I recently had to board my cat due to leaving on vacation and our apartment being worked on while we were away. This was the first time I’ve had to board her and I was very nervous but the entire team at Clayton Pet Hotel made it such a good experience. They took great care of my cat and even told me I could call in and check on her. The prices were very reasonable and if I ever need to board her again I will definitely return!

Had a wonderful experience boarding my 2 dogs on a short notice. They surpassed my expectations! My dogs cam back clean and smelling so fresh! Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Give them a chance! You won't be disappointed!

Amazing place to take your animals! We frequently take trips and most of the time can't bring our two Aussies with us though we would love to. We've taken them here for years now and have never been disappointed. The staff are always very friendly and professional. My dogs always come back to me seeming happier and cleaner than when I dropped them off lol. I usually don't write many reviews, but after my experience this morning, I felt they earned it. The girl at the front desk was so pleasant. After she got my dogs for me we chatted for a good 10 minutes or so all the while being cheerful and answering any questions I had. This place is phenomenal and I recommend it to anyone that is looking for a pet hotel. (Side note: After reading some of these other reviews, one might think that if you wanted to slander a place, you could at least look credible by spelling correctly.)

Absolutely love this doggie place. Every worker there is so nice and helpful. My doggies are rescues that are timid at times and every time I pick them up they’re always so happy and never act like they’ve been mean to them. They always make sure my doggie stays clean and they always smell so good. They walked me through their facility and it was so clean and welcoming. My babies love it there and we will be returning more often! Thank you Rachel and Jamie for taking such good care of my babies! ❤️

I love this pet hotel, my doggo Maxie loved it there! The staff are always caring and professional at check in and check out! Almost like they create a little bond with a new buddy :) I feel so bad for the business and staff to be harassed by a individual that has nothing to do in their life other than to falsely degrade the employees and owner. Sadly that’s just the world we live in that people just don’t want to see anyone have success if they don’t have success in their own life. I wouldn’t go to any other place than the Clayton Pet Hotel & Spa to let my lil Maxie have a vacation and pampered while I’m out of town for business. Thank you to the owner and employees for everything you’ve done to make a caring and safe environment for my furry friend <3

I love taking Fury here. He loves to run around and make friends. It has been great for socialization for him during covid. I'm glad they can wash him. My boy Fury will not let me touch his feet.

Amanda is beyond amazing!! I cannot express the gratitude that I have for her caring for my Joei (Shih Tzu) she took 4 hours grooming him, being ever so patient and kind to my baby. I was also shocked at how beautiful he looked with all the matting he had. Thank you so much Amanda!

I do not have a very positive impression that this places cares about anything other than money. Animals that are boarded are left unattended for hours on end- this facility does not staff overnight leaving them unprepared should any emergency situation arise. The woman who answers the phone is extremely rude and uncaring, not the type of experience you want when you are thousands of miles away and calling in to check on your pet. They say they will call back with information and never do. Mike seems like a really nice and caring person who goes the extra mile to make sure pets are well cared for and happy, the rest of the staff there should take cues from him.

I had my ruby come here and it was the greatest experience I have ever had! Rachel was soo nice she gave me the best customer service!! They keep the areas for the dogs sooo clean and they treat the dogs as if they were their own!

I had booked with them last minute and they were able to take my dog Bruno so that I can go on a quick family vacation and I'm glad I did. The staff there are so nice, they took care of him so well and the prices are so much cheaper than other places and there were no hidden fees. He was a happy pup when I picked him up and he literally rested for the rest of the day lol. He is an energetic dog, so I am glad I got in with Clayton Pet Hotel. I will definitely be back.

