I had a really good experience there the other evening, when I had not only a prescription, but a variety of other items that I needed, both from behind the Pharmacy counter, and also in the main store. The young African-American gentleman at the counter hustled to get the things behind the Pharmacy counter, and warned me when there was only four minutes left before closing so I could grab the last item I needed. he did a great job of ringing up my purchases, and had a really great sense of humor. I wish I’d gotten his name, because he deserves special commendation!

Have more shelves that are stocked with products that I want, have more pleasant pharmacy tech assistance in the pharmacy clean the store. The pharmacist Matt was very professional courteous and pleasant. That's the only reason I still use your Pharmacy.

Most staff I’ve dealt with lately have been friendly. The wait at the drive up window can be a little frustrating but they’ve gotten better. Not the best CVS, not the worst. I can walk or take the train here, so that’s a plus.

The customer service of the younger female pharmacy technician who worked 2-15-2020, is horrible she did not say her name when she answer the phone, nor did she say goodbye, and became very agitated with me because I keep calling to check the status so I wouldn’t waste time. Also, I had to wait over 4 hours for my sick children’s prescriptions after one was deleted because they thought the pediatrician called in the same prescriptions twice for one child, when it was already noted in the system that they were twins. They never apologized etc and when I went to get the prescriptions... I still had to wait over 30 minutes for them to be ready. I will never get prescriptions filled here again, I’ll try another location and hope I get better service.

Wanted to transfer prescriptions and waited over 10 minutes on hold. This is the second CVS I tried! Same thing happened. I'll go somewhere else
