The staff here was amazing and the store itself was great. My issue was with the mobile fueling option in the app. It took my money and then said there was an error and went right back to the previous screen. I'm still waiting to be refunded. The store says to call the bank and the bank says to call the store. So apparently nobody knows where my money is.

This place. Ohh let me tell you about this place! The staff AMAZING, the parking AMAZING, the bathrooms/shower AMAZING everything about this pilot was amazing! Only thing I didn’t like and it’s just me is they didn’t have ice cream. I was dying for a snickers ice cream bar. But other than that pick this place for your nightly stop or just for a quick bite to eat! Keep up the amazing work you guys!!

A stupid and lazy employee made me wait for the shower for the customer to come out and bring the key, but she didn't want to leave, instead cleaning up her smartphone. Points were written off for the shower and it's a pity for the time spent. The most surprising thing is that there are only two souls, there is no room for waiting and in this regard this is a complete misunderstanding, and not the Pilot

Parking is fine, but it's better to walk across the street to Loves, especially for showers. Unfortunately, cleanliness might be an issue; I found an adult diaper in the trash, indicating poor bathroom maintenance. This is the second pilot location where staff misunderstands the concept of team showers, insisting on using two points instead of one, defeating the purpose. Save yourself the hassle of arguing and keep your receipt; corporate will credit your account upon return. I've encountered this issue only once before at another location after over a year as a team driver. As a level 5 google reviewer. I try to be as fair when reviewing as possible.Update: Received a Full Refund and a apology through the App with 3 days.

Pizza Hut was open, but wasn’t taking orders? No employee in sight. Only pizza for sale was what was set out.. & it definitely wasn’t fresh. Only one hot dog on the rollers… Only other option for food was lunchables.

Stopped here for my 10 hour break. There is a pizza hut for food. The showers were clean and the staff was nice.

Staff is real good at communicating with customers. They did some upgrades here. The showers are big and have 2 shower heads so you can wash both sides at same time. Plenty of seating in showers and places to hang your shower bags The girl that works in pizza hut with braces, was good at getting my order right. She even made a dogie treat bowl for my dog. So i gave her a tip and told her merry christmas. Keep it up people, the other pilots need to learn from you folks.😉😉

I'll give this place 4 stars.. The food when available is good and reasonably priced. The showers and restrooms are clean. The shower is pricey at 17.00 but I had a credit. Shower 1 is absolutely awesome. 2 showerheads and a flexible hose. The only reason I can't give this place 5 stars is the fact there is no laundry or driver area. It's ok if you're a truck driver needing to take your 30 minutes or even 10 hour break. But using this place for your 34 hour reset is not feasible at all

This is a pretty small and basic Pilot. Basically what I like to call a get your gas and go spot. It's just a fuel stop. Not very many amenities. I wouldn't recommend it for any sort of extended break. The men's room is extremely cramped. If you're at the sink next to the door (there are only two), be careful when the door opens. You could get hurt.

My issue is. Prepay then not give u cash back if vehicle wont hold it. They said it will go back on card a lie there is some workers that keep your money. Went back next ti.e they me i had to call thier corp. Well I'll did that they tacked my transaction and no response was sent to get my cash back.

Pilot is my go to place to purchase gasoline. I save .10 cents per gallon with the rewards card. I often go inside to grab a drink and snack as well. The station attendants are polite and great you as you walk through the entrance. The restrooms are always clean. Would recommend pilot to anyone that is driving through the area.

There is some guy who won't stop coughing apparently they dont let people go home sick so if you have been to this truck stop and get sick you know where you got it. The employee who is working on the freezer doors patient zero for this area apparently

Drivers that frequent this place know they can park at fuel island as long as they want and the management will do nothing about it. By the way playing the recording about being Curtious to other drivers and to pull up does nothing. If they wanted to be curious they wouldn't be parking at the pumps

Parking is easy and never busy. Pizza hut slow and hardly any prepared food ready, and waiting over 15 mins with 2 open showers just need to be cleaned...but no one cleaning them. Anymore pilots needs to staff more ppl or I'm taking my business to love's even with higher fuel prices. This is ridiculous and waste of ppls time

Very small once you get inside. The staff are awesome and will help you find an item without any issue. Large selection of snacks and food but not as large as Loves next door. Shower area was clean during my visit. The lot was very dirty as was the floor. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Cheapest petrol between Columbus, Oh & Ashland, Ky. Good coffee, soda & water selection, and grilled food is always fresh & hot. Bathrooms & showers are always clean. Employees are very polite & friendly too. I've been stopping here for years and I've never had a bad experience. I stopped once for coffee during a very long road trip. I was so sleepy. The cashier GAVE me a token for a free shower to help wake me up. I made it home safely & I now stop here every time I pass through

Rest rooms were clean, staff were friendly. They have Pizza Hut Express in side, had to wait little longer than expected time, for Personal Pan pizza. They sell Lottery, coffee and other usual stuff which expect in a convenient store.

Priced like they want me to pay for it with my purchases. 2.99 pints of milk. wt. the last time i stopped was only because i was craving nachos and cheese. 3.99 for stale chips and 2 drips of cheese. I understand that cheese machine can't be that hard to keep up with

The showers here are small and dirty. The employee went to clean it immediately before I got in and the toilet had urine on the seat, there was old soap int the soap dish and lint on the floor. While I was showering I had to constantly adjust the water temperature. The second star is for the Pizza Hut which you can get food at 24/7. Pilot needs to up their game as Loves is doing better by the day.

Pilot Travel Centers are great for travelers or truckers. For the both I think then product line is good. Good food, good drink selection, and a number of items anyone on the road could find handy. I think now and have always thought that most Pilot truck parking area are too small but this is my only complaint.

A decent safe place to stop and fuel up. The restrooms are clean. The store itself is clean. The have the usual selection of snacks and soft drinks. They also have a Pizza Hut. The cashiers are friendly and helpful.
