The best service ever!!! Before and after pictures! Took Mollie in for her first visit to the groomer ever, and she had been molting her coat. After their biggest blowout in months, she looks like a new dog!!! Thank you so much for the phenomenal job- we will be returning regularly!

We're not local, but staying in town for the week. While visiting a local park, our pup rolled in something really nasty. We called Bubble-Nest Grooming and they were able to get her in for a shampoo right away. They were a life saver! Their staff is wonderful. Thank you!

They do an excellent job grooming. They are very knowledgeable and efficient. Even more so, you can get in with them very quickly (they’re not booked up for weeks like other places!) and they groom your dog in 1-1.5 hours. Your dog doesn’t have to stay there for hours and they don’t go in a crate. They will tell you exactly when your dog will be ready and call and communicate with you if that’s changes. Highly recommend Bubble Nest!

I have used the same groomer for the past 7 years, but I now live in Parma and my past groomer is on the far east side. I took a chance on the Bubble-Nest based on their excellent reviews. They definitely live up to those reviews. He is a good dog, but not an angel and they do a good job with him. I sent them pictures right after his last grooming before I came to Bubble-Nest which made the transition even easier. My dog really likes that I am able to pick him up in a little over an hour.

Moved to the area and adopted my little 9lb Maltese/Yorkie. Started taking her here and I have to say they are great. They're very quick and usually have openings the next week. They'll have the cut done in an hour usually (dog size dependant, I'm sure) and they're very friendly and flexible.If you live in the area or close by, definitely the place to go. Prices feel very fair too.

I took my dog to get a haircut and mentioned not to cut too short due to the upcoming winter weather and ask that the tail and ears be only trimmed but when I returned for pick up my dog was shaved completely down to skin. The tail and ears were also shaved completely. When I inquired about my specific instructions, also mentioning if there was a problem, why wasn't I called prior ... I was lied to and said it was never mentioned and that they don't make calls on issues. Now my dog will be freezing the winter and bundling in sweaters. I would not trust this place again. Yet to mention they are not cheap for substandard service.

We took our three pups there for the first time and they did a terrific job! I called to get them scheduled and had to leave a Voicemail and got a call back within 10 minutes. Scheduling was super easy and we were able to be seen within a week, which is super unusual especially when you have three dogs. Dogs smelled and looked beautiful when we got them back and it was only 2 hours for all three dogs! We will definitely be back!

What a wonderful job they do. My maltipoo is perfectly bathe and groomed each time. They care about you like you are family. Toby loves coming here, even though he hates baths.

I have never been so unsatisfied with my dogs grooming. I wanted a teddy bear cut for my dogs, but the results were way different. The groomer didn’t even give me a courtesy call to inform me of those changes. I do not recommend this place to anyone, I am not coming back.

The ladies at BubbleNest deserve a 5+++ rating. Our dog Bella looks like the puppy we rescued 10+ years ago. Bella had alot snags in her long hair so they had to cut the hair short(perfect timing for the present heat wave).

I have had both are dogs groomed by Kim over the past 20 years. I would never go to anyone else. She does an excellent job and alot is included for the price you pay. She and her staff are friendly and caring. I have and will recommend them.

I was very scared taking my Max to a groomer after a bad experience. Bubble-Nest Grooming came highly recommend from a friend and they not disappoint. Max looks amazing. They took great care of Max, he normally gets separation anxiety from me or my gf but not with Bubble-Nest. The groomers cut him exactly the way I wanted. Price was extremely fair as well. Best value for your dollar in my opinion. I plan on bringing my pup back regularly and would highly recommend this place to every dog owner I meet.

I’ve been “grooming” my poodle Bichon mix for two years. It was a terrible experience more like a dog versus owner wrestling match. I had heard so many horror stories about grooming experiences that I was afraid to take him to a groomer.This place is fantastic you can see what they are doing to your dog, it’s very small and it seems that they only take two dogs at a time so your dog gets their full attention. Prices are very reasonable and my dog looked fantastic.I totally recommend this place if you love your dog.Sharon & Remo

I am sorry that I am giving a less then great rating for this visit. I almost gave a point lower. The reason is because when I placed the appointment with Kim I told her exactly what I wanted to have done it was a very simple request. The next day we arrived for the appointment and the other gal came out to get my pup. She said, "So we are giving him the same cut as before right." I quickly corrected her twice and explained what he was there for. Simple right? Kim was right there grooming and she heard our conversation. I did not want his hair cut except on his rear end area only. So this was stated three times so I thought that it was understood. Unfortunately when I picked him up I could see that there had been some grooming done that I did not want. And there wasn't enough taken off in the back so there is still a problem. I should have called and complained but they could have listened better also. This is the third review I have done on them and it is not one of the good ones. The other two visits were good.

Kim, of Bubblenest, and her fellow workers groomed our previous dog, Daffodil, beautifully for the last 2 years of Daffodil's life. Our new puppy, Murphy, received his first grooming 2 days ago. He us beautiful! They also do deep conditioning of the fur. It is so soft and silky)!

I’m in absolutely awe of how my beautiful boy turned out! I was extremely skeptical about taking his somewhere due to my previous experience with another place. I made a recommendation post on fb, and someone recommended Bubble Nest Grooming.Max was definitely overgrown, but I make sure I brush him as much as possible, he has a couple mats that I just couldn’t get out. He came back looking how I wanted and more! I didn’t drop him off or speak to anybody there, as my boyfriend did everything but he talked very highly about Max’s reaction and the great customer service. I feel at ease knowing I have a place where I can trust them with my handsome guy!! Thank you so much!

We love Bubble-Nest. I'm surprised to see some bad reviews. We've been taking our bichon there for a couple of years now. We found the shop by recommendation from friends - who were also very pleased. Our Beau lets us know how he is treated - at a couple of previous groomers, he has pulled back on the leash and tried to not go into the shop. Not so with Bubble-nest! He practically drags us in there. The groomers are good to listen to special requests. We always get in quite quickly and the grooming takes only an hour so Beau does not have to hang out in a cage. Another plus is Dozer, the shop's official greeter and companion for the dogs. Could not be more pleased.

My dog loves this place! The women who groom him are very nice and professional. Hundley is always very happy when we pick him up because they let the dogs play together, rather than putting them in cages. Not only is the cost similar to petsmart, petco or one of the other large store brands, but they do a MUCH better job overall and my dog is much more comfortable (not to mention the opportunity to promote small business).

We took Cookie (our chihuahua) to Bubblenest and they did an AMAZING job!!!!! Purple bows to match her leash and everything! Her nails are trimmed perfectly! Her hair is groomed neatly, not too short. I can't say enough good things about them!!

I bring our Morkie (Midge) here and LOVE the results. He is always cut the way I ask and he is only there for about an hour. I have tried SEVERAL different groomers in and out of the area and I always pick him up and find him shaking and anxious. Not the case here. He is always happy when I drop and pick him up. Plus he gets to hang out with Dozer (Shop dog). My son loves coming with me just to see Dozer as well!! We have found our For-good-groomer in Bubble-Nest :-)

Honestly, I love this place. The staff is always friendly and I don't usually have to wait a week to get my dogs in. I have a Yorkie and a Shih Tzu who both have health problems and they have always treated them well. I feel like this place is a less stressful environment for my dogs. And i've never had a problem how they've been cut. As for the price, it's about the same as petsmart or petco.

I took my timid boxer to get her nails clipped. The lady was really accommodating and fast. I was super happy with the service. They only take cash or check though, just a heads up!
