Not my usual pharmacy, however, lost my rescue inhaler so went to the closest 24 hour pharmacy to get one as it was an emergency. Really appreciate the pharmacist Jeff jumping thru the hoops to get it for me quickly so I could enjoy that breathing thing again. Awesome human, def recommend going there.

Smiling, helpful, and friendly staff. Front store and pharmacy help when u need it. The drive thru pharmacy always offers my dog a treat when he's with me. Now, it's his favorite place to go.

So either I got really expired Arizona cold brew green tea or the factory mixed up the labels but my green tea was definitely an alcoholic beverage. Not that I care I got it but what if a child wanted a green tea and and it turns out it’s beer… smh…

The most unrespected people I have ever seen. Trying to ask the lady she work in pharmacy, she hang up the phone on me while I still asking her aquestion. She was talking to in the worth attitude I have ever seen.

The drive-thru line is ridiculous at night. They allow cars to wait 10-15 minutes while 5+ vehicles are in a line wrapped around the store front. Instead of giving them an estimated time to pull back around and service the other customers in line. Usually nice technicians but that line is just crazy long always because of it.

Ok so I go to this CVS 2 or 3 times a week and all the night shift knows me but I went in around 3 and it was a completely different statf. I asked to get body soup and the lady seemed annoyed I asked her to open the case then I get to the Registers and I never do self check out because sometimes it takes longer doing self check out than it does going to the register is because there's always a problem with one of the items. I asked the man that was standing right there if he could take care of me on a register and He gave me complete attitude about it and as he was ringing me up somebody asked him if he was leaving and he kept saying "oh yeah I'm trying to"" I'm trying to get out of here" but said it in a tone like I was bothering him for being a customer. So I won't go in the day time if need something I'll wait until after 10pm to go get it since I was such a bother to the day people

This pharmacy never has my prescription. Multiple months in a row this has happened. I get a voice mail saying it is ready and go to pick it up at 8am It’s not there so they say come back later it’ll be filled later today. Ok that’s fine. I go back at 8pm it’s out of stock. Please tell me why you couldn’t have told me my prescription that was supposed to be filled on SUNDAY was out of stock when I came in at 8am to pick it up on MONDAY??? Instead I come back at 8pm and you tell me. now it has been 3 days since I was supposed to be refilled and I am all out and not one cvs employee seems to care.

There's a female manager here that projects her hatred for her job by giving you attitude for no reason and taking 10 mins to walk up to cash you out, letting you know you've inconvenienced her with faces and eye rolls. It's not even a once in a while thing, literally every single time I'm there when she is she's like this.

Literally the worst CVS in the world they tell you a time you come back they tell you we need more time you come back again then they tell you tomorrow. It’s like that every single month it wouldn’t be so bad if they didn’t lie and give you the run around over and over and this CVS carry’s a special medication others don’t so you’re dead in the water….. just do better

I bought a hair gel that didnt work (cvs brand level 10 max hold). It was a epic fail. Held none of my hair in place. Product aside. Paul the manager made it easy to swap for a brand not cvs. Easy exchange. Thank you Paul. I hope cvs knows what a asset you r to the company. Thank you for ur service. I appr it sir!!!

This is my second time visiting this CVS. I really enjoy shopping at this CVS. The sales associates are friendly.The store is always kept neat/ clean the items are arranged nicely on the shelves. You can shop in peace at this store there is no one following you around making you feel comfortable. The associate greets you as you enter the store as well as when you are leaving.This is a pretty big store there is enough room for you to get down the aisles without bumping into anyting.

As to Covid-19 the indoor portion of the store seemed clean. Organization could be improved. The signs outside needed to be dusted and the parking lot area was a bit of a mess. The pharmacists were helpful as well as the other employees.

I go to this CVS all the time because it's 24 hour and very convenient. The staff is always friendly and the pharmacy is fantastic. Literally the only gripe I have is the other customers there always abuse the poor staff. They're trying their hardest! Keep up the good work!

Beware of the pharmacy. First off, I was never notified when I had no refills left on a prescription. After jumping thru hoops to get it refilled by my doctor, I was given the wrong type of medicine by the pharmacist - this is the 2nd time this has happened. When I asked the pharmacy assistant (don’t know her name - but she was younger, long brown hair, glasses, working around 7pm on 9/29) I got an EXTREMELY rude answer with her saying there was nothing she could do and I was gonna have to call my doctor because they must have sent the wrong prescription (keep in mind, the first time this mistake happened the pharmacy fixed it for me immediately). Had to wait until this morning to call my dr, only to confirm that they did not send the wrong prescription, they sent the same one I’ve had for years. So I call the pharmacy and get a more helpful answer as the man tells me I can just bring the wrong one back and they’ll switch it out for me. THEN I get a text about an hour later saying I can’t get the correct one filled until 11/30. I call CVS once again and get a very helpful man that tells me it’s probably an issue with my insurance covering it since they already technically filled the wrong prescription. He tells me to bring it back and he’ll give me the correct one. FIGURE YOUR SYSTEM OUT. There’s no reason people should be getting the wrong prescription!

This place is horrible! My doctor called the prescription in today around 5pm. When I go to pick it up almost an hour later they day said 30 minutes. It’s two hours later and I haven’t received a text or anything! Horrible! Can’t even get through the phone lines are a mess!!

Made a necessary late night stop for some toiletries; the woman working was extremely lovely, helpful, and kind. It was refreshing to have such a positive interaction with a stranger during the uncertain times. She deserves a raise.

I came here too get my sons prescription filled because he had got a really bad sunburn over the Holliday weekend the little short chuby Hispanic lady that was working was the most rude person ever. She kept rolling her eyes at me like i was bothering her then sighed when i said i would wait for my prescription ill never use this pharmacy again. And before anybody jumps me about the way i described her i had no choice she wasnt wearing a name tag to reflect who she was.

They will have wait in lime for 15 minutes then ignored you and close without serving you.Count your pills they like to short you on medication too.

I've never had an issue with the pharmacy here, just the store. They had boxes all over the aisles and left no space to walk. I already have a bad back, but I had to push 8 boxes out of the way becuase the entire row of toothpaste was blocked. I even had to skip buying certain things I needed because I couldn't fit a shopping cart down the aisles due to all of the boxes, and I couldn't just leave my child in the cart at the end of the aisle to go get stuff. I said something to an employee about how difficult it is to maneuver and suggested they restock before or after store hours to avoid the mess, but she acted like she didn't hear me, and walked away.

Some of your employees are very rude. I asked the pharmacist in the back if they had any thermometers that came in, she seemed really agitated. The guy in the front with the dreads was seemed like he didnt want to be there and couldnt even answer my question without getting an attitude.

Pharmacy is constantly delayed. Order my prescription at noon, says prescription will be available at 4pm at the latest. Show up at 6pm same day and it's "another 15 minutes". Literally call any other CVS pharmacy around and they'll have their prescription filled within 5 minutes. Don't bother with this location.

RPh Dave Borovicka is unfortunately very terse to deal with. He answered the phone with an annoyed proclamation "pharmacist". He proceeded to act as though I was asking the world of him for one prescription (a birth control for my wife), and gave me dial tone in response to my parting take care.
