I got a flat tire around 7,8 pm onMonday feb 19th Great workers, very nice, polite, patched my tire, did a great job- I forgot their names, I think one of the girls were Lindsey and the other guy was Danny, I don’t remember but the whole workers who worked that shift was AWESOME!! very great job, we need more people in the work place who are friendly, nice, polite, smiles- Great shift workers. I travel all over America and you don’t see that much anymore. So this evening/night shift workers made my day! I bless them in Jesus name, Amen!

The place is compact and tidy. My main concern is that I paid $1.29 for sour cream and nearly the same for cheese to put on tater tots. The container was twice the amount I needed, leading to wastage. As we strive to be more waste-conscious, providing a choice of smaller sizes could not only reduce costs but also minimize food waste. Opting for a smaller size would have been ideal, especially if I had ordered tacos. Don't bother looking for amenities found at larger stores. (There is a Walmart down the street.)

A very nice and quiet Love’s travel center to stop in for fuel and food they have about 8 diesel lanes and it’s kept very clean the coffee is fresh and they have fast food and a Taco Johns inside also. The restrooms are very clean and so are the showers with plenty of hot water. The staff is friendly and helpful too. Taco Johns’s is back to being open 24/7.

Stopped with a trailer brake locking up problem. They got me in fairly quick. Initially couldn't see anything wrong then found a broken armature in the back. Part not available for 2 days so they welded the exsiting part checked the trailer brakes. (At one point the technician was condemning the air system filter on the tractor but my boss got em re focused on the trailer. Either way Im very happy with the transparency during the entire operation. Thomas the tech was dedicated and clear on the repair thnx Loves!

This was one of the finer Loves Travel Centers I've been to, the bathrooms were clean, the store looked bright and orderly and the employees were smiling and very friendly. Also the truck parking was great with plenty of room for maneuvering, this Loves was great.👍👍👍

Water at the RV dump station is off for “winter” they could not give me dates when they turn it off or back on. Other loves about 30 minutes away say they don’t turn it off for winter.

Best Gas Station I've been at around this area! Great Prices! 10 cents off a gallon if you have the rewards card. Have Clean bathrooms and nice showers. Dog park had poo in it. And the have a poo bag roll but it's normally not filled due to activity THIS IS NOT STAFFS FAULT! All staff here is very nice and always has a smile and greets you. Not to sure about the taco john staff haven't had a chance to go to that side. 5 stars from me!

1. I took time looking for a sleeve for my cup, they didn’t have any so they told me to use another cup for my hot water.2. One of the machines I used did not have a working spout for hot water, so instead, I had to use another machine. There were two more machines. Both worked. I am 5”1’, the manager, or one of the associates pointed to the tallest machine which is about 5”6’ feet off the ground. I put my cup under the machine, thinking he was going to turn the spout on for me, and he left. I stand on my toes and turn the spout on and the hot water splatters on the counter, my cup falls over. And I don’t get any help. I turn the water off. I go to the smaller spout with the working handle. I fill up my cup.3. They charged me two dollars for hot water. And I didn’t use any teabags.I was inconvenienced, almost injured with hot scolding water, they watched me struggle and then charged me $2 dollars for a small cup of hot water. Their smallest cup, they charged me for a cup of coffee.0.5/10 for how much I would recommend of the customers to go there.I suggest going to the gas station across the street. They are more hospitable, they’re more kind, and you’re treated like a human being. Also, I don’t think they’re going to charge you a full price of coffee for a hot water.

Does not have public laundry but you can go into town to do laundry. Very clean and newish looking. Lots of parking for truckers. Restrooms clean and I was able to walk around (on the weekend) off property. Melissa in Taco John's was very friendly & helpful

Zero out of 5 stars. The manager had a huge attitude problem to match the chip on her shoulder. Visited on 09/22/22 at about 6:30am. I will not return to this particular Love's, though I've been to others where I was treated well. This truck stop has a customer service problem that apparently starts at the top and flows downhill. I completely kind and cordial and the manager was pushy, rude and bossy, like somehow I work for her instead of her being a customer service leader at her establishment. She needs retrained or a new job in my humble opinion.

I have tire pass. Pulled into the tire pass lane. Unfriendly girl at fuel desk calls the tire pass guy and says you have someone here for tire pass. She then tells me they don’t have tire pass anymore, sorry. Pure laziness and lying to a customer when you obviously have the lane and do tire pass. Guess I don’t need the pass

Friendly people, but this travel stop has the same problem as many others. The chilli and cheese Despenser is usually empty or almost empty or something wrong. So if you get a hotdog and want to add chilli and cheese you most times discover that you are lucky to get a spoonful

Never has any cold coffee rude employees when I ask a question or tell them something out they are rude the Lancaster Ohio one is amazing but this one needs some work they do not keep up with inventory and their drink machine hardly ever has any drinks toilet paper on the floor and the bathrooms are disgusting The men's bathroom never has any toilet that's what my partner said women's bathroom has no toilet paper half the time soaked all over the sinks as well definitely needs to take tips from the Lancaster loves

We ride in a semi, so we come across A LOT of truck stops and other Love's. It was very clean. The showers were upgraded and nice. Large shower rooms. Customer service was a little slow on helping. I stood at both registers for a bit before someone helped. They saw me there but kept doing other things. Plenty of parking when it's usually slammed at other places.

So I go to the truck stop to pick up a handle for my trailer. They said yes we have them over in the shop. I go the shop I stand there for like 5 minutes well two guys are working on the computer two other guys walk in and out nobody address the fact I was alive. So I asked do you have this handle and they said yes. I asked how much it cost he said I don't know. I stand there for another 5 minutes while two other employees walk through and talk talked about jobs road services and then the gentleman running the computer takes two of the guys and they go out in the shop just walk away from me without saying one word to me. I follow them to the shop and told him thanks for your help.Which obviously is sarcasm there's another gentleman standing there leaning over the calendar a customer acting frustrated. He walked out without anyone saying anything to him I had to assume it was the same thing as what they did with me. Terrible customer service!

It's a loves well over 100 spaces lot is clean and taken care of. Showers and restrooms are very clean entire establishment is well lit and taken care off food choice is a taco John's and that was satisfactory. There is another truck stop with pizza hut across the street if needed. Did not see laundry facilities. Staff was friendly and courteous. No issues.

Not sure when this was built but it's very new. Beautiful clean big showers and bathrooms. The team members working here are all so kind and helpful! The parking lot is very spacious and even at 10pm there's quite a few spots left to park.We don't stop at loves often but they have an IHOP here which is a nice change from the typical fast food. I am a little disappointed that they have a good 12 showers but no laundry room; this would've been a good addition because the pilot across the street also doesn't have laundry.Aside from that, it's a wonderful little stop and a great place to layover for a day.

Very well lit, inside and out. feels very safe and able to watch your surroundings. Clean pumps, store and coolers.I only have one negative. Which seems to be the same at every convenience stores. The "free" cheese dispenser for the hot dogs and nachos. Never has cheese in it. if it does, there is no way to make it dispense. My challenge to inventors, make something better

What can you say about a truck stop? You pretty much get what you are expect. Didn’t stop for fuel, only food. Had takeout from Taco John’s. There were only two couples in front of me and it still took about ten minutes to get my food. In their defense though, it was ten o’clock when I stopped. Had a toco salad and two crunchy tacos. The food was as expected, very good maybe because I love Taco John’s! Anyway……hope that helps!
