the parking lot is impossible to enter or exit. most of the employees are great but there's this one pharmacist who makes life difficult for everyone, especially customers. they make it super difficult to get my prescription every single month, like nothing can ever just be easy and go off without a hitch. they didn't give me enough needles for an injected medicine but then blamed me for coming back for more, saying they did give me enough even when the math couldn't have added up.this is the closest one to me but I'm switching because everything is always so difficult for no reason. I've gone here for 2 years to keep things close and simple but I'm just done getting prescriptions here.

Really exceptional customer service—three different employees went above and beyond to help me find items and then to get all the discounts I qualified for at the checkout ! I’m not used to such earnestly caring service in a drugstore.

This store has SO MANY problems. The parking lot is not well lit and occupied by everyone but CVS customers 24/7. There’s illegal activity in the parking lot after sunset in plain sight. The store is very chaotic, never stocked and consistently with broken refrigerators. The clientele at the store is very disturbing and I’m very happy when police is inside the store because otherwise I feel very unsafe. The employees are consistently rude and condescending. The lines are outrageous 24/7. Self-checkouts are consistently broken. I can’t possibly imagine a worse customer experience. Corporate really needs to shut down this store. It’s an outrage.

Pharmacist Beth is absolutely amazing at this pharmacy. She has helped me so many times in finding specific things I need even if they aren’t at her location. The front end here is always delightful as well. Always well stocked and have items one would need in the middle of the night in a pinch.

Hillary from the Lee Road CVS in Cleveland Heights is the perfect example of an outstanding and caring employee. It is because of interactions with staff like her that keep me coming back to this location specifically. She goes above and beyond, and has a really cheerful attitude. Date 06/16/2023: 2160 Lee Rd.: Pharmacy counter - we went to the pharmacy three times to refill our prescription, at the third time they told us they do not have it and they will not - I asked them why they did not tell us the day before and the cashier lied about not being there as we remembered her serving us. We had to go back because she already lied previously that all of our prescriptions are in the bag, and it was not. This highlights the lack of professionalism of your employees and your store chain. Really disappointed customer, it was Friday 8:00 pm, which can cause a lot of trouble for people who need medication on daily basis.

That particular store is out of Arizona ice tea canned drinks :-) The store is clean and all of the personnel are great and helpful. I like printing out my photos there. The website / software works great. Thanks... I'm glad that our CVS is close to our home.

Terribly run store. Typically a 30+ minute wait at the pharmacy checkout. The environment inside the store could only be described as lawless. I don’t blame the employees, they try their best. They need to double their staff.

They send you a message telling you your prescriptions are ready, but it's almost always a lie at this location. They don't bother to fill prescriptions until you arrive. Wastes 10-20 minutes of your time almost every time, maybe trying to push you into CVS delivery? Sometimes the people at the pharmacy are nice and helpful, other times they're real jerks. Good experience maybe one time out of five.

This has been my pharmacy for three years now. The staff is always helpful and if there is an issue with a prescription, they always sort it out. The store on the whole is well-managed and the employees are knowledgeable and courteous. I have seen cashiers diffuse angry customers and work patiently with elderly customers. I am glad this store exists in my neighborhood.

Why can't they ever keep their refrigerators stocked? No matter the time of day I have been for the past year, the cold food is practically empty. And you can't say it's supply chain issues when every gas station and mini Mart can stay stocked. This is the only 24 hour store in the area, and it certainly lets us down every time we try and give it a chance. Disappointing.

The store itself is not bad but Probably the worst pharmacy on the planet. I cannot beginTo fathom how disorganized they are. They never fill prescriptions until you get there even tho there are multiple texts messages saying they were filled. Always at least a half an hour wait minimum to get what you need. Every single time. Always the same excuse “weve got a lot going on” no matter what time of day. I will be switching to a different cvs pharmacy even though this is the closest location for me. Would rather drive 20 min then sit there for 40.

CVS is always a great value. They have great sales on a regular basis and they have great coupons too. They allow you to use more than one coupon at a time. I get coupons in email, through the mail and printed on my receipts and sometimes I use a combination of all of them. They have a lot of convenient locations too. We also got our covid vaccines at different cvs locations and they were very professional.

This pharmacy is always behind. They always confirm they have the script and to come in and then when you get there they tell you to wait. The location doesn’t have a drive thru. Last time I was here they spoke loudly about the medication which is a medication I would prefer to keep discreet. Unfortunately they are slow bc this is the closest one to my house. Also my RX code has cvs always much higher than other pharmacies nearby. Going forward I am switching to a different pharmacy. This is the last time

I am not pleased with this pharmacy. I had a prescription sent there last night from an urgent care. My husband stood in line this evening and it wasn't even filled. Then he was told that they didn't even have the prescription when he got back in line. No one tried ,at all, today to contact me about the questions on this prescription. They finally sent it to another CVS, mind you my husband was dealing with this mess for 2 hrs. They had my contact info all day, wasted our time, we will get my prescription needs somewhere else.

Terrible pharmacy. I have had multiple botched prescription orders and issues. They could not care less about patient health. Today was the last straw. They made a billing mistake and didn't think to notify us that the prescription would be 6x the price of the first fill. We arrived for pickup on a Sunday not knowing about the change and had no way to get our Dr. involved on the issue. Had they notified us on Thursday when we filled it the issue could have been remedied. Now we deal with the choice of a potentially sick baby or a ton of money. Thanks for nothing CVS on Lee!

Spoke with a representative on the phone. She was very rude, short and impatient when I tried to ask questions regarding my prescription medications. I tried to call the store again to clarify if my prescription can be filled. However, the representative continued to be disrespectful and before I got a chance to ask another question she hung up the phone. I will never refill my prescriptions here again! This location deserves zero stars.

CVS denied us a COVID vaccine based on citizenship status. It is clear on the CDC website that everybody is able to get a COVID vaccine regardless of insurance or citizenship. Night and day compared to Walgreens were they were friendly and provide the vaccine without a problem.

This pharmacy closes at random hours. It's currently 2:40pm on a Saturday and it's closed. When a family member is sick and needs their prescription this is so frustrating. When the pharmacy is open, the line is always unreasonably long.

They told me to wait 30 minutes to fill a prescription. I came back 45 minutes later and they said it would be another 20. An hour and a half in they finally tell me they don't have my prescription in stock. How hard is it to check your stock at drop off?

HIPAA violation! They keep the prescribed medication on a display facing all the customers. EVERYONE CAN SEE your personal information, medication name, etc. on top of that, they put your meds on the low register counter while cashing you out, probably to make sure that everyone in line didn’t miss what you were getting. I’ll be filling HIPAA violation complain.

I have gotten my prescriptions filled here as well as a CVS in Mentor and I have to say they are the absolute worst! The staff can be friendly but it's always a long wait to drop an RX off or pick up. And I swear they screw up/give me a hard time about prescriptions at LEAST 50% of the time. I"m done with CVS. Will take my business elsewhere.
