We have been shopping here almost weekly for the past two years. The staff, overall, is mostly friendly and very helpful. However, there is one staff member in particular, that makes me not even want to shop there anymore. If you get Ryan, she is rude and obviously thinks very highly of herself! She is not very helpful at all, and not knowledgeable of Pet Valu's policies.

Pet Valu has great quality products, i just dont know that i would say they are high value deals (as the name might suggest) really ghey seemed to have about everything. They even had a space for you to bring your dog in to give them a wash (great idea).

This pet store is amazing and has many wonderful food products to choose from for dogs and cats. They also have a section dedicated to small animals, fish, and reptiles. The staff is very helpful and knows my sister and I by name!

they could have a few other things in the store that I was looking for that of course are getting hard to find in any pet store like a good treat bag reward bag that goes on your waist for training dogs. I buy my crates here for shipping German Shepherd puppies across the states. Other than that it is an okay store. I did have problem with one girl and hear that wanted to run her mouth and I still don't know what her deal was. I called back and talk to the manager but I don't think anything was done about it. I guess if I run into her again the video camera comes out

I have worked here for over a year. Its been great! But new management caused problems for the works and our customers. None of the concerns us workers shared with the district manager were addressed or taken care of. This company does not care about its emploees or its customers. All of the care given before was from the GM Alyssa. Since her absence this store had been turned upside down.

Clean, quiet store. The staff was very nice. Picked out a few treats and a toy for our dog on the way back from a vet appointment. Seemed reasonably priced.

I absolutely Love this Pet Valu they also take the best care of me and treat me like family. The manager at this store is amazing!! She has the most wonderful customer service. Thank you!

We love the staff and they carry a large selection of goodies for my dog. One of the most helpful pet stores I have been to. So glad it is located locally :-)

Pet Value in Circleville is a great pet supply store, they have supplies for every kind of pet . The only reason I gave them a four star rating is I personally do not care for stores that sell pets( all of my pets are adopted). Much much bigger selection than other stores in the area.

Well stocked, very friendly, good prices. I stopped in after big box store across the parking lot didn't have what I needed, wished I had gone here first - soooo much quicker, easier, better quality, etc.

The idea of the dog bath is awesome! However, items are ki d of expensive here. I bought a dog sweater and the zipper broke. Then went across the street and bought another dog sweater for half the price.

Whomever said this place is cheap is fibbing to every1.The prices are outrageous like at a lot of pet stores.Prime example; i bought a chuckit ball/floater medium size at Menards for $9.99.This store wanted $29.99..Crazy.leashes/collars are top dollar.They said reason they cost so much, is due to the fact that they are American made.Posted by an American that cant afford to buy American made dog products in this little pet store..So sad

Store is clean and well organized. The staff was very helpful. Brands are more upscale so if you're looking for bottom dollar food it's probably not what you are looking for.

We always take are dog there to give him a bath ..and they always make sure we have everything we need to do the job...the girl manager is always helpful and so nice...the only thing i wish they had is fish.... But other than that great place
