Very knowledgeable staff. This location has an extremely ORGANIZED store. It is easy to find what you need. Appreciate the expanded work clothing section. They always have what you need. Especially appreciate their stock of fencing materials and posts. They also have a wide selection of livestock feeds. It is always a pleasure when we need to go here. Thank you.

I have never had any issues with Tractor Supply, no matter the location either. When I do deliveries (mostly same day) it typically comes from the circleville location. This time, the delivery was backed up a few days through no fault of the store or delivery driver. I’m not sure what the delivery drivers name tues-sat is but I have dealt with the delivery driver Jay, who works Sunday and Mondays. He was the absolute best between yesterday and today, he kept me in the loop, was extremely apologetic, and just a very sweet person. I hope this finds him well as he deserves the recognition!

Unbelievable customer service. I recently bought a product there and had an issue with it and they told me to bring it back and they fixed it very quickly And i'm sure they didn't have to. So Shout out to their assistant manager. I forget his name I would give him credit!!

This store was the very first place of business that was built on Rt 23 Circleville by pass. That's been 50+ years ago and it was called Farm & Fleet. Still a great store to the day !!

We love this store! This location is always clean and the staff is friendly. As far as TSC as a whole, we’d choose them over Rural King any day. I love the rewards program because I usually get coupons for same day delivery and can use those when I don’t feel like driving into town.

Let me first start by saying that tractor supply is one of my favorite stores to shop in. But today was a different story. I wanted to purchase a cub cadet zero turn mower for over $3500 and it was not in stock at my local store. I drove 40 miles to this location in Circleville Ohio. When I got there, I was greeted and the girl in the front called to the back for the manager several times. Finally, she came to the front. The manager was less than helpful. She told me that the mower would not fit in my truck, but after I measured it would fit perfectly , I wanted her to help me load it using ramps, but she would not. I was frustrated and left the store. I’m very unhappy with my service and the way she treated me.

Love the store. When you walk in the store,you smell that great country air plus that country songs that you can listen too. I also would like to say that........i also like the greetings that they give us. They need to do that more often and plus......love the prices and their items. If there isn't & item that you can't find or seem to can't find at all..........they are there to help you. That's what i like about customer service people that works in the store.

I rescue horses. I have been purchasing equine senior and equine senior active products from tc for a long time. I have tried several locations that have failed me for many reasons. I ordered a full 40 bag pallet from this location. They called yesterday to tell me it had come in so today my daughter went in to pick it up. My name was on the order and and the sticker on the pallet. The problem is someone at the store opened my order and sold bags from it. About half. They pieced together my order from other pallets while my daughter waited. It seems like such a simple request to place a large order and spend a thousand dollars, and to actually get what I ordered. But it’s not simple for tractor supply. They cannot Handel it. Is it poor management or unkept unbathed employees who have very little training in customer service or even how to present themselves for success. They treated us as if we should be lucky to get half the order. It’s sad. I guess my money doesn’t mean much to them.

Went in on Black Friday at 8 a.m., store was packed. Found the work bench that was on sale,needed help to load it on the dolly, the lady had the help desk paged a fellow who loaded it, followed me through the checkout and went out to my car and put it in my car. My thanks for their great service.

I very rarely go to this Tractor Supply I have found that the have very poor customer service as well as customer service representatives there. On this particular day I called ahead to get the prices I needed for the item I was searching for. The woman I spoke with on the phone informed me of two different types, the sizes and prices. I ask if she could hold them up front with her I'd be there within 30 minutes to 1 hour, she said yes and I gave her my name. When I finally did arrive at the Tractor Supply location in Circleville Ohio I could not find a customer service representative to wait on me or to help me locate what I was looking for. I wondered around the store trying to find what I was looking for. I tried standing in line when I first got there but there was only one cashier, she had a line so she was unable to help me. That's when I proceeded to wonder around the store by myself. Then after standing around waiting to find someone who work there besides the cashier at the front I finally found a young man. I asked him for what I was looking for he tried to help me find what I was looking for. I explained that the lady was supposed to hold them up front for me till I got there. We went up front to check with the cashier, she in fact did not hold them up front and she acknowledge the fact she had spoke to me on the phone. At that time she sent him back to where we were already at to look for the item's he scanned them with a gun after going to the back in the stockroom to get a gun to scan them with only to find out that they actually had none of them that were on clearance or mark down that. I was told that they did that was why I drove there to buy one. I ended up not getting anything from this location an leaving empty handed. I was very disappointed by not being told the truth, by the female cashier not keeping her word and doing what she said she would do. I would not recommend this location.

