The staff was nice. However, I had to wait a while before anyone came to the register to help me and more than half the shelves were empty (see the attached pictures). When I asked about it, she tried to make a light hearted joke. It's not funny because now I have to go to another store to finish my shopping.

I used to shop here all the time because I could everything I needed, plus the staff were super friendly. Now I do good to get anything on my list. And the turnover rate is bad because they don't treat their employees very well. I found that out because some employees were talking extremely loud about it. The shelves are always bare. They added a produce section for some odd reason. Makes no sense to me because why would you offer fresh food when you can barely supply other things? One of the lemons were molding.

I used DoorDash for this location had 7 items on my list all but 2 was refunded they was out of everything 1item was a soda I tried switching to 3 different kinds still ended up with nothing the 2 items I did get wasn’t what I really needed so just be aware in case your using an app like I did

It was pretty decent. The staff pleasant. Not a lot of clutter. The food was stocked. Especially the frozen. So I was happy! But the fresh produce was unfortunately terrible. Some were even molding. Yucko !

its amazing everytime i come the doors are locked and the lights are on I see product on the shelves. i bet whoever owns this store losin alot of money. shame the store cant open on time.

The worst one you can go to! My hubby went to get some toys for Christmas. They had 2 signs up, "50% blue dot" and "buy one, get one 50% off"...my husband asked for clarification and the lady said blue star or blue dot didn't matter, it's on sale. He wanted me to come and check it out so we would both agree on what to get the kids. I went and got the toys and these didn't ring up on sale at all. I asked about it. She went to look and she told me the signs that are back there and no they have to be blue dot. I said they're blue. They had blue stars. She said no they had to be blue dot. (There were no blue dot toys.) The sign was wrong. It said apparel but was in the toy section. It was their mistake and she wouldn't honor it.I called called corporate and the district manager was nice enough to give me a $25 gift card for the issue. So I went to take a couple things back and use the gift card. This same girl put the items I returned on the gift card instead of giving me my money back. Her mistake again. I re-bought the toys, I left there and decided I wouldn't go back there for anything "difficult".And by the way, the remote control tarantula stopped working in one day. I have to return it, but I think I'll still do to another location. Waste of time dealing with the people there. Sorry to be so harsh, but many of them are unprofessional.

The older black lady has a really nasty attitude. She was there one morning I went. But when i got there early about 745am. So i knew i had to wait till 8am. I waitied until ten after eight. And when I knocked on the door at 8 am. She had the worst attitude. She said wait and walked out of sight and at 8:10am the doors was open. Don't like to go to this store. I'll past it to drive to another one.

Asked one employee about going to check to see if had product in back and her respond she was busy and was very rude but store wasn't crowded all she was doing was putting away stock. Will take my business to somewhere better.

When you guys 1st open it was beautiful everything that you were looking for but now the store has declined I was just in there and honestly the Shalf were bare. AL the mag needs help Hes a good guy Don't let the store go to waste thank you

This Dollar Genera never never has the dog and cat supplies i need when i go there.Their shelves will be empty.I purposely stayed away from this location and went there yesterday for dog food and cat litter.They had no Fresh Step litter on their shelves. The dog food shelves were almost all bare. As i left i said something to the sales clerk and she simply apologized. Apologies dont feed my dog or help keep my cat's litter box fresh.They are pitifull

The line is ALWAYS too long in this store. Management in my opinion shows a lack of respect for their customer's time. It is only a last resort for me. Customer service is otherwise good, and so are prices, but 10-15 people in a line almost every time I'm there is not a coincidence.

I was in this store less than an hour ago and i was accosted by a store associates ahout giving her my bag. I refused and as i walked out the store i told this young lady i wouke nev3r steal and that another associate couldn' gouch for me. This lady said that if Blqck folks knew how to act...i told her if i wasnt acting right, I'd be cussing her out. I left and just reported her to thr corporate office.

I like it. But too many workers standing around not doing NOTHING. ONLY THE CASHIER AN ONE YOUNG LADY DOING WORK. Boxes all in the isles not safe for customers. If youre gonna hire workers. That's the key word. WORKERS. LEE RD STORE OFF HARVARD

I don't recall if I ever visited this store but the reviews and pictues seem decent.I sometimes read the riews before I venture out to some place new. The staff reciews seem okay.Things like store cleanliest and good prices are important to me.I like to compare dollar store prices to big box good grocery.and pharmacy stores.I would probably visit this store if I were in the area.

Why are we still waiting for a stocked store, smh. unfortunately its been months, since the shelves were stock with items that the people of this community need.Unfortunately everyone does not have the means to drive to other locations.

I gave this store three stars because half of the time that I go there the selves are bare , stock be low, the best thing about this store is that the employees are very nice and helpful, plus the prices are great.

The staff is usually helpful and greets when you come in. I feel that they are understaffed as well. Be sure to check the most crowded times of day on google. Cause trust me . You don't want to be there

The store was a mess everywhere you walked. The cashier was profiling female customers and asking to look inside some of their purses, but not everyone's. The employees were shouting to each other through the store. Ridiculous.

This Dollar general is okay, the cashiers are very nice, when you need help they're always there for you. The only problem i have with the store is that usually ,they're low on the products that I'm looking for.

Why the hours say they close at 9pm but when I pull up at 8:30pm the place is fully closed... huge inconvenience.

They had a lot of items but when I got to the register the 2 cashiers told me they don't sell red bull anymore when I asked about it. So I had to grab one more item and walked past red bulls in the fridge. They should've just told me to check the fridge instead of lying because they didn't know! Smh

One of my favorite places to visit. Great dollar items just wished they had more things that I come to look for but otherwise nice place.
