This pharmacy is horrible and don't use it. Doctors send in prescriptions and if not in stock they don't advise the doctor even of a similar drug or MG is available. Trying to call them will cost you 30 minutes or more because someone hangs the phone up. Super unprofessional and horribly run. I do not recommend using this pharmacy as a primary. If a 0 star was available that is what I would give them.

I called this business today. At first the AI or automated line tred to answer my question. Once it could not, I asked to be transferred to a department.I was on hold for over 30 minutes! They answered the darn phone, only to say…. Please hold.My question would’ve taken three seconds to address! That’s the point of my major frustration.I said, you know what, I’m going to be patient. After 30 minutes, I hung up the phone. That’s why I am giving them this crap review!!!

I really like this location, and I live near both the Lee-Harvard and Maple Heights stores. The young lady cashier is very friendly. The manager is also very friendly and helpful as well. I will continue to patronize this location.Update. This location has really changed from when I was here last, which has been a long time. Pretty disappointing from how it used to be.

I’ve always had a good experience here and it’s very close by and convenient. I got all my Covid shots here and also get my flu shot here every year. The staff is very helpful.

Typical Walgreens. I am disappointed however by the LACK of variety in makeup for Black women. 5 Billion choices for pale folks... But what about us? Especially given that Cleveland Heights is a very integrated neighborhood. Do better.

The shift leader Jay is a total jerk. I wanted to use a different four letter word, but I don’t want this review getting flagged. He was rude, doing the bare minimum, sloppy, and so unhelpful. I highly recommend working with anyone other than him if you visit the store. He is incredibly aloof and unprofessional. I’m genuinely unsure how he is a shift leader, but he literally shouldn’t lead anyone or anything in the customer service realm. He needs to check his attitude because it is so unappealing and leaves a bad taste in my mouth for Walgreens in general. I hope that they seriously reconsider who they put in roles of power, because he’s the antithesis of Happy and Healthy, more like Angry and Resentful.

Worst customer service ever? When you ask an employee where an item is they point in the direction. Consider it a bonus if they tell you the aisle number.Their card machine is different than most as your card is only inserted halfway. The cashier rather insult you by screaming then tell you that. They act like they hate their jobs .Customer service training is needed here.

Tracey Georgeone Kolencik, the pharmacy manager and her entire team at this pharmacy are the most unprofessional and rudest people I've ever met in my entire life. They have no compassion for sick people not do the care. I've never been treated so bad in a Walgreens in my life. I will never ever return there and I plan to contact corporate about their behavior.

I just use the pharmacy part of the store, so I’m giving 5-stars for that. Everything else they carry can be had elsewhere for much less. Also, their medication prices tend to be high if you don’t have insurance coverage.For me they consistently go the extra mile. Usually if there’s a problem it’s with my insurance and not with the pharmacy.Here are a few tips to great service from the pharmacy:1. Assuming they take your insurance, make this your “go to” pharmacy. They have relatively low employee turnover in the pharmacy dept and they get to know their regulars.2. Be polite. If someone screwed up they might be having a bad day or they’re new. Ask for someone else you know. Thank them if they did a decent job; that goes a long way to getting good service the next time.3. Don’t use the drive-through if you can avoid it. (I know this is difficult if you have young children in the car or it’s difficult to get in and out.). If you have to continue to use the drive-through, ask what you can do to help them provide better service.4. If you have to use the drive through and there’s nothing you can do to make things simpler, ask them if there’s a better drive-through or a better time to use the drive-through.

Horrible! Never shop on north side and won’t again. The Shaker Heights store’s staff is so professional and pleasant. I’m only speaking of one cashier. Rude! Walked there were two lines. People in both. Get a clue. We don’t all work at your WG. Instead of accusing customer of cutting line just speak in a less ignorant manner that there is one line not two. You, my dear are void of personality. You’re lucky that anyone hired you.

Walgreens here tried to deny my wife's birth control, which she has to take every month at the same obviously, because her insurance "denied it" and it was "too early". Called the Walgreens on Union and they refilled the prescription IMMEDIATELY. Now, because the pharmacist at this location is lazy and incompetent, I have to go out of my way to go to a whole nother Walgreens. Also rude and unprofessional. AVOID.

The pharmacy staff are so kind and efficient they know their stuff they are fast and if their is a problem they will work diligently to fix it I will recommend Walgreens on the corner of Mayfield and superior to everyone.

The cashier could not countFour $20 bills one $10 bill and one $50 bill. That's $140 all day. She said it wasn't 100. Ha. I had to count it for her. I ask her to put $134 on my cash app. She put 133. How dumb can you be. Today 3.20.22.230pm

What a fabulous experience I had at 7:30 am today. I walked in Walgreens and was greeted by a smiling face and a good morning. Then when checking out this same friendly and extremely professional Walgreen employee assisted me with my purchase, she asked if I had a Walgreens Reward card and then proceeded to explain with great enthusiasim about the program and what great benefits in reward it would be for customers. She was terrific! I found out her name is Erica. Walgreens, Erica is a true GEM...so rare in the world of retail. Keep up the great work Erica, I will be back, again and again....:-)

I love going to this Walgreens. Its very clean, the staff is very welcoming and is always pleased to answer questions and direct me to the product I am looking for. Also I love their brand diapers. There's rarely a line and I am usually quickly done with my shopping.

Every time I go here there is at least a 20 minute wait in the pharmacy drive through even if there's just 1 or 2 cars ahead of me. I just shut off my car and accept my fate. Also last time I was there the pharmacist forgot to give me my card back and when I rang the phone she just said wait please and hung up.

Every time I went in there they usually have food that is expired. I can speak from personal experience bc I worked here. Every time I asked the manager to check expiration dates they'd always give me other tasks to do. When I was finally able to check expiration dates, there are things that were months or even years past expiration date. They're also very quick to profile people that look a little different. The asm at the time (Jake) made numerous inappropriate remarks about people of color.

I went here to get a wrist splint and tried various ones on to get the right fit. I was abruptly stopped by an unpleasant employee who told me that I couldn’t try them on because I will damage the item and they can’t make money (even though I had one to return that I already tried on at home) . She told me that I had to purchase the item, and if it didn’t fit, to bring it back. Being that I was already there to return an item that wasn’t the right fit, I didn’t want to come back a third time for the same reason. I don’t know if this is store policy or her personal preference, but either way it’s a bad business model and they lost money by me not shopping in their store, not from “damaging” their merchandise trying to find the right fit.

Whoever was the white pharmacist today at this location was very rude and nasty im bad pain they claimed they’d didn’t have my prescription then claimed they found it then said I have to pay for it cause it went through my Insurance already cause I got it transferred to another location cause they were closed to this location just rude and never will be back
