The manager and staff are nice. I like that they don't have a high staff turnover rate so you get use to seeing the same people for years at a time. My biggest complaint is that I have to walk through the nasty smell of black and mild cigars to get into the store. The manager stands outside to smoke them all the time!! On more than one occasion, I've gone elsewhere just to avoid the experience.

This store is an absolute nightmare. There are boxes and product littered all throughout the isles. I tripped no less than 3 times navigating the overly crowded walk ways. To top it off the young lady at register was just sitting doing nothing when I walked in. Then she disappeared to the side office for a good while. She then had the nerve to come back to front and be on her phone scrolling social media as she checking me out. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

I give it 4 stars for the staff that always manage to answer my questions. and give me great service. The store has cleaned up well and I've found some really nice things for a very good price!

The people in this store are really helpful and always pleasant. The shelves are always stocked. I have never shopped at this location and there was an out of stock. Always clean and organized. Five Stars all day.

Lots of good stuff at reasonable price! This store had its aisles cluttered with boxes in multiple locations, which made navigating through it very challenging. Yet, the efforts to dig through pays off because of the findings!

Well, it's a dollar store. They did have good service for being a dollar store. I really don't go to these kind of places much. But this is a desent one. I just don't much to say here. This store dose exactly what it supposed to do, which is real good these days.

It would be REALLY NICE if the store actually abided by the "Listed Hours" or "Holiday Hours" Website claims the location on Lee Rd. in Cleveland Heights is open till 11:00pm and at 9:16 pm CLOSED! Aggravating!

Found mostly what I needed and then some. Shelves stocked, cashier was helpful and pleasant (don't see that much in cashiers anymore), prices reasonable.

It was dirty, items were all over the place. There were boxes that needed unpacked in most of the aisles. Staff was friendly but clearly the store needs more staff. I will not go back to this store
