Krogers is by far the best grocery store around. They have the best of all products. Get a card you save so much. Or just go elsewhere and throw your hard earned cash away. It's up to you.

I was pleased with the early pickup because if the weather. I had Kroger pickup on April 2nd. I opened the lettuce up today April 3rd and it expires on April 5th. When I go into the store, I look for a longer date.

I understand locking all the doors except 1 after 8 pm to help cut down on shoplifters but it's ridiculous and dangerous to then have that 1 access door blocked by pickup order cards and janitor carts - I even spoke to the manager on duty about it and all he said is "We're Aware" Well if you are aware perhaps you should unblock those aisle to allow for easier exit especially in case of a fire or live shooter incident. We paid through self checkout and then had to wait to even be able to exit the store for the door to be unblocked.

If I could have given them 0 stars I would have. I like the convenience of click list but at this store it is terrible. I have a number of times gotten the wrong items and had to go back to the store. Today I received a text about an item that I ordered not being available at the same time that I received my order ready text. I called because the item I ordered was water. I’m think no substitute it’s water. The click list employee was very rude. She told me she could not do any substitute. I told her I might as well cancel my order. She said fine it’s canceled and hung up the phone. I am done with this Krogers in general.

Check the 5 star reviews. They are fake! One sentence reviews. Most likely bots or employees and their families. This place is horrible!Very poorly ran. Lanes are almost always limited and slow. Whenever there’s a sale they have an extremely low stock of the sale items.I normally use the self checkout because waiting in a long line. Today I had several items of groceries that required me to take items off the carousel and placed in the cart.Judy a “cashier “ there was extremely rude so I asked for a manager. Some woman name Matte came over and did absolutely nothing. She looked confused like she didn’t know where she was. I asked her why it is that everything has to go on such a small carousel and you cannot remove a item until everything is rung up. With a very snarky voice she replied “ you should use the regular lanes if you don’t like it”I pointed at the long slow line that was open and said they need to open some lanes. She walked away and disappeared.On my way out the alarm went off and a young man from the pickup door came out, looked at me with a confused look and said “ I don’t know why that went off”I am convinced that Matte triggered the alarm just to further mess with me.Oh btw Matte bragged about being part of the union while I was asking her why she couldn’t help watch me ring up the items. She said she is union and that working the register is Judys job.This is a small town and since carnival went out of business Kroger has gotten worse and worse. Same is true with Walmart. I may have to drive out of town to shop. I served my country and refuse to be treated like trash.

The fried chicken is almost never there. Several times I have arrived there at 12pm, only to find absolutely no fried chicken or rotisserie chicken. This happened on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday. I left hungry and disappointed.

Closed at 10pm everyday, Friday and Saturday included. All other surrounding stores stay open until 11pm. Chillicothe, Lancaster, even Logan. 10pm seems too early, there are people who still shop in store and were the reason brick and mortar stores are still open. Seems 11pm at least on busier nights like Fri Sat would be more reasonable.

Sat in the lot for over an hour waiting on my clicklist order with my mother and 1 year old. Pick up time was between 11am and 12pm we arrived around 11:20 and by 12:20 they still hadn't gathered all of my items. Still nothing by 12:45. We didn't get it until 1pm and they took $40 off a $120 order

This store is by far the WORST Krogers I’ve worked at and have shopped at. Their workers are lazy and do not care how they treat people. The managers are all perves and do not care what their employees do or say to customers. I called to let them know how a worker treated me and got told I’m lying, even after I said I have the proof. Don’t waste your money. Also!!!! They put expired foods fruits milks all that out and just redate it. Sincerely a fellow employee who quit due to these exact reasons.

UNFRIENDLY, LAZY, & UNHELPFUL STAFF couldn’t be bothered when BOTH stalls in the women’s bathroom didn’t have ANY toilet paper, and I had to retrieve some from the MENS restroom for my 9 year old daughter!! I ALERTED MEL of this issue, and he said there weren’t any baggers available to replace the toliet paper. Are you kidding me? You can’t be bothered to get the toliet paper replaced in the WOMENS RESTROOM!???