Online order and purchase. Great sale price on pine shavings plus 5% off for 20. They loaded them in my truck and off I went. Easy is key here,. (PLUS they've always matched competitor's pricing without a hitch.) I like these shavings best as well.

These stores have a lot to offer. I didn't like some of the floor pallets that may cause a problem to some people as it did me, but overall just like any other business, though not too much floor help they are very nice, helpful workers and the prices are worth the drive.

WENT HERE TO BUY A TRAILER AXLE THEY HAD LISTED FOR 249.00 on there website..get there and the axle was had a sale sticker for 300 but rang up for 399.99..I ask manager if he will sell it for online price and he declined..same axle,size and description, why does the axle have 3 different prices on it..the assistant manager was very rude and didn’t even look at the online price I was showing him,I had several hundred dollars of other stuff in my cart that I put back and walked out, next time I’m going to rural king..there right next Door and take care of all my farm supply needs and have some of the best pricing ..Don’t do your research and price stuff before going into store because there online prices are usually wrong and that’s how they get you in the store..

Typically my go to store for feed and supplies, always friendly cashier. I spend money there cause it’s cheaper than the T&C in Columbus.But the last time, I needed a part for my trailer and the CS manager was busy. So understandably he was a little flustered when the poor floor guy asked him a question for me. I didn’t feel too welcome then.

I have a dwarf rabbit, and she only likes certain foods they change that they have or not have in stock, however the lady at the front was helpful and friendly as she always is, greets me every week with a smile and told me I can get a reason check. Nice friendly staff

Good store has a lot of different items to choose from and they let you bring your dogs into the store how cool is that!! Staff is friendly some are slow but that’s expected with the different age groups but all in all good store and I go there frequently

Purchased a push behind string trimmer in May 2013. When I purchased the trimmer I was offered an extended warranty with the guarantee by the store management that if anything happens, I can bring it in and they will either replace it or refund my money for 3 years. June 2014, after many hours of effort I cannot get the trimmer to start. I went to the store today (June 29th, 2014) and talked to the store manager. He hands me a phone and has me call their hotline in India. The customer service rep in India lied to me and told me my manufactures warranty is still in effect (13 months after purchase) I was then told by the manager to call the manufacture, but they probably won't be open today.. I called and found out my warranty expired after 6 months. I then called their support center in India again who then told me I had to drive to either Lancaster or Washington Courthouse to my string trimmer serviced. If Tractor Supply wants to compete with Rural King they had better fix their customer service issues. Driving 25+ miles to have it worked on is unacceptable. If anyone at Tractor Supply reads this and wants to resolve this issue please respond to the complaint I emailed on your website.

I thought they would have more sales the day after Christmas! Oh well!!!***** 5/19/19 Went to TSC today to purchase a Simpon power washer with the Honda motor. They didn't have the 3000 in stock but they had the 3300 which was 100 dollars more. I ask if the 3000 had the Honda motor and she said YES! She sent us to another store 30 mins away, when we got there they had the 3000, BUT it doesn't have the honda engine! We ended up purchasing the 3300 from the store she sent us to, probably shouldn't have, but for that I take another star away!

The store is in total disarray. Items on the wrong shelves all over the store. It has really gone down hill in the past few years. So few items out front it looks like they have no inventory, and maybe they don't. I'll be hard pressed to return.

online it said they had the dog food I wanted for pick up that day, available in the store but when I got there they had almost none of the brand I was looking for and when I asked the cashier if they had more in the back, she had no clue who to call for help, waste of time going there

Look for good clearance deals in ladies clothes and cute styles too. We stop in frequently just to brows books and home goods as well as getting yard essentials.

Beats Rural king hands down. Prices are competitive in the Circleville store, customer service is top knotch, better return policy, quality of products better. The only thing RK has on TSC is the popcorn!
