Store shelves are never stocked. Long lines, need more staff, and speak when customer's enter the building. Also they need better service and cleaning. UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! on store. Staff is very nice and helpful shelves are stocked, and they always have what I need, even if it's on the the shelf they will check in the back for it. Thank you

The staff is amazing!! Very friendly and helpful. But the store lacks some organization. This store is very convenient for me because its right down the street but they never have the awesome merchandise i see at other stores and for that i have to go out of my way to buy things i like.

Came to this store got all my products accept 2major items my daughter is picking them up at another dollar tree where they keep these products on hand. I went to the checkout counter and no bags but the manager gave customers plastic garbage bags I felt that was great she made sure you had something to put your items in after making your purchases. I told her and the cashier I was grateful to be in the store and I would return just before my products runs low.

TheLady checking us out was very friendly and efficient. Their store was really really clean and organized. I really enjoy this store. Dollar Tree has up their game with ALL of the new art supplies. It's my go to for arts and crafts projects with my daughter and I. ✌️❤️

Well I am surprised its not stocked very well. Barely anything to buy but its like a lot of stores though since covid hit. Hopefully it does get better and more stocked than it usually was. This store here I think they forget about it for the location its in but hey we need stuff in this store to. This store matters to y'all to a lot of us that are close by. The people that work in this store to keep it going also matters so keep them working and stock the store like your other stores are. Give us some good things like your other stores have to. Fair is Fair.

The manager and staff are always friendly and helpful. That is important because when shopping friendly people make the spending of money worth it in these uncertain days. I have nothing but great things to say about this location and the manager. He made my day today saying he was born in 1905, I laughed so hard in line others laughed... He can't be older that 28! I'm sure. Shop early and often at this location because I do!👍👍💞

Went to find an old fashion bottle brush. Very happy to find one here & of course only $1. But most of the shelves were half empty . Doesn't make for a pleasant shopping experience. Will go back to the one on Brookpark Rd. They gave many more choices.

Ran into here because it was the closest at the time. Empty shelves and a mess. Outside needed so much cleaning up as well. I always love dollar tree but I wont return to this location.

While polite , there's a sign on the door mandating the wearing of masks during the pandemic. They are likely turning the area into a hotspot. I was the only person in the store wearing a mask. Even the clerk had her mask over her mouth only. I asked abt it and she said "we try to enforce it but we're actually a pacifist company. Pacifisity will likely cost many more people their lives. So thanks for that

Cashier was very friendly. Only thing I don't like is you can't take the cart outside it is hard to carry out a lot of your purchases to your car. I wish you would change that policy.

Needs to be stocked and staffed better. Near public housing so people just go in and take stuff instead of paying most of the time that's why it's barely stocked. Have to go to the suburbs ones to get what I need anymore.

I think the store need more help you can't find things cause everything's is in the box that they came in. not on the shelves the employees trying to put things up but when there is customer in the store they have to stop and check them out.the store should only have stocker on the floor not the cashiersOnly overnight stockers

Store on Bellaire is very JUNKY AND DID NOT HAVE ANYTHING I NEED The guy at the register said they cut there hours for Janunary well they need to hire someone to CLEAN THE STORE NEVER AGAIN
