Called last month to have mine and my parents prescriptions transferred to CVS due to rite aid closing. They told me it'll be 48hrs before we can start getting our meds. Called today to refill my dad's medication for his feet and they told me he doesn't get medicine from them. I told them I called last month to transfer everything and she was rude about it "well I have a basket full of people who need transferred so it'll be longer" my dad can't even work cause he doesn't have his medicine for his feet! Just cause you have an attitude because of someone else doesn't mean you have to take it out on someone else.

I have been without antibiotics for over 24 hours and my prescription was supposed to be filled yesterday but they said they were out so it would be ready today after 5 I called up there now at 630 pm and I’m being told not till tomorrow! Waited at the pharmacy counter for five minutes only to be told all vaccinations were cancelled as of fifteen minutes ago. Yes, even if you did have an appointment.I had an appointment.I never received either a text or email notification of the cancellation. I hate being lied to.At least the employee admitted it was because they were understaffed.

If you can avoid this location it would be in your best interest. Chaotic environment from the parking lot (aggressive panhandles acceptable for years) to the teenagers at the Pharmacy counter. Feels more like a dollar store than a CVS.

every time I go to CVS I feel very welcome from the employee and mostly from the security guard Jordan. I want to share my experiences with CVS that they have an amazing staff, and amazing guard I like that the guard helps brings joy and keep a great environment CVS should know that they have a good team we want more people with positive attitude keep up the good work and thanks for all the help

Ridiculous pharmacy close during lunch hours and also you can’t even get information about your prescription status over the phone because all they give is option to check on is refills smh

The pharmacy hours say 9 o’clock, but I get here at 9:10 and they’re not open until 10 o’clock. How about you change your times to the correct times waste my damn time.

This business is a joke had to call my doctors office several times because they “didn’t have my script” then when my doctors office called it in they said oh we’re working on it and then after making people wait almost 30 mins they say they dont have it till tomorrow complete waste of time never sending anything to this pharmacy ever again second time I have to write a bad review the people that work there don’t care at all about there customers.

Nearly killed me! If you need medicine to live, go anywhere else. They decided they knew better than Cleveland Clinic ER doctors and denied me a lifesaving medication. (No insurance issues or anything, some snotty pharmacist just disagreed with the actual doctor who actually examined me.) The worst part is that they lied and claimed it would be ready in a few days when they had no intention of filling it. I almost lost my life and ended up back in the hospital. Only after multiple different doctors ordered them to fill my prescription did they see fit to let me live. Evil, pure evil. I’ll be going to a pharmacy that values human life from now on.If they were this ready to knowingly kill me, imagine how careless they must be with your medications on a regular basis. What they’re doing, second-guessing doctors, is illegal and it is called “practicing medicine without a license.” Go somewhere that won’t talk back to your doctor and leave you to die.

My mother went to pick up my grandma's prescription.. Waited in the drive thru with 2 cars infront of her & when she finally got to the window they closed the window on her & closed the pharmacy. My grandmother needed her prescriptions & they couldn't even have the courtesy to take care of the line before closing. My mom was the last car.

Terrible terrible customer service. I don’t know what happened to this place it was not like this two years ago. No one cares staff is always on their personal phones looking down @ Do not acknowledge you .when you try to call CVS you’re being put on hold or you get hung up on and when you finally get someone they sound rude and annoyed that you’re calling back after getting hung up on which also makes no sense.Please do better you are in a medical field where you should be concerned and more passionate about peoples health and concerns.

Asked if they have my medication in stock due to a national shortage. They refused to tell me. Said I need a doctor to ask if they have it in stock. Called another CVS who said they did. Told my doctor where to send it and had no issues. What the hell is up with a policy that’s singular to this location?

Horrible costumer service. Left without buying anything because the employees were too busy stalking us as we shopped treating us like we were trying to steal. Wasn't even in the store for 5-10 minutes. Teach your employees to do their jobs instead of profiling costumers and treating them as theifs when they are just trying to shop. Your employees lost you business today. Ridiculous I have never been treated like that at a store before in my life.

