nothing.

We are from Canada and last Thanksgiving holiday in Buffalo, we bought a balloon for our four-year-old daughter from Dollar Tree. She loved it very much. However, the balloon flew away on our way back, which made her very sad. Because she couldn't stop thinking about the balloon, we promised her to buy another one next time we come to the US.These days, we searched every Dollar Tree in Cleveland to find it and finally got the second one. But an hour later, the tape between the balloon and the ribbon came off, and it flew away again! We quickly got to the store and found her the third balloon.I told the cashier lady that we had just lost the previous one. She kindly brought this charm for my girl and didn't charge us. My daughter was overjoyed, and our whole family was very touched.I never expected to receive such thoughtful and heartwarming service at such an affordable store. Thank you very much!

I've been to this Dollar tree several times! I can say that I have never had any issues. The parking lot used to be horrible with potholes but they have filled them and expanded a lot. Never really any issues with parking and it has been getting pretty packed in there! The cashiers normally are great, however, sometimes they can be slow. I see no reason not to visit again. I can always find what I need.

I was very surprised and impressed with how well stocked this location was! The workers were helpful and pleasant and I have to share this.....I found loads of vegan items! I am in love 😍! Very helpful especially with the current cost of living and inflation of groceries.....they have good quality food especially if you take your time and browse I found some great buys! Definitely coming back!

This store has pretty much everything and than some. From kitchen utensils to bathroom niknackes to poster boards and crayons, makeup and drinks and frozen food. If your on a budget, thos is the place to come to.

I pulled up @ 7:50 pm and the door was locked and the sign aays 8:00 pm so I had to go to family dollar to purchases what I needed and had to pay more for what I would have @ dollar tree plua it was and inconvenience

I really enjoy the cost and selections at dollar tree. I would shop more in the store but I need a motorized shopping cart because I use a walker.

Employees and security was too fun with me and my husband. Never been here usually drive all the way to Garfield but I will be back. Plus the employee singing while stocking was pleasant. And I was rung out fast.

This was my first time shopping at this store. I was in total shock at how messy, nasty and overstocked in some areas and understocked in others. I couldn't tell the staff from the customers. They had about 2 carts in the entire store, of which one I had to wait for after a lady got finished unloading her cart into her car. I was surprised that I was able to find some of the items I needed. I just couldn't stay in there much longer, I couldn't stand it.The only reason it gets two stars is because the lady security guard helped me with my bags & when I needed help. The employees had her doing their job (like mopping up the bleach someone spilled in the aisle). I'm sorry, I won't be returning to that Dollar Tree.

Manager and associates friendly, polite and very helpful. Shelves well stocked with things I use daily. Feels easy and comfortable shopping. I've paid $3 and more at other stores and the identical items cost ONE DOLLAR AT DOLLAR TREE. AND THEY ALWAYS GREET YOU WHEN YOU WALK IN WITH HELLO AND WELCOME.

This store is clean, organized and stocked. All staff from the cashier, stockers and security guard were very friendly. Will be my go to Dollar Tree for now on even though it's not the closest to me.

Almost everything you need is in this store, from almonds to zebras! All the staff seems very friendly and helpful. Most recent stop was for Easter baskets and all the fillings. Mission accomplished without breaking the budget!

This dollar store actually has more than one person checking people out. That's a rarity in the hood. It gets 5 stars for this alone! All of the shells are fully stocked!

Good selection of items. However they're never open when they're supposed to be. Went a few weeks ago around 345p on a Sunday, but they were closed. Very disappointing.

This is the only Dollar Tree I've been in that did not have dirty carpet. The owners have taken great care to keep this store up and I TRULY APPRECIATE IT because I can't stand a nasty store.

I had a horrible experience oct 2nd 2022 cashier stealing money madolane is her name and Manger is too store 5455 i called corporate they are closed Sunday I called Monday on hold 20 mins I hung up there's gotta be a better way to report buckeye location cleveland ohio and they close at 7pm

I found the items that I needed. The staff we're friendly. The store needs a good cleaning. The floor was nasty, the shelves looked they've haven't been washed or dusted since the store opened. Items were in an disarray through out the store.

This store is never open currently it's 1:54 pm and the store is locked how inconvenient I walked 15 minutes last Saturday in the am and the store was closed

It was ok until u try to get cash back. You can't til after 1pm, and for that store to have bn open almost an hr...the toilet was nasty.
