I had an amazing experience at Aldi's .a member of the word church paid for my groceries she was going around paying for people's groceries her model was Jesus did it.. GOD IS GOODTHE STORE WAS CLEAN AND STOCKED

First of all I love the bargains I find at Family Dollar. But as of late I've run into some issues. The last time I went to Family Dollar Cedar and Taylor there were no zero shopping carts to take my stuff outside. Today at the Family Dollar on Cedar they had no bags at all to back up my items. I had to go out to my car empty some bags of some other things to bring in some bags to carry my stuff out that I have purchased totally unacceptable. Ps. The cashier didn't even share why there were no bags but I was offered to purchase a bag for a dollar which I declined because I have about 50 at home and I just refused to purchase another one.

I will never shop at this Family Dollar again. I couldn't believe the music, specifically the lyrics they were blasting in the store on this early Sunday morning. I mean - it's called Family dollar - but luckily I didn't have my grandkids with me. I even asked the young man at the register if he is aware of the music playing - and he seemed dazed about the whole thing. He said he turned it on...but has nothing to do about it. Ohhhkay.

The WORST family dollar...every day its closed...waste my time stoping there...the bigger store down the street a few lights...never going here again...at least they open a few hours a day shutting down sometimes hours early and thru the noon time...the only thing i get is that the cashier must be the sister of the owner or somthing because if my store closed like that cause employee...you fired %$@🤬🙋

I was charged $8 for a $5 item.Had to point it out to the store clerk.Which had to walk back and check.Causing the line to be held up.Then register had to be rebooted causing more delay.Then receipts jammed in the machineVisit was total dissaster.

The best Family Dollar I ever been to :). Very organize and friendly, informative staff.. My only con is there's no cashier name on the receipt lol.. I want Family Dollar to know that the guy that work the register on 4/10/17 @ 10:57am is totally awesome! Awesome customer Service is not dead!!! It's not a myth and It still exist.. You go Family Dollar located on S Taylor Rd..

I would suggest going down the street to the one on S.Taylor & Cedar. There was one cashier working with about 8 people in line, very slow service and when we finally got up to the register we weren't greeted at all just given the total of our purchases. And then when he packed our things we had to grab our own receipt off of the printer. It wasn't just us the person in front of us also had to do the same. The associate was too busy telling his coworkers how tired he was.

This store never opens on time, and it always closing early. You can walk down the aisle, to much stuff that's not put up. Nice workers. They just need more help, but won't hire anyone!

The woman working Saturday June 25th 2022 was very rude and unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend this location to no one she refused to open the door which was locked and didn’t offer any explanation and on top of all that she had an attitude like I was the one causing the problem I would never shop at a family dollar again terrible all because of an employee who had a terrible customer service attitude

Plenty parking in front off Taylor rd but store seems disorganized inside. Store not well stocked but could have been between shipments. Check out was a slow process, too many blocked walkways also.

Had the worst experience in this store yesterday, the cashier Marty was rude and disrespectful! Assistant manager didn't have a mask on the entire time I was in the store, there was no manager there to give me my money back, had to wait over an hour for her to come, she arrived with an attitude! Just terrible customer service

I was waiting in line at the Family Dollar on Cedar and Taylor Rds. in Cleveland Heights, Ohio, when I saw two of your employees talking with an elderly woman who is apparently hearing impaired. The female employee, Saraya (not sure I spelled that right) looked up and politely let me know that she and the cashier, Rodney, would be with me in one moment. I then watched Saraya lovingly help the woman count her money, communicating with her using rudimentary signs and lip reading. She and Rodney patiently waited on this woman who also appeared to be intellectually disabled. The time and care that they took with this woman while also acknowledging me was incredible. I will be shopping at this store- which is in my neighborhood- from now on. Thank you to management for hiring such lovely people.

I don't shop here anymore. Very slow and some rude customer service employees - only 1 cashier line open, with long lines. Very big store - although it can be messy. Cedar & Taylor is much better

The workers actually close the store at 9:45 so don’t waste your time or gas. The lock the doors and have a worker sending customers away

Went there at 913 pm and the doors were locked. This site n their doors say they r open til 10... The people inside were just standing there.... They r very ghetto any how and no one seems to care about u while u r there....
