They overcharge you on items All the Time! The register people are very rude, constant theft, store aisles full of trash! Cereal on sign said 2 for $6,00, , got charged $3.89 a box! They want $7 - $9 fir 12 pk soda! Close the store, we wont miss it!

From what I can see it looks to me like this store has improved quite a bit! Things are stocked neatly, walkways cleared, and they even have a great Valentines day arrangement. There may have been a few things they were out of or waiting arrival. But the hospitality from the employees made up for it.

Did not give me all of my change and followed me out the store to get my receipt.

Understaffed, which is understandable. When you know that there is a shortage of people wanting to work, maybe increase pay or at least pay time and a half on Thanksgiving. Prices on the shelves do not reflect prices that ring up on the register. I was told basically that costs have risen and they haven't had time to change them yet. It doesn't matter what the situation is, I should be given the price that is on the shelf. This store has gone down hill since Monica left. They don't take care of employees properly and wonder why they have people who don't care working for them. Will not be back to this location, or any Dollar general until they fix the problems with pricing. This was not the employees fault. He was nice, but had a whole line of people behind me. I didn't see anyone else working in the store.

The store was extremely warm inside, not sure why that was. It was also extremely disorganized. Some aisles looked absolutely terrible, many items were out of stock completely, items on the floor. When checking out, the cashier walked away without a word while I was using my card to pay..I was confused as to if he was coming back or what was going on. It was several minutes before he returned to complete the transaction and give me my receipt. Another employee stood nearby on his phone while this was going on.

This was by far the best thing that had happened to our neighborhood. Tina and Dave who are both managers are beyond what you would expect in a good manager. I have personally seen them help customers in ways that exceed anyone's expectations. When my three children go in on their own I know they are treated with kindness and are always quick to help. You don't often see a manager cleaning the parking lot but you do at this store. The whole staff is kind and very informative. If anything flaw may occur within minutes or is addressed. I literally appreciate the staff and the store itself.

I shop here all the time and the employees are nice, but there is one Heavy set male employee who is nice but very lazy. And as a problem when he has to open a line to help the other cashiers. But love how they did the store. And also the checkout line is so long at times. Please fix.

The staff at this Dollar General is always in good spirit and willing to help you all the time. The only thing I can say that I don't like is sometimes when. They get new inventory in the store there is just two many boxes and merchandise all over the store blocking up aisle. This makes the store cluttered and hard to navigate sometime

I wish this store was cleaner and had better lighting. They get quite a bit of service in the morning and they need a larger staff at that time. It's upsetting to have to wait when you need to get to work. The last time I visited the door wasn't functioning and the female at the register was complaining about people not reading the door because you had to push it to open it. However, what she didn't know is that the sign outside had gotten wet and was hard to read. The handwriting wasn't very legible either. Most people don't walk up to a automatic door and have to push it, so I thought she was out of line in her comments. It was wrong to make comments like that when customers can hear you.

Very disorganised. Boxes all over the place. I mean I understand deliveries have to come and be put onto the sales floor, but there has to be a cleaner way to go about doing that.Also the main thing I went in there for, they didn't have. Sales associate was pleasant and helpful. That helped get two of the 3 stars otherwise, it would have been just one 🤷🏽♂️.

This store has completely turned around since their remodeling. It's much cleaner and shelves are usually stocked well. The staff is great, they always give me a friendly greeting when I come in.

Definitely feels like a typical store in the hood. Doors don't even open by themselves half the time. Water is always leaking everywhere, bathrooms are gross, the regular full time evening staff is the only plus side to coming here

The staff at this Dollar general is better than the other Dollar general I have went to they give you respect they don't have an attitude on their shoulder so I will be going here from now on like I used to

I just went here at 8:40pm on a THURSDAY and they had the doors closed. I saw the security guard through the door and asked were they closed. A lady walked up to the door and opened it, and I asked her if it was closed and she said "yeah,but we're letting customers out." I said "it's 8:40, don't y'all close at 9?" She didn't respond. I don't know if she was a manager or what not,but this is unacceptable. Closing a store early and denying people entrance to a public place because employees want to is absolutely terrible. I won't be back.

I, would have liked to have given a fifth star but I,fear, in light of the review I, gave of its younger 'sibling'/'cousin'(?), DGX , an unfair comparison would possibly be in the offing. With that... 'proviso'...in mind however service was as good as or even a smidge better as were product variety c quality as a rule

I really like this location it has a great selection. The employee are fairly decent compared to other locations. Only issue was their make downs was not in the system the right way.

Love this store. It's always be restocked and the cashiers no matter which one helped me are all polite. The manager always do a good job with having her store clean and filled.

Since this comment was posted, today at the store, stamps are accepted at both cash registers but only by the manager of the shift. Thanks Much!God Speed in getting both registers to accept food stamp. What is that all about!! Really??!!It's broke. Right? Right! Fix it for us in the community!!!Because of this, there's many people in 1 line trying to buy and go home!!!Ridiculous!!! Another sign showing how much White business owners care about a particular community they serve!!!!WOW!! I just attempted to call the store and it's an 800 number!! WOW!!

Love the store the workers the price and selection the only problem this place has is that the costumers steal the shopping carts, store only has two carts and if someone beat you to the cart you'll be holding your stuff. Also Almost no wait time in line fast and king cashiers

I love Monica and there is another light skinned female with glasses dk her name but those two r the Best.. they see me walk in & know exactly what i want. Seriously if i would not go in if was not for those two ladies. They truelycare about their customers. And Billy and Alicia . They rock

Poorly stock. Multiple employees, long lines, Two registers open really one and that one was only accepting debit/credit cards. Other register close because cash register was down. Basically lost cash paying customers. Line was long with no rules for social distancing. Multiple employees without masks.

Never heard of a dollar store that closes at 430pm.Everytime I go there the store is closed.They constantly cancel my online pickup orders saying they're out of stock but when I went there the stuff was on the shelf.

The store is NEVER clean just like many Dollar stores in the area! I purchased 3 ceramic coffee mugs which the young man didn't know what to do with by asking me if I wanted a bag when I had several other items to carry. The mugs were placed in ONE Dollar General plastic bag each because there was no paper to wrap them in. Almost broke them bringing them in the house because they were not protected! The ONLY reason I come back is because the store is on my way home from work.
