Dollar General is a dumpster fire they are dangerous and don't care about they employees or guest safety they want hire security as people walk out with carts of stuff the person who in charge of that probably someone old and good at being noisy or learned how to do the job from Google go to family dollar at least they have security

The employees are very nice. They all greeted me when i came in. The store itself is disorganized and unprofessional. I couldn't see some of the merchandise because boxes blocked entire aisles and there was a sign about not accepting EBT written all over the store.

I love this store, it's not as cheap as other dollar stores but the quality is much better.

ALWAYS CLOSING WHEN THEY WANT TO. THE SIGN SAYS 9PM, I COULDN'T GAIN ENTRY AT 8:10. I ASKED FOR A MANAGER AND SHE SAID SHE WAS THE MANAGER AND THAT THEIR HOURS HAD CHANGED. WHEN I POINTED TO THE STORE HOURS IN THE WINDOW, SHE SNATCHED IT OUT AND SAID THEY WERE CLOSED. I WENT BACK 3DAYS LATER AND THE SIGN WAS BACK IN THE WINDOW... IT LOOKS LIKE A DISASTER AREA IN THERE. NO THANK YOU!!

All locations are supposed to be open until 9PM. We just drive to two different locations that are both closed, a half hour to an hour early. This is horrible all the way around, customer service, management, employees and so much more.We did confirm with another location that they are all supposed to be open until 9PM.Really hoping corporate/management takes care of this! Results in a lot of money being lost.

Convenient stop, however when I do make a stop here they never have what I originally planned on coming to buy. The employees also need better training on customer service and on shelf availability.

Thie employees were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.They sell Sunday papers. The store was organized.Sale prices need to be updated better. The Ladies restroom had overflowing paper towels and hygiene products but was clean otherwise.The staff did a very good job of diffusing an arguement between two customers because they knew the customers well.

I have made many visits to this DG outlet in the past few years and have had NO PROBLEMS as outlined in several of the reviews found on line.- other than the absence of shopping carts (carts stolen from the store). This deficiency had by report been brought to the attention of proper company resources at least one month before ultimately being addressed I assume by the corporation itself - through no fault of the store. I have always found this store clean, with aisles open without packing boxes (except on the day of restocking and with adequate staff on hand to do so when needed). The shelves are always well stocked with items carefully arranged and appropriately identified on the display shelves. n addition, this store hs a far wider selection of "fresh" frozen and refrigerated foods items than any other Dollar store I have found in the area. The staff has always been helpful and apologetic for the carts.

My favorite Dollar General. Its not always orderly but usually has what I'm looking for. Their selection of greeting cards is fantastic. I visit this store or the other one on Kinsman at least 1-2x a week.

This has got to be thee most unorganized dollar general I have seen in life!! Went in there to purchase a few school supplies for my kids, nothing was where it was supposed to be, there was merchandise all over the floors and because things were misplaced the $15 I intended to spend turned into $34!... It looked like little kids ran through there and rearranged the place. Just a mess. Y'all got to do better!!

The woman that was in charge of the store accused me and my son of stealing also called the police without checking her cameras she used some foul language towards us so I told the female that we was going to wait for the police to get there that's when she proceeded to go check her cameras to discover that we hadn't stolen a thing. I will never go back to this establishment. She needs to be fired

Store is never fully stocked, all the employees are new & their favorite answer has been "I don't know' the past few weeks. I only seem to have luck at this store during their HUGE clearance sales. Love the DG app & digital coupons during these sales!!

After telling us to leave our bags at the counter they gave our bags to someone else, then said it wasn't their fault and they weren't responsible for our lost. Tried to give us $5 for almost $20 worth of stuff, they definitely lost me as a customer in this store. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 five thumbs down!
