I do the online pick up for my groceries and other things. The staff is very nice, and always willing to help if needed. The wait time is usually quick, but did have one time; I waited for over 1/2 hour in line, to just to get parked. I could only suggest they put more online Pick up spots in; to avoid back up.

Inventory in grocery is getting better, especially what was an abysm produce for a while. Current issue is like most stores, they've shifted to primarily customer checkout with only 1-2 cashier lanes running. Unfortunately here there seems to be consistently an issue with the self checkout registers with half of them being down the last few days at least creating long lines for self checkout as well.Unsure how much blame can be put on a location when it comes to timely repairs of these machines, but as a company, there should be more urgency under this model and as a store, the model should shift while the machines are down. Allocating more hours to the front end until self checkouts are repaired.All in all it's a nice little store but we're still working on grocery and front end from what I can tell as a local.

I felt like I was being racially profiled in this store. I guess they are not use to seeing Black people here or something else. I was in electronics looking for a window mount and one of the people were staring me down. And he was holding a cell phone strangely like he was taking a photo of me or something. It was weird. Then I went over to another section and a lady walked up to me and asked if I “needed help”. Right…. Walmart employees NEVER ask if you need help in the bazillion times I’ve been in their stores. All they care about is stocking and themselves. And she just stayed next to me while I was looking for the windshield mount. When I found what I was looking for, I even dropped it because I was a little rattled as I knew what was going on. This had me so unnerved I wasn’t paying attention and I tried to get into the wrong car in the parking lot. Embarrassing. How can this profiling nonsense still be happening in America. It’s crazy. It’s unacceptable to make customers feel this way. I felt terrible and unnerved.

Online order got canceled. Out of fresh bread, only bread they had was wheat. It had been baked at 2 in the afternoon. It was 8:05 pm when they did not have the another bread.Veggies to put on sub were not looking very good either. Ask for refund, was told it would be post back on my card within 24 hrs.Sure hope it does.

I am VERY disappointed during an expensive trip to your PHONE department. I am a senior citizen, disabled, and when I say limited income... (Leave me your email, and I will show you!Being talked into purchasing a model of an AT&T phone that I was told was basically the same model as the Samsung I own and had shown her. I wanted Straight Talk. I was signed up to a contract, which was set up by her, and used her personal phone to "help" me. In all, I ended up having to pay well over $1,000 your AT&T employee caused me.It took a couple of months to get out of the contract, and now I'm stuck with a brand new, never used phone that is outdated a few years! So, I paid more for it than what you are selling them for currently on the shelf!I also have a dinged credit report! I was assured each time I got anything in the mail that it wouldn't be affected at all unless I got turned over to collections. (AGAIN another mistake).Oh, thank you to your fraud department that NEVER returned any of my phone calls. They provided me with a ticket number. When I called back and inquired about the ticket number THEY provided me, I never heard back even after more phone messages by me.

It was a mad house during the holidays as expected but they had mostly everything compared to other stores. Some employees were kind of irritated due to the holidays and stress. Otherwise a good experience. The only downside is a lot of stuff is pretty much everywhere. Customers don't put stuff back right so things can be difficult to find. But it's not really Walmart's fault. They would need a dedicated recovery and organization team.

By far, the worst Walmart that I have ever been to or dealt with. Placed a delivery order 3 days ago and I only received less than half of my order. I was refunded the items that were missing. Chalked it up as a mistake. No big deal. Today I placed another delivery order, I received someone else’s order and none of the items that I ordered. I called the customer service line and was refunded but decided to call the actual store as well, so that I could inform them of the issues because obviously there is a problem. Tried calling for 30 straight minutes, with no answer whatsoever. Tried every department there is and finally I got an answer. I asked to speak with a manager and was told that there wasn’t one working. So I asked when the manager would be working and what number I could call to reach them. Then she says, well there is a manager actually he’s standing right in front of me, and I said ok, can I speak with him. I told him the issues that are going on and how obviously there is an issue at his store. He just said ok. That’s it! Total lack of customer service like I’ve never seen before.Walmart has gone WAY down hill but this location definitely takes the cake. Even when shopping in store, there are maybe 2 check out lanes open, so prepare to wait at least 30 minutes in line. Customer service is awful and obviously they have a manager who just doesn’t seem to care at all.

