This store has always been a wonderful place shop. Great customer service and pretty much will have what you need or want. They still have videos to rent. I remember being a young kid and looked forward to going and renting. The good ol days. The Deli is wonderful. Decent prices and great customer service. Everything is cut to order. I love this drug mart. You get a family feel here.

I am a mother strolling through drugmart saw a baby bodywash and pick it up and put it under my baby stroller. ok i needed some gallon bottle of spring water so I went for a cart because the stroller cant hold it. There was no local spring water there so I got a deer park spring water and a mouth wash and went to the cashier. Cash out the security guard watching me apparently stop me as I was approaching the door and said there was something under my stroller so I said oh shoot they backup to the Cashier and this man took the baby bodywash up. They call the store manager and explained to him that I was stealing this bobywash. So I said first of all why didn't you say something to me when you saw it because I obviously forgot about, you have a wife and kids I'm pretty any mother can attest to forgetting stuff in their stroller. You were trying to make me leave with it and they what call the police on me because I desperately needed to steal some bodywash and pay for the other stuff. Like what was the point of all of that

I shop here twice a week. The only thing I do not like is, they make you leave your bookbag on a shelf by the exit to prevent theft. I get paranoid the whole time I'm doing my shopping. Anyone can grab it and run, and the "security" guard is never watching the bags. Next time I will ask to leave it behind the counter or just keep it on me. Remember... It's a policy, not a law.

I like this store. Most of the employees are kind, but Debbie is so rude. I believe Debbie is a supervisor. I don't like it when I am checking out and she calls out her coworkers. I don't think you should do that in front of customers. She should take a coworker and talk on the side. Debbie is not good for PR.

I absolutely love drugmart. The only issue is the cleanliness. It smells like urine in the area where the food is located. I would purchase way more, food included, if it wasn't for the smell and filth. Needs a lot of attention. I hold my breath and rush through that half of the store.

I can't start to remember when it was that I started shopping here..but this location is fantastic! I always have friendly conversations with the employees! I just love their produce sections! Wonderful place to shop! Always find what I'm looking for and then some!

This store is quite literally a life saver. The store always looks great! The deli is fantastic and always has good deals! The store managers is great and seems to genuinely care about his job, customers and employees! I make it a point to come to this drug Mart even though I live closer to other drug marts near me.

Interesting place and I thought it was pretty neat until a manager got nasty with me when I requested $10 in cash and no $1 bills. She could not be bothered to fix the fact that she did not have any more $5's or $10's and I would have been willing to wait for her to finish with other customers if necessary but she took an aggressive tone with me. I had to take the $1's and go to the "courtesy counter" and exchange them for a $5, which was not a problem at all, made for a good solution, but I did not appreciate the tone of voice I was given. The cash was for a specific purpose and $1's could not be used for that purpose (my mother's laundry card machine does not take them and I was getting her cash so she could get her laundry washed). My mother gets her prescriptions here, but I will not be buying anything else from these people. I was not being rude when I asked for no $1's, there was no cause to be rude to me for the request.

So you go to the pharmacist with a concern and he blows his stack at you... ...you keep on going because it's convenient and ring up a bill around $45 to $50 every two months. One day after fighting insomnia for 2 months you drag yourself in to buy a knee brace, a pack of gum, and a bottle of pop, a ticket worth $50. You forget to pay for bottle of pop and get banned from there store. Your employees are rude, your store is dirty, and you don't value your customers. Go to Walgreens, CVS, Rite Aid or any other drug store -- these clowns aren't worth your time.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. There is a large old white lady with long white hair who works there. Every time she see's an opportunity to harass my mother she does it. I'm not sure if it is racial discrimination, or if this lady is just repugnant, but regardless she should not work there if she is going to harass customers. Multiple times she has made my mother come home in tears. This lady yells at my mother in front of everyone insulting her and defaming her. The manager knowing completely well that my mother has shopped there for years and has always been a great customer, allowed and supported the behavior of the employee. Because of this my mother feels forced to stop shopping there entirely.

This store is like a time capsule for what once was. I used to come here back in the 90s with my aunt to rent videos. I stopped in recently and it still has the exact same vibe. Recently I decided to get a prescription filled there to try out the pharmacy and they were the NICEST people I’ve ever dealt with. Also my script was ready in ten minutes and was not overpriced. Whoever runs this store.... thank you from the bottom of my heart. You make me feel like a kid again shopping with my aunt.

The pharmacist and employees are all very friendly and knowledgeable. It's a great place to get cheap movie rentals. The deli has good prices on lunch meat. The store is usually pretty clean and well stocked. Just be a bit careful if you try to buy produce here. Most of it always looks like it's at the end of it's life.

