Ive been coming to drug mart often. Normally its not so bad despite little things. Such as old sales nit being removed and not honoring what the salrs tags clearly read! Which has hapoened twice to me!But when their close sign says, it closes at 9pm and I pay someone to bring me up there for them to lock the doors before 8:55pm. When I stood outside because the guys stared at me but would not let me in?That is thee worst customer service ive ever been a witnessto!

The pharmacy at this location is the best. The staff is friendly, helpful, and I am pleased to get my rx's filled here

Pharmacy is rude with zero customer service and god forbid u ask the lady that answers the phone to do her job and it becomes a problem .. do no recomend this pharmacy to anybody ..they clearly do not like to do their jobs 2/13/24

Where do I begin! I try my best to not go to this store even though it’s within walking distance. They are staffed nicely but from cashiers constantly flirting with security guards to being ignored and having to walk through employee clouds of smoke it is gross to say the least. As an asthmatic I have to hold my breath as I try to walk towards the entrance and into the store. Employees take their last puff and slowly release it as they walk through the door. Luckily I carry my inhaler. If I end up having an asthma attack I’ll be sure to press charges.

This place is terrible. They lied and they would give me the rest of my meds 2 times . The 3rd time they said it again . I sad no give me my prescription back. They kept lying giving me the run around . Other people told me they were really bad . I didn't listen. Now I'm telling you. Beware Beware Beware. This place is still bad. I will be contacting someone about this situation. This is the worst pharmacy I ever been to. Thanks and God bless you all

5 STARS FOR THE SWEETEST AND MOST KIND WOMAN AT THE DELI. Tracey!!She is so welcoming, knows customers by name, and knows what brands of deli meats they like. Also she will give suggestions of items on sale!! Please celebrate Tracey everyday.

Wish this store got a nice update other than that very good service specially from the people working the the sales floor ran into a Spanish girl I was looking for some discounted things down in the detergent aisle she knew her mark downs and sale items and got me excatly what I needed I wish I could’ve got her name ! Her smile made my day thank you very much.

Went to pick up my prescription, however, they only had 8 out 120 pills and were going to “owe” me 112 pills to p/u in a couple days. They had me pay in full with an “I owe you”. No problem there until I called on p/u day and asked if the “I owe you” was needed b/cuz I was having my husband p/u my prescription on his way home from work. The pharmacy informed me that they DO NOT notate in your account that they owe you anything. That's the most irresponsible business practice I've ever encountered. So God forbid you somehow misplace the slip, now they have your money AND prescription and since they can't take a moment to notate your account, you're out of luck. It's just bad practice especially since you have to pay upfront for the entire prescription. Going back to Walmart pharmacy.

There really should be a policy that cashiers not be allowed cell phones while working. ( enforced policy) I was trying to check out and the cashier ( Shanel P) was busy texting on her phone. I asked her if her phone was more important than her job. She said " yes." There were 4 or 5 people behind me in line. I asked to speak to a manager and the lady by the front counter paged him. ( Brad P.) I asked him if employees were allowed to be on Twitter phone texting while customers were waiting to check out. He shrugged hos shoulders and then asked me if she was on it when she was checking me out. I told him she was and he rolled his eyes, said "ok" and walked away. Wrist experience there in all the YEARS I've been going there.

I have been using Discount Drug Mart on Puritas Rd for 30 years and was always treated well. Pharmacy is helpful when asked questions. Also, DDM carries a variety of items at great prices. .

I'm not sure what some other reviewers were expecting! Yes, it's an older store, but the staff is nice and you can find what you need - including lawn and leaf bags when other stores in the area had put them away for the season!

I just bought a home near this DDM but before I moved I went to the Parma Hts store. This DDM is smaller but I have found everything I’ve needed! The pharmacist & staff has been very helpful & kind. The employees are also nice.

The worst. A pharmacy tech told me my doctor was well-known for over prescribing drugs. Pretty sure this is unethical AND illegal, besides untruthful. Tried to talk to manager about it, she swore at me on the phone. Unbelievable level of UNprofessional behavior, don't even chance it!

Pharmacy is terrible they answer with attitude if you want to ask questions they make you feel like they can’t wait to hang up I set automatic refill every month for all my meds to be picked up one day a month I never once got all my meds I go there at least 5-10 times a month for meds I hate it Walgreens needs to get Caresource back ASAP

😟😕😞😒😩Drivethru @ Drug mart puritas. They lost my prescription. They stated can’t find it. So I had turn turn around and go back to clinic to get another prescription. They are very unprofessional and refused to run back the camera.

This is my first review but I went to store 15 tonight to get diet rite a 7up product on sale 5/11.00 had only 3 6 packs.had to get 2 reg rc to get sale price.i don”t know way you put this product on sale because you can never get it.i have in the past talk to manager put that never work out he didn’t care I guess.i worked for drug mart for 32 years and a customers request was first priority.

This Is a store close to our house, always opened even during the holidays. I always find what I need(groceries, medicine, photos etc).Staff is nice and helpful any time. Happy to have them here by us.

It's a full grocery store! You really can not tell from the outside, but it is. They have a full stock of just about everything including Adobo. Nice employees, and good service​.

This place sucks everytime you figure out where somethings at in the store they move it , they never have anything that's onsale and its always so hot in here i always end up leaving forgetting something due to not being able to find it out trying to escape the heat
