Whenever I come to this CVS I get the best customer service... I am a senior and sometimes I need extra help for looking for somethings... Today Nekesha was opening boxes and putting things on the shelves.. I was looking for Alberto VO5 for gray or white hair.. I didn't see it on the hair care product aisle.. I saw Nekesha putting away things and I asked her about CVS having some Alberto VO5 hair dressing... She stopped what she was doing (with a good, caring attitude), went to the same aisle I had been in and went right to it!! I bought 2! I wanted to give her a good compliment so I asked for the Manager.. Nekesha said, she was the Manager! She has excellent customer service skills.. I put my things on the counter for purchase.. Then I got distracted with the candy bars... She was the only one checking customers out... She didn't try to rush me or anything... I really enjoyed my shopping experience at CVS.. Please remember her excellent customer service skills...

The staff is really friendly and helpful. Tasha made sure my prescriptions were transferred. Chai pointed out that something I was buying was buy one get one free.

I’m giving this location 5 star because of the wonderful & consistent customer service provide. The cashier is amazing! Unfortunately I don’t remember her name. She’s always friendly, greets everyone upon entering. I’ve witnessed several some rude customers, at different times, and she handles the situation very professionally. CVS management should recognize what a great person/employee she is!! Because of her, I’ll continue shopping at the Shaker Square location.

Pharmacy OnlyI can see why this place gets a horrible rating. Instead of finding out why a doctor order the same medication again (I lost it) they just didn't fill it. They should of called and ask a question. Avoid this place. They show up late and then won't help you out.

The Pharmacist - Matt- is by far the best CVS pharmacist I’ve ever dealt with and my experiences include interactions with CVS stores in several states from California to Washington DC to New York City. He is personable and goes well beyond the call of duty to advocate with doctors and insurance to fill prescriptions on time. A true hero for patients who are often caught between insurance and providers. The rest of the pharmacy team and staff in the CVS store on Shaker Square in Cleveland, Ohio also provide excellent service. Thank you!

This is a really nice CVS in the middle of Shaker heights. Although there's not a lot of parking, they store itself is very nice and that's a really nice food area of you to grab food at. They also have a very friendly staff and a really good selection. It's very conveniently located and they're all out of other shops in the area as well. That said, you might not be able to find parking right in the front of the store. But there is on street parking on the side.

CVS needs to train their frontline/ pharmacy people better. Twice picked up unmixed (not ready for consumption) antibiotics for my child…1st time I let it go with a cordial reminder, but the second time of having to return to the store for a second prescription made me write this review. Frustrating.

Drive thru wait time is unreal. Sat for 23 minutes waiting for them to serve the 1 vehicle in front of me. If the wait time is that long to fill , ask the people to pull back around. Ridiculous.

I have been going to the Shaker's Square CVS for about 6 yrs. The store is always clean...staff always friendly and helpful ...and most of the time I find what I am looking for...unless it is sold out. I definitely would recommend this store to friends and relatives.

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the store, the stocked shelves, and the friendly courteous service by the staff.I received a shingles vaccine there by appointment recently.Our CVS is closing so we have chosen the Shaker Square store to fill our prescriptions.

This is a very busy location that includes a drive-up pharmacy pickup. it is in an upscale neighborhood with impatient and demanding customers. The pharmacy staff is dependable and courteous given the volume and clientele. Seems to lack much customer support otherwise. Since January 2018 I've had to wait 3-times for 2-7 days for "out of stock" medications, and refrigeration/freezer cases were "out of order" for over 4-months, October 2017-February 2018.

Rude and unprofessional staff members... Especially in the pharmacy. Customer service is still important ‼ Lauren especially was rude. I get a text when my prescriptions are ready. She was aggravated about something or other, but, the attitude wasn't called for. I walked in and another guest had the same problem. She kept saying my prescription wasn't ready, but, I KNOW IT WAS! THE OTHER TECH HAD TO MAKE HER GET MY PRESCRIPTION. THIS IS DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR. PLEASE GET NEW STAFF, I THINK THEY'RE TIRED!

I needed a dose of MMR which they didn't have. Store manager called me the next day to inform they could order it for me. The day after that, I got the vaccine. All the employees I interacted with were very helpful, and overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Maybe things are different now? We've been using the CVS at Shaker Square for more than two years. The pharmacist and pharm techs have been above and beyond helpful. I thought it was cool the pharmacist made a point to know my name, greeting me when I walked up to the counter. And most of the people at the store counter are quite pleasant too. Can't say I've had a bad experience.

It is a big pharmacy with capabilities to cater a high patient load. I had to wait for 40 min to pickup a prescription which was sent from an another state. The pharmacist didn’t explain why it took that much time to see the prescription. They are not rude but not that helpful either. It feels like that are overburdened with work for some reason.

Unprofessional, not motivated, never or rarely answers the phone, does not seem to know or do their jobs.( and don’t seem interested to learn their jobs). Don’t waste your time going here if, your time is important. In fact, I suggest youAvoid all if not most of , cvs pharmacy period. You should only go or deal with this company, as a, last resort.

Unreliable: Prescriptions sent electronically by physicians to the pharmacy, documented as "receipt confirmed by pharmacy", are sometimes not received.Unprofessional: When calling to confirm prescriptions are ready, are told they are ready for pickup. When arriving, sometimes are told there is no record of the prescription in the system.This has happened at least 5 times in the last year.Would not recommend this pharmacy.

Pick a good time to get there and you get in and out quickly. The staff has been professional and courteous. I moved my prescriptions as they are very convenient with a drive through.

I went to CVS Pharm to pick up prescription before I got on the rapid train for work. I'm standing in line (one person was in front of me). The clerk spent about 10 mins looking for customer's prescription! I mean, it looks like prescrips are in alpha order but this clerk could not find what she was looking for. I had to leave after the 10 mins. I mean, wow! And there's ALWAYS a line for meds and at front counter...ALWAYS!!! Ridiculous! I'm moving my meds to another pharmacy ASAP! This store seems to not have enough workers. Also...prices are high. I only go to CVS for meds, nothing else!!

why don't they ever answer the phone? I recently moved to this pharma location thinking it would be more convenient because of location, but with the poor customer service, I'm moving back to Rite Aid. There, I never spent more than a couple minutes on hold.

Prescriptions are always called in days prior to me going to pick them up. But they are still hardly ever ready. I think they need more staff because there's always a long line and even longer wait times.

DO NOT GET PRESCRIPTIONS SENT HERE!!!!! They literally had my prescription for 10 HOURS and still didn't have it filled when I got there. The staff in the pharmacy had NO clue what they were doing and acted unprofessional when I questioned why it hadn't been filled. Go somewhere else, trust me it will be worth the drive time to stay away from here.

Literally the worst experience I've ever had at a cvs. Scheduled covid testing on the website, got an email and text confirmation. When i arrived they had signs for covid testing at their "drive through" but no one outside. Walked in, they said they didn't do covid testing and referred us to a location that was booked out. Don't know what's going on but wasted an hour of my day off for nothing, hopefully im not sick.

The pharmacy wouldn't give us the medication because we were 2 minutes late getting in line. The pharmacist asked us to go to another CVS. Customer service needs a but of improvement IMO.

I am just sick & tired of the wait here. Even on called in prescriptions being picked up the following day, STILL MAKES NO DIFFERENCE! There is a wait. To add insult to injury they NEVER RUN my insurance card and thats ADDITIONAL WAIT TIME to correct 😒 🙄 I am moving to another location.
