I have been taking my dog to BB for over two years, every six weeks. I have been paying for what they call "full service " which includes nails, haircut, ears cleaned, and haircut and general grooming. When questioned about the level of ear cleaning they told me they just wipe them with a cloth, which is not what cleaning means. Now my poor pet has been suffering with a massive ear infection and has to undergo a biopsy to determine how systemic it is. IM DONE.

I am so happy with my fur baby Cha-Cha’s haircut! All the staff was so kind and took notes on how I wanted my dogs hair, and she delivered exactly what I requested! Also, Cha-Cha’s demeanor when I picked him up was much calmer than where I usually take him for grooming. This is definitely our “new spot”! Thank you so much for great service and a handsome pup who’s ready to woo all the ladies! LOL

Took both of the pups here and they were quick and efficient. Both dogs looked great when I picked them up, and most importantly they were ready when promised. Many times at other establishments I've had to wait another couple hours for a call to let me know the dogs are ready. AND they had availability within a couple days. Other days are looking at month(s) to schedule. Thanks Barking Broadway!

My little Lulu (toy poodle) is 4 and has been going to BB since she was a baby. Robert & the staff are always accommodating with our schedule..Lulu is always ready when they tell us and she ALWAYS is cut as we like her to look - like a puppy, not the standard "poodle" cut. She gets excited when I tell her we are going to Barking Broadway! There is no better groomer around here or in Sarasota Cnty. Florida!!! Thank you, Christine for making Lulu always look her best : )

Natasha is the best that I've seen when it comes to grooming my poodle and other poodles. You have the option of a very detailed cut or a less stressful cut for my poodle and I love the option. The place is very clean and they are very accommodating to my last minute schedule at times. I have recommended my friends and family to this family owned business and I will continue. Although my Poodle is very afraid of the groomer- she loves them when its time to depart. 5 Star Service and Satisfaction!

After the "shave shop" at PetSmart told me they wouldn't service my elderly (age 15) dog anymore, I needed a new groomer. I called BB, they got me in quickly, the service was excellent, and a MUCH better value for the money. I am now a loyal customer, will never take my dog anyplace else. Leave those chain store butchers alone and treat your pet to a REAL GROOMER!

Our family loves Barking Broadway! We are one of the original customers that started taking our dog there and have since recommended it to other friends and family members. The owners and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. They take very personal care of your dog, meet various needs of your grooming expectations, and provide a variety of services. They call with friendly appointment reminders and in the store they sell dog collars, toys, clothes etc. We are happy for Barking Broadway's continued success.

A little bit expensive but clean, kind and gentle with the animals. I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the place, and I'd go back because my insecure dog seemed to find the experience less traumatic than usual. Both of us felt comfortable with the people and the surroundings (me and my dog are both very critical but there's nothing negative to say about Barking Broadway except that the parking lot is always full.)

LOVE LOVE LOVE! Moved from LA and love Christina! She takes such great care of Nalla. I love her cuts and how detail oriented she is to make sure the cut is as you would Iike for your Baby. I am grateful to her and her care. So hard to find a groomer you can trust and I am so happy to have found Christina. She is the sweetest. Highly recommend. 👍🌟

They butchered my poor dog. They didn't do any kind of design on him. They just shaved them all the way down to the skin and charged me $60 I told the owner I was unhappy he just kept making up excuses. I gave him several chances to do something .If you take your dog there you're going to have to be very specific and show pictures because anybody can do what they did ! Very upset. I've patronized two times before this and the first two times they did well you would think they would take note of what they did before but they said the old staff had lefted and they had a new person....my suggestion to them is to let people get used to this new girl and offer a discount and be more specific on what you plan on doing with the dog, instead of getting the person's money and letting them find out this way... Horrible 😡 I was devastated.

Just love being able to run in quickly for my old girl to get a nail trim, no apt needed. This stresses her out so much but they let me go back and hold her while they cut her nails. Very nice !

They told us when we arrived that they would not shave our dog and knew how to cut Australian Shepherds...we picked up our dog with NO fur after his very first haircut. Extremely disappointing. It has been 3 months since this incident and our pup’s fur is still growing back to “normal.” We will never go back.
