My husband bought a rotisserie chicken today from this location and it is raw . It is a shame that workers re selling undercooked chicken . I am going to be posting pictures as a proof . This is unacceptable. Period .

We are moving to the area, so we went ahead and got a membership since it will replace our normal shopping place, Sam's Club.For a Wednesday night after 7pm it was pretty busy. We had a small wait to complete our membership purchase but nothing too long.We went ahead and walked through trying to get a feel for the layout and comparing products to what we are used to at Sam's Club. Everything seemed pretty good.Look forward to further shopping after our move is complete.**Update: Now that we've settled in and unpacked, we have been made a few trips in. Due to a mishap in our move, we even bought a couch and had it delivered quickly.One thing I haven't figured out and something that I really miss from Sam's Club was the ability to order on line and then do curb side pickup. I work nights, so it was very easy to order before going to work and then pick up my order at 7am after work the next morning. That would be a great service if Costco has this.

This location has everything I need. Tey consistently have regular staff which makes it a better shopping experience when you have questions on location or availability of items. Everyone here is always pleasant from the greeter to the exit workers. The food court is always busy, but you see that the workers are always scrambling and doing their best to get orders out promptly and stay on top of things. Even when they are busy, they smile. The store is clean and organized.

I've always only been there with a friend. Never thought I'd become a member due to not much need.Well your reading from a just became one.I still question several reasons as to why but no complaints.I can get overwhelmed by crowds and sales and navigating and on and on.Much to offerI'm thinking there will be good value in joiningStay tuned.😉

Too crowded. Customers fight for parking spaces and are rude. Costco has good prices on muffins and carries a huge selection of food and clothes. Nice variety of organic foods. The rotisserie chicken has a weird texture. My husband came home with expired milk because he didn't have his reading glasses on him. Check the dates on food. Their food court drink selectionlacks enough variety, but their pizza and ice cream is good.

BUSY, BUSY, BUSY STORE. Worth the hassle though. Great variety of products.Great vision department. Bakery is amazing. Wish they carried liquor in OH.

The store is in a convenient location with plenty of parking. It is of decent size with good grocery options. Meat is very fresh and good seafood options. Baby products are a joke. Other than diapers and wipes, the store didn't have anything else. Wait times at the counters we're about 10-20 min depending on the rush. Staff were helpful and patient. I didn't find any major difference between this Costco and other wholesale like Sams.

Probably one of the most diversely stocked stores I have been to. The selection was vast and plentiful. I felt in awe and inspired to buy. However, my enthusiasm got the best of me when I thought I would appreciate meatless jerky or air dried jerky. Barforama. That was a fail! I am hoping the selection on the east cost is equally appealing so I can drive down and cart back some great deals like this location offered.

Seemed like a fine Costco. My sons had churros and sundaes from the Resto area and we sat and watched the automatic pizza saucer machine.The only thing I wasn't sure about was the candy and confections selection. It seemed very limited compared to what I'm used to in Ontario. It's not that I wanted to buy any, it's just something I noticed, so I can't knock the warehouse for it.

This is a nice Costco. They typically have a good selection, but if you're shopping close to a holiday or on a busy weekend their selection in the bakery or meat dept can become limited. Parking at this Costco is a nightmare though.

I do love costco I just hate the chaios the check out lines are, maybe roped off? Then you have to continually show your card. Once upon entering is enough. You're held up trying to exit when you have to show your receipt when literally three people u load your cart and scan. If there was a self check out I'd understand but there is not!

OMG! the new triple chocolate pie is beyond delicious! Every bite is a taste sensation, so rich that I could not even finish the whole medium sized piece. Worth every penny of the $19,99 price tag.

Always well organized and they brought samples back! Love to shop the sales! Clearly marked above the item on display.Pro Tip: Try the concessions before you leave. A Box of Pizza 🍕 is always a steal at $10. If not a box, try a slice. Still a great deal. A Hot Dog and a drink are cheap and tasty as well. After you load the car up make sure you fill er up too ⛽. The gas prices are the cheapest in town!

Customer service representative Bella, member since 2020 was absolutely unprofessional, rude and behaved like she didn't care not only about the customer but about anything else going on around. During our conversation Bella was biting her nails and not looking in my eyes. She striked me with the phrase that she doesn't know what else to do for me without even trying to answer my question. Then I was passed to another customer service representative who actually was polite, got involved in the question and resolve all issues

Ricardo was absolutely amazing during the sign up process, he was so helpful. Nick from the tire department stopped over to let us know he would be happy to help with any future assistance we might need. I truly felt so welcomed becoming a new Costco member!!!!!

Recently rejoined after 10 years. What a mistake! I remember the shoppers not always being friendly from 10 years ago. That’s fine, can’t controlled the customer base. The employees however, they need some more training. First, we were screamed at by a lady giving samples. We stopped our cart at the end of an isle instead of just darting out in front of others. The sample lady turned and starting screaming at me. Of course, I was confused what she was yelling about so I told her I’m not sure what she’s talking about. She then proceeded to yell at me because other people were taking samples before they were ready. Keep in mind, I didn’t want her dry crackers and never took my hands off the cart. Finally, I had enough of her unhinged behavior and wished her the day she deserved. She promptly wished me the same. We get to the checkout and the cashier refused to sell us some danishes because they were buy 1 get 1. We only needed/wanted 1 pack of 4. Cashier and the helper got very rude and pissy because we didn’t want 2 packs. After a little back and forth we demanded they just keep their danishes. After that experience as a “new” member, I never want to go back. Do better, Costco!

Love this store! Great deals & always find some fun new item that you don't usually find elsewhere! Only reason I gave it 3 stars is because lately I've had problems sending my BF to shop with my card. Some of your members may be disabled or even partially or for whatever reason unable to drive there. You NEED to let people shop for us!! You need to make appropriate accomodations!!!! 😡

Mayfield location is always crowded, parking lot is congested, long lines inside and rude staff. Lets not forget the loooonnng gas station lines. I would avoid going here on the weekends for sure. The Boston Hts location is the total opposite. Go there, its worth the drive!!!

My glasses were ready the day I asked for them, they said no, waited another 10 days, finally called after no call or anything, turns out I was right, they were there the whole time. also plan on waiting every time at the optical dept. they'll chat about how cute the frames are with the customer forever unless you interrupt.

If you are a resident or visitor for a long time, it is good to extract a Costco card for all that is needed in the house, including food, clothes and accessories. There is a car section with tires and maintenance, and a facility with the mall is a gas station. Yes, I recommend it. You can find one or more branches in every state in America.

THIS PLACE SUCKS DONT GO HERE. I SHOPPED FOR 45 MIN AND USED MY RELATIVES COATCO CARD. THEY DIDNT LET ME BUY ANY OF MY STUFF AND I LEFT WITH NOTHING. DO NOT GO HERE. STAFF IS SO RUDE, THEY LAUGHED AT ME WHEN I SHOWED THAT I WAS RELATED TO THEM AND FACETIMED THEM. DO NOT GO TO THIS AWFUL STORE.

What's not to like! I'm new to Cotsco but finding some really good values so far. Affordable mbrshp card that can include an extra person at no additional cost.
