All I'ma say is I'm shopping elsewhere. They stalked me the entire time while I'm shopping with my daughter. So I decided to leave and go somewhere else, where I was treated with help and respect. Plus I was able to save 30 dollars just by shopping at family dollar that's in the plaza. All I'ma say is don't shop here.

I love this cvs everyone has great customer service also the care pass package for $5 a month is excellent I save so much money go see Michelle it's worth the 5

My old insurance wouldn't let me go to CVS (Weird I know) I was forced to use a local independent pharmacy down the street. They weren't friendly and barely spoke to you while filling orders in a store with completely bare shelves (why were their shelves so bare!) I didn't think much of it till my insurance switched. CVS is SOOO much better!! I only come in once a month for my scripts and the pharmacist knows my name! Great customer service, everyone including all the techs are VERY nice an polite! I went to the smaller place for over a year and they didn't even say hello, let alone know who I am or remember my name! These are quality employees CVS was luck to find!Thanks!

Neither cashier or manager were wearing nametags so I apologize for having to describe them, heavyset light skin young cashier, older manager, grey hair. I used the kiosk to print my coupons but nothing came out. Unfortunately I had extrabucks that were “printed” but did not come out of the machine. I asked for assistance, the young lady said she doesn’t have authority to change the receipt paper or knows how. I asked if there is anyone there that could help. She said her manager could, so I asked can she call the manager over. She stated “she’s upstairs and she does what she wants anyway”. So I insisted can she please call and see. She called and stated the machine is out of paper can you come change it?”. Did not mention anything about a customer waiting for the paper to be changed. Anyway, she said manager will be down in a few minutes. About 5-7 min later the manager came, looked around said she’s out of paper. She had no key to check if there was paper but it’s potentially jammed. Other instances when there were problems with the kiosk the managers always compensated by printing the missing extra bucks especially because it was their machine not working not something I did wrong. When I asked the manager she said call the 1800 number. Neither cashier or manager apologized or seemed concerned. Very poor customer relations. Will not shop this location again.

I have been coming to this CVS for ten years I never get disrespected but now it’s a lady working back there she always disrespected me she doesn’t know how to talk.any time I go there she talks so rude I don’t know what’s her problem if she don’t like me it’s ok she can let someone else to serve me I complain to manager one time but I think she doesn’t care either it’s so sad I wish I know her name but she usually do brace and beside that be careful she charge you even something is covered by your medicate

My medications are always available when promised. The pharmacists and staff are so helpful and friendly. I'm very glad to be a customer at this store.

There is a very rude pharmacist named Judy there. She had an attitude. I can't believe someone can speak to a person the way she does. I worked in customer service as a manager and if I was her boss I would have fired her for the way she acts.

The worst pharmacy i have ever went too. They never have the meds you need they dont tex or call you to tell you. Even if u have the app all your numbers listed and email. My insurance makes me use them and there horrible.

The best pharmacy and CVS store team ever! I am very happy with this smaller sizes store and the pharmacy. They are always very helpful and get everything right the first time.

The pharmacy here is terrible. The pharmacist who lied about the tech name when asked whats her name had no customer service skills at all. Bunch of liars and scammers. I would prefer drug mart. This CVS is TERRIBLE!!!