First time using Clayton Pet Hotel & Spa for my 7 month old Shar-Pei and this will be the only place that I will ever take my puppy. They were amazing!!! We were gone for 7 days and I was very nervous about how she would do while away from my house. The staff at Clayton Pet Hotel & Spa were exceptional. They were very kind and reassuring when I called to check on my pup (which was a lot of times, LOL). They explained that she may not eat a lot while staying there which I totally understood. They even called the day after we got back to make sure our pup was "settling in nicely." It's the little things like making phone calls that goes a long way. This is how customer service should be handled! The price was exceptional as well. Well done!!

They always take great care of our puppy! Stella can be a handful and they never complain and are always smiling when we arrive with her. She always comes home happy and clean. We love that they work with the vet and it eases our minds when we are away to know she is being taken care of. We highly recommend them!

I have a small multi poo Maltese named B. This is my first dog ever and she is my constant companion. I am not very trusting but I trust the staff at Clayton to care for her. She loves going here and she is on a regular grooming schedule. If you have any issues or concerns the staff will listen and make changes if needed or provide solid advice. They are very flexible and accommodating.

Vets don't listen to other vets there. 1 vet wanted to keep my baby until Saturday. 1 vet decided it was ok to release my baby 2 days early. I lost my baby 3 days later.I don't recommend them. They wanted a lot of money up front before even looking at my baby. Where's the compassion. Top it all off...been a client of theirs since 2009 and now I'm looking for a new vet to take my babies.

Just picked up our dog today after having her there Friday at 6p until Sunday 9a. She was brought in clean. When we booked her boarding, the girl on the phone was trying to charge us more than the actual cost. She had no idea about anything. We were told for the package we bought she gets 4 walks and playtime. What they failed to tell us is that there is NO ONE there after 7pm to watch any of the animals until 6a the next day. Which means our dog didn't go out again for at least 12 or more hours after drop off. When we picked her up she had lots of debris in her fur, she smelled awful, and had pee caked into her, and she was wet all on her hindquarters. It didn't appear she had even gone out the morning we got her. They told us for a first time board she did great. Yet she was obviously in distress when we got her. This was our first time here and it will certainly be our last. She was only there two nights and came back to us a mess. I realize you only get a free bath if your animal is there 4 days, but you would think they'd have the courtesy to clean her up if they knew she was caked in pee and stuff all in her fur before pickup. She smelled so horrible we went straight to PetValu to bathe her. There was no way she was coming in the house like that.

Boarded our three dogs there over NYE. Reasonably priced. Clean facilities. I'm glad they insisted on immunization records. Will be boarding there again! Only thing I wish is that we could've paid extra or something to pick up our puppers on New Year's Day - totally understand they gotta give everyone a break, though! The house just seemed empty when we came back from our trip midday and we couldn't get them till next morning 7am... More of a personal problem, though =P

They don't even deserve a 1 star. Just tried to take my grandmothers dog for his appointment. She has been taken him here for years. My grandma recently past so me and my dad take care of him now. We called yesterday to see if we can drop him off early before him appointment since we have to work they said fine. His appointment was set for 11 am. We get there at 10 am and called and they said we were late and they will no longer groom him. The lady was very rude on the phone and wouldn't even listen to what we had to say. Don't take your buisness here, as they don't care!!

We’ve been taking our dogs here for daycare and boarding for 4 years. We haven’t ever had an issue and our dog loves spending time with his buddies there once a week! I like that the vet is next door so if there’s ever an issue professional help is right next door.

I boarded my beloved "Tommy" last month. The service was excellent and the staff was very friendly. I called last minute for a reservation and they were booked for the weekend I was leaving town. I was put on a waiting list, and was promptly called back to be informed that I could board him! I received a tour of the facility and it was extremely clean and beautiful! The receptionist was very helpful and went over all the boarding packages avaiable to me. The prices are VERY affordable compared to other facilities and offered more. When I picked him up, he had received a bath and nail trim and smelled great! I would highly recommend taking your pet here to be pampered!

I absolutely love this place! The staff is so kind, and you can tell that they really care about the animals. They are more than happy to update you on your pet and Sophie never wants to leave! I will never take my animals anywhere else.