This place is horrible. They never have my prescriptions ready when I come to pick them up. 2 years I’ve been dealing with this. I’m so upset with this pharmacy, I’ve called hours before hand every time to make sure they are ready, just to get there and get told they won’t be ready for a while and end up having to wait hours or even days. So inconsiderate!! Such a waste of time and also very overwhelming

Wouldn't let me give me 0 stars. Worst pharmacy ever. Every time I go there for a rx(not my preferred choice) ALWAYS have an issue. Usually not ready on time , that's if someone actually decided to work and look at the prescriptions electronically sent in the computer. Also I guess because of where it is located , they refuse to ACCEPT a controlled prescription without an ID. I said im just dropping off I will bring my ID when picked up. They refused stating it against the policy. When I contacted another CVS , they didn't require this.

After having some emergency medical work done I was waiting on 2 prescriptions: pain killers and antibiotics. Both of which I should have had this afternoon. They told me it would take a while and to return at 5 to pick up. I returned at 5 and the man told me 2 different things, tonight and tomorrow. I am in pain and sick and very dissatisfied. I could have taken my prescriptions elsewhere and been okay right now. Instead I face a night of pain with infection. Booo on you CVS.

Some workers are really rude and impolite,they don't know what is nice anymore , I talked to the pharmacy staff member and I was trying to update my home address I just kept her waiting few seconds on hold after I told her , one moment please! ,then she hanged up at me and I called back then I heard the same voice and I told her I would like to update my address with CVS pharmacy and she hanged up again at me , this rude tr**h got personal with my call , those workers are just overburdened mentally so they reflect their tiredness and work tension on their treatment and service with the customers and callers , they should have handle and act respectfully and patiently because they don't work for free and they don't serve people and their employment place for free , all they need is courtesy and compliment and patience and everything ethical because it's free to share with people , I don't blame the pharmacy though because it's in Cleveland and the whole city is rude and not friendly , a lot of crazy and rude out there , may god fix their minds ......

The staff at the pharmacy are so rude, they are so unprofessional and if you ask to speak with the pharmacist she is worst, she is the most miserable person I’ve ever spoke to. I am not going back to this place I think we all should be treated with respect if we have a concern. I encourage all of you who are giving a bad review look.for a place that treat you with respect and value your business, I am moving to Walgreens I hope I get better luck.

Unfortunately the CVS up the road just closed so they forwarded my prescriptions to this location. We’ve all been sitting in the drive thru in the same spot for over 30 minutes. I get that ppl are short staffed but this is ridiculous.

The store itself is nice, but the pharmacist is very rude..I have the cvs app. I ordered my prescription, they emailed me and said it would be ready at 4pm. The email also stated that if there was a problem, they would call and let me know. I go there to pick up my prescription at 4pm and the pharmacist says you cant fill it until tomorrow?? If this is the case then why does it say it's available for refill? Its available for refill, but I can't fill it until tomorrow. She was very rude, and when I told her ok, have it ready in the morning, she said well your gonna have to give me until 10am. I have NEVER dealt with this problem at any other CVS. Definitely will not be going back to this one. I'll stick with the one on Clifton or the one Downtown on east 9th. Both have excellent pharmacist's and staff.

The gentleman that works the pharmacy is very rude. Rushes you off the phone and hangs up fast as if he is annoyed with anyone calling with questions about their prescriptions. I'm very disappointed with the service of this location

I went there yesterday. The store was clean and the lady working in the front was nice. The pharmacy workers were rude though, I wont be returning back to this location to get my meds refilled again. Also there is a Redbox outside but it's hard to see when the sun is in the west because there isn't anything to block the glare.

I just submitted a survey for my mom, there was a slight miscommunication with the employees that I was inputting the survey for online and I wanted to make it known that Heather is the one who DID help my mom, and she is extremely thankful for all that she did.The other pharmacist who "helped" before Heather was the rude one. 12/18/19.

To many punks stealing and management just let's it happen was in there tonight and 7 punks came in stold alot why not stop them and say one at a time guys....not the first this happened but will be the last I go in there pulling all scripts to like 9 a month never going into another CVS don't care about there customers it's like they should have a sign enter at your own risk on the door and 01.24.18 just watched another looting and nothing was done.. She said useless to call the police!!! Close this store already...

Do not get your prescriptions filled by this location. Today is the third time they have messed up prescriptions and caused me to get sick cause they did not fix their mistakes to get me the medicine in time. Awful people.

If you want to be harassed by homeless people that stand in your way getting in the store and walk up to your car, this is the place for u! Very unsafe. Great job CVD!😑👎🏽