I have shopped Kroger in Circleville for over 40 years. It is now in the worst condition ever including during COVID. Shelves are not stocked and continue for weeks at a time. Last straw was today, Friday at 4:30. There was nothing but a sign where rotisserie chicken used to be referring one to the " warmer". Turns out it was there unmarked and empty. Besides that the entire bakery and deli section was closed with a crude hand written sign saying it would open at 5:00. No one in site. I don't do Walmart so I depend on Kroger. I hate to think I will need to go to Lancaster or other surrounding cities to shop. It is TOTALLY bad management.

First of I want to say how impressed I was with Dakota in the Starbucks shop! A line full of people and being by himself handled it with absolute professionalism and friendliness. He made the trip today worth it! The store is always clean and the other employees are always helpful. They always have what I need in stock. So much better than some of the other store around! I drive the extra bit to come here, and it’s always worth it.

They were so helpful in the store. I accidentally cut my finger while shopping and got some wipes in the store and wrapped around it. When I got to the register they helped me unload my cart, the gave me a bandaid, and offered to carry groceries out to the car all with such courtesy and empathy. Absolutely awesome.

Really had a great experience. My transaction was not deducting some credits from my total. This gentleman, the man with dark brown hair and fGlasses, really sweet guy, went out of his way to make sure my total was correct and I was paying for what I suppose to be paying for. He even insisted on taking my groceries to my car and loaded them up for me. I really enjoy Kroger! They are always friendly! Even better with Starbucks!

I have asked multiple times for them to have the Kroger brand diabetic strips on the shelf outside of the pharmacy. This means I have talked 6 or more of your employees about this situation. Some of us work before the pharmacy opens and after hours. Every single time I have to ask again, and again. Nothing, they apparently don’t care for diabetics after they get to go home. If you have to put a sign on the door to help you remember please do so. Please and thank you, have a blessed day.

Normally I checkout with the machine that cannot trash talk other Kroger employees. Not on this occasion. I made the mistake of going to the checkout with an actual human and what did I get. When the digital coupons were not reading, the checkout clerk refused to help and actually began bad mouthing other employees that had helped me in the past. What poor customer service. I would rather pay more money than have to hear a clerk talk negatively about employees who actually want to help.

Store is never stocked even on the first day of the new sales. We do business in circleville and it's convenient for us to shop there. We always say we won't go back but we do hoping things is stocked but it's not. We have decided to go somewhere else. poor management don't care.

Friendly staff, plenty of self serve checkouts. Signs above aisles helpful. Pharmacy staff courteous, knowledgeable. Only negative is one to two days wait time for medications. If waiting in store the best time is 30 minutes. Rarely have we been able to get them within an hour. My Dr had his nurse call pharmacy but nothing has changedOther pharmacies in town are 20 min wait. Kroger needs to change this, it's not acceptable.

The store has increased their employees stocked well only 3 stores in town. WAL-MART KROGER AND ALDIS price is affected by this and selection . Is suffering in Kroger very little lower priced items and poor location on the shelves. Making difficult to locate. Thus also is the case at Walmart. Example Cookies Kroger all brand name . Are at eye level . 3 to 4 $ one little section in the middle of a 4 foot section on the bottom 3 rows where and not Kroger brand. Where oatmeal cookies for 1.79 forcing customers in s hurry to grab the overpriced items for the family

So I don't understand why heat is coming out of vent at the registers I sweat while standing in and this has been going on for far too long. Today was there shopping for a client and the workers were sweating I mean come on this is suppose to be my comfort store when it is hot because for many years has always been COLD inside and should always be in summer because who wants to sweat while they are shopping!!!! Not me I don't go as often as I used to and Wal mart is just as bad it hot there too what are y'all trying to do get people in and out? As they do in restaurants when they make it cold just bringing up a fair point

I really like the employees and the quality of the groceries! The quantity is the problem. The coffee creamer and yogurt I buy is always empty. Empty shelves is a huge problem. When your a diabetic and can only have sugarfree and low sugar items it would be nice if it was available!!
