My Rough Collie came here today for her first ever groom, and I’m so happy with how it turned out!! I’ve never gone to a groomer before and was nervous (especially because my dog hasn’t been the easiest to groom at home), but they do an excellent job here! She smells great, her fur has never been softer, and they were very detailed in letting me know how she did. We’ll definitely be back again!

Jaimie, Joe and the entire team at CLEdogs are absolutely wonderful! I have a large American Bulldog (Emma) who is sweet and friendly, but due to some medical experiences this past year, I wasn't sure how she would do with a bath. As soon as we walked into the building, I knew everything was going to be great! The Salon itself is bursting with positive energy and Emma enthusiastically walked alongside Joe for her bath. The team spent more than an hour caring for her and she looked and smelled amazing! Jaimie's intelligent compassion, skill and expertise shines through everything wonderful that happens at CLEdogs!

I love Jamie and the team at CLEdogs! I tried taking my dog to someone else to get a quick nail trim and it was such a mistake. Back to Jamie I went, and I’ve never looked back. If you want to know that you’re leaving your dog with someone who genuinely cares whether or not your dog has a positive experience, look no further. I cannot speak highly enough of Jamie and everyone she hires. :) Side note: every time I take my dog in for his grooming the facility is looking nicer and more polished. It’s beautiful inside and I’m excited to see what else is in store for them.(Some of these photos I took and some I borrowed off their Instagram to help show more of the updates to their building)

I bring both of my small breed dogs here and always have great experiences. One of my dogs is older and blind and the staff take great care of her. The front desk staff are always friendly. The pricing is very reasonable and they are always quick and efficient. As someone who works in veterinary medicine, I appreciate that they enforce vaccine requirements. I strongly recommend CLEdogs.

Check it out, 100%. This is the only place I’ll be taking my doodle from now on. After an extensive search, I thankfully was led to Jaimie and CLEdogs. She took extra time with me on the phone to discuss our situation and what would be best as my doodle is a tough one to groom. I got to drop him off as part of the doggy daycare where he got to stay and hang all day! In between his groom he got to play with the other dogs, have treats, and even go for a walk to the park! And mom got fun updates with pictures and videos throughout the day! Being cage free and having the ability to interact with the other dogs was truly a game changer for my guy. The facility is clean and spacious. Jaimie is so dedicated, caring and compassionate. Your pooches will be in the best of hands. The before and after pictures speak for themselves!!

Jaimie is AMAZING. I’ve taken Somi, a Bichon Frise, EVERYWHERE in Cleveland, explaining to groomers that I would really like her to have a Bichon cut with a rounder face but no one was able to understand me and always cut her face short. I took Somi to CLEdog spa and social, and Jaimie just knew immediately what I was looking for. She was so meticulous and made sure that she understood what kind of cut I wanted. I showed her reference pictures, and she knew right away how she would have to cut Somi and which areas Somi’s hair would need to grow longer to achieve the look I wanted. I just knew I could trust her! So I told her to just do her thing, and… Oh. my. gosh!!! Somi came out pretty much EXACTLY like the reference pictures I showed her!!!! She’s amazing!!! I am so so happy with Somi’s new cut. Everyone LITERALLY everyone I pass by, my neighbors, friends, everyone tells me Somi’s cut is so cute!! I have never been this happy with Somi’s groomer/cut before. I highly highly recommend Jaimie! It was also a coincidence that I talked to two dog parent neighbors who asked me where I took Somi and they ALSO take their dogs to CLEdog and social! That’s how you know for sure this place is awesome!! Thank you so much, Jaimie! I won’t be going anywhere else from now on.

Please do not take your dog here if they are getting their first cut or if they have a hard time staying still during grooms. We took our sweet baby there for his first ever cut and it was a nightmare. He was scared and didn’t sit still and they nicked his eyelid. I can understand the difficulty with a small dog not sitting still and have researched, it does happen occasionally. Speaking to several dog groomers many expressed they should have been trained to handle it and they’ve only ever seen it happen to inexperienced ones.On top of that the groomer provided extremely poor service and lack of professionalism in regards to the situation. After an hour (approx. time I was given) I returned to the groomers and waited in the parking lot for another hour while this is going on, without them notifying me.They then proceeded to charge me FULL PRICE for the cut (you can see it’s not complete/the vet finished when we took him in) and to this day have not heard a SINGLE word from the groomer checking in or apologizing for what happened.Don’t make the same mistake we did, our poor baby is traumatized from his first groom and so are we. As his hair is starting to grow back we are absolutely dreading the day we have to take him to the groomer again.

We’ve been to many groomers in the greater cleveland area. Cle Dogs and Jaimie are truly the best. My doodle has a great time and comes home with the best cut each visit. Jaimie is a groomer that listens and somehow can read each doodle and give them the perfect cut. Not to mention she is the first groomer my dog isn't scared of! So happy we found Cle Dogs Spa and Social!

I just became a puppy mom in March and I was not sure where to take my baby and I just knew I wanted a more personal experience for him then just taking him to a pet store...I didn't buy him from a pet store so definitely didn't want to go there! But Meghan made us extremely happy for the first time appt! And Jenny made my baby look like the show dog that he could be if I got him involved and he was so happy and this is day 2 and he still smells awesome!!!!!! We are in love with this place!Max has a spa!!!!

I love this place! They've been great with my dog Daisy since she was a squirmy little puppy. The turn around is great, I usually get a phone call within 2 hours of dropping my dog off. And she comes home exhausted from playing with the other dogs :)

Took my dog today, Specifically told Megan the receptionist I want to keep the bangs on my dog face. When I went to go pick him up, his bangs were cut off. I asked her what happen and she said well if we would have cut his bangs off it wouldn’t look right…. Wow!! It’s not about what it looks like to you, it’s about what the owner wants! I’m not going back!

I am a repeating customer! I cannot say enough good things about Jamie and her staff. I have a large breed dog that has tons of hair. The staff is top-notch. Although the location isn’t right in my neighborhood, it’s worth the short drive. Bonus that it’s so close to the freeway and can be easily accessed fromanywhere!

My boyfriend and I were looking to switch groomers after a rough cut for our Hazelnut and we came across Cle Dogs Spa and Social. I am SO glad I chose this grooming place because they were so friendly when we first walked in, very professional, the reception area was clean and inviting. The team at CLEdogs Spa is amazing! They clearly love dogs and take care of their customers so well. We are particular about who grooms our toy poodle and how she is groomed and since our first appointment, Jamie and Greta have been nothing but professional and so caring with our little one. We have appreciated the little details like the team calling to check our preferences and even sending a quick photo to check in and make sure Cali's haircut is right on target. Jaimie is by far the best groomer I’ve ever met! She takes time to build trust with your dog and spoils them so they look forward to their spa day! I have a mixed breed dog that I adopted and she always looked so goofy after haircuts at other places. Jaimie recommended a way to groom her and made her look like the cutest little teddy bear. I am so happy and will never go to another groomer!!
