Kyle and his crew just left and I couldn't wait to send a positive review. I scheduled to have new windows installed a couple of months age, and Kyle told me that it might not happen till as late as June. The weather has been good to them this spring, so I now have all new windows, and I should have done this years ago. The entire crew was friendly and very easy to work with. Nothing like some of the shady contractors I've worked with in the past. I even paid a guy named Billy Morris $2000 a year ago, and that was the last I've seen of him. But as far as Blacketer goes, I really couldn't be happier. They offered a very reasonable price for top quality Polaris Windows. I had gotten other estimates that were double the price that I paid. And if you go with, lets just say, the company that sends out fliers in the mail every other week, they would be triple the price.In closing, I'd just like to say. You can't go wrong with Windows by Blacketer!

Kyle and his crew were great. They were prompt. They worked together and had all 10 windows installed in a day and a half. There were no messes for us to clean up, inside or out. And they are affordable. Compared to Anderson Windows, we saved thousands of dollars. And the best part, we love our new windows! What a difference they have made. Kyle, his father, and their team are without question the best contractors we have hired. They replaced our windows and patio door, and they also added wood moulding, which they caulked and painted. During the installation process, they uncovered damage caused by our original windows that were leaking severely, and they made time to repair all of that as well. We couldn't be happier with Blacketer Windows. Kyle, his father and the whole team are fantastic to work with and their quality of work is first class. Their prices are very competitive (actually the lowest of three estimates) and they went above and beyond the normal window installation because they also sanded and refinished our window sills and also re-hung our curtains and blinds. They were very clean and efficient the whole time they were here. We had 16 windows replaced and a sliding patio door and I wish we would have done it sooner. Another reason we chose Blacketer was because they have been in business for three generations. I think it's at least three. Not many contractors can say that.

had to replace all of the 'contractor grade' windows in my home. Anybody that has researched replacement windows knows how much of a PITA it is - way too many brands, installers and different grades of each brand of window. I believe that the 'window replacement' world does this purposely to create confusion and therefore rely on MARKETING to sell windows, as opposed to product quality and installation skills. Just try to set up meeting with the big player (Ander*** Renew**) and see how well that home presentation goes. Blacketer Windows provides a high quality window, and much more importantly, a high quality installer. Kyle, Bob and the entire crew ( I could easily name each of them) are the best. They rely on word-of-mouth recognition which IMHO, is highly valuable. Use these guys, you won't regret it.