The subway there is stealing wages from their employees, short staffing and not giving out breaks. The management should be ashamed at how they’re treating their employees, it’s horrendous and it’s why you guys can’t keep anyone.The Bible says god will curse you for taking advantage of the poor, and letting go of your morals for cash.I say this as a concerned customer, and I’ve witnessed this happening to multiple employees.

Had new tires installed onto new rims, then installed on truck. I am so glad the Holy Spirit told me to go look at the rear mounting. I walked around to see and sure enough there was about 3/4" space from the rim to the hub. They never installed the rear spacer correct and they tried to force the rear rim on and over torqued the lugs and called it good. The lead employee said to me, good catch! Really, good catch?On behalf of the guy installing the rims, he was very nice and was wondering what was going on, but yet never notified me that there was an issue.Unfortunately the spacer from the manufacturer was the wrong size and once I figure it out, I told him to install it without the spacer until I get it replaced.I was heading out of town on a 3 hour drive. I would have guaranteed that wheel would have came off and some big problems could have came from it.I am thankful that I listen to the Lord's leading, because usually I just drive off and trust their work.Walmart this could have been major problems for you if something bad would have happened!So word of advice, do your own inspections...

We spend a fortune at Walmart and the women'srestrooms are rarely clean meaning the toilets. Ladies, do better...and employees please keep restrooms clean.

Store was not the cleanest. Overall clean enough though. The electronics area was nice cause they actually had a lot in stock. Customer service was quick & friendly as well

Trying to reach an associate in the vision center is next to impossible. I have tried calling in 4 days in a row to automatically be put on hold for up to 20 minutes each time & have been hung up on after being in hold. Do not recommend at all. Service is awful.

I used the self checkout and they stole $20 from me. I waited 45 minutes for assistance at the jewelry desk. Most of the employees are not friendly.

What a place, looked online to see if they had in stock, they did. Drove to store, found items, but prices were higher than online. Went to customer service, they said sorry we don’t match prices. I said it’s Walmart online price, she said nope if you want that price you must order online comeback and pickup at a later time. I just said heck with it, put items back and ordered from Amazon. If it was a few dollars I would’ve paid, but $10-15, nah. What a joke.

I'm giving 2 stars for my local Walmart they never discount their bakery items I have updated and put more photos of items still outdated the last time I wrote this review it was like four times I had went in there and all four times the items were expired since then it's been going on about 10 times I've been in there and I'd have to say that eight out of the 10 times there are items expired in their bakery. Aside from that I know it is out of their control that they do not have employees so I believe that they should treat their employees a little better that way they'll want to stay the ones they do have. I went to the service desk and lights were out and there was a young lady there and she was not able to leave even though it was 4 hours past her shift and she looked exhausted. I then went to the clothing departments the men's the women's the children's little boys and little girls the shoes and the baby department and the racks were a mess there were some items that were on clearance and some items that were identical to the very same items on clearance that we're not on clearance and again every time I bring these issues to a manager I'm told that they don't either know what to do or know how to do anything. I called corporate and corporate says that they will look into it and they give you a reference number however you call back and you're told that they're still looking into it and they can't disclose any real information about what they're doing to solve the issues.

Nice and clean, Customer friendly staff, prices are reasonable. Subway restaurant is located inside of the Walmart store, close to check out area, near entrance, which is convenient to grab and go or dine in there. Sandwich was delicious.

They were nice and friendly but they did not have the tire I needed for my car but the staff was very nice and would have ordered me one but I just kept on going closer to home and stopped in at Chillicothe Walmart and they had the size I needed. Thank you

aside from having the whole front half of the parking lot designated for this, that, or the other it's not a bad Walmart. However, because of the fact that I'm somewhat healthy and able to come in to do my own shopping I'm punished. You can typically find my car 15 spots back somewhere

Needed some paint. No one at paint counter. No one around paint counter. Waited and called store via my cellphone. They said they would page someone. I have waited almost 45 minutes at this point. My advice is buy your paint anywhere except Walmart. They obviously are too busy to help their customers. They deserve zero stars, but I have to give them 1 for a review.

Lady at the service desk was incredibly rude, and has the worst customer service by far. She was a manager, too. She accused my sister of lying, and my sister would not lie & considering I was on the phone with my sister at the time, I can vouch that she DID not lie and did NOT deserve to be accused of lying. I am not one to leave a review, but she was awful. Shame on Walmart for allowing people like her to work there.