In all the years I have been going to this Drug Mart this is the first time I left the store so humiliated and embarrassed. I was in line to check out and for a quick second and out of habit I forgot about the markers on the floor for social distancing. After the customer in front of me moved her cart I stepped on the second marker when the cashier Windee T. said very loudly for the whole store to hear "Ma'am you need to get behind the line" she was very rude and loud. She could have been a little nicer when correcting me and for the record I was wearing a mask. When she finally waited on me she did not ask for my rewards card and told me to shove my stuff on the counter closer to her. She had already totaled and bagged my 3 items when I had my rewards card out and asked her "What about my card ?" she said sorry and scanned my card. I do my best to show a great deal of courtesy to people working with the public because I know it is not easy. This was uncalled for and I do not know if I will be back.

I’ve been coming to drug mart on almost a daily basis for years! Prices are competitive with larger chains, great hours, and always a fast trip!! I’ve only ever had one issue and the manager was awesome at resolving it, he treats us like family and even knew us from just seeing us shopping there :) I truly feel like a valued customer. Keep up the fantastic work!

This is my neighborhood drug store. The pharmacy is full of nice people who truly care about their customers. Some of the cashiers though... I was trying to buy a small watch battery from an employee, I believe her name is Lora, and she just kept asking me for the old battery. I told her that I knew the number of the battery, but that I didn't have the old one on me. She just shook her head at me and told the customer waiting in line behind me, "I hate working here during the first of the month". Just saying... I kept it to myself and after my anger subsided, I called the store and asked for a manager. I explained what happened and don't know what , if anything, was done to address this issue. This was over a year ago and Lora is still there, with the same nasty attitude. Save the racist remarks for your home, lady. If my wife didn't get her medication there, I would never return. Thankfully, they have a drive thru for the pharmacy now.

Giving them 5 stars because I received excellent service by a friendly employee who made sure I found everything I needed. I'm not from the area and he was so helpful and kind. He went above and beyond to give the kids and I great service. Would definitely recommend this store, his name was Jonathon. I think he deserves a raise !!#Store17 #Fulton!

Normally a good place...GREAT people work here...very friendly...however, you're turning into a Ghetto Mart not getting these long lines thru checkout. Might I suggest having all 3 registers open? Instead of girls stocking shelves and managers collecting carts get them on a register.

This place has a little bit of everything! It is a drug store, grocery store, hardware store, liquor store, jewelry store, video store, garden center, automotive store. It is never very tidy, but the prices are always good and the staff are regulars.

I never realized how generous and giving you truly are but today (happy Thanksgiving) I've realized more than ever how much you not only care about your customers but your employees as well. Couple months back I had an issue involving my backpack and having it on as I walked through the store. They said it's their policy but I didn't see a sign for that anywhere when i walked in. I dont need to steal. I work, I pay my own bills and keep my nose clean. The rent a cop who confronted me didn't even give me a good reason why I shouldnt have my backpack on in the store. Need to learn a thing or two about customer service, guys.

I was a loyal customer but I refuse to go back to this store I will go and travel to Parma location. Why would I have to go to customer service to get change for a 50 dollar bill? I was told by the cashier with eyeliner off her eyes that she don't have change and I have to go to cs. To get change. No I don't it's not my drawer n not my store. She should have called for a manager to get change it's not my job to walk to the back of a store to get change for her register. So I end up giving her a $20 bill wasn't my money to pay for my stuff I called the next day to speak with the manager Ken the manager tells me it's their policy no it's not your policy if you don't have it quoted nowhere in your store that's a policy amongst yourselves. Kim tells me it's their policy not to accept $1, 500 bills to go to customer service so why is it not posted in your store no customer would know that that you do not accept $50 or $100 bills for the safety of your Cashiers but she tells me she didn't have change so both of y'all telling me something different she wasn't even at the register at the time for someone to get rung up she tells me she can't leave a register yes you can is call lock your register and go get change or call for a manager to go get change this Young Generation doing customer service being a cashier need better training. and I hope Kim that you do speak the corporate to implement assigning your stories stating that you do not take 50 or a hundred dollar bills please go to customer service for change.

DDM is an established drugstore in the neighborhood. They provide a wide variety of items from household goods, pharmaceuticals, and food. This location has been around since I was a kid and could use a little updating to make it feel more welcoming. If you need it they probably have it.

Went there for my sons breathing machine and they told me someone would call me the next morning and no one ever called so I called, after 3 calls and 2 messages, a day later and the whole run around they still haven’t helped me with his machine. They don’t give you all the info you need to make sure the doctor sends it over to them right, I had to continue to call and wait and call and wait bc I’m getting the information in increments from the pharmacy instead of everything they need from me and the doctor at once!!!! THE WORST PHARMACY. They are more concerned with what time they close then helping.

The middle aged cashier with long blond hair who was working today needs retraining. Call your manager if there is an issue regarding a customer at another register. With 3 people in line she left her post and came on to the floor 4 times.
